"Easy-to-Use CRM That Streamlines Outreach with Strong Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I find most helpful about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it is to use. Our team adopted it quickly, and the pipeline data stays accurate. Email tracking, templates, and sequences save a lot of time on outreach and follow-ups, and the built-in meeting scheduler makes booking calls simple. Having sales, marketing, and contact history in one CRM gives a clear view of every prospect. Reporting and dashboards are straightforward, and the integrations with Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn work smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The least helpful part of HubSpot Sales Hub is the pricing. It gets expensive quickly as you move to the Professional or Enterprise tiers and add more users, and key features like advanced sequences, forecasting, and custom reporting are locked behind higher plans. Customization can also feel limited for more complex sales processes, and reporting isn't as flexible as some competitors. Occasionally, email sequences and tracking hit sending limits, and the add-on costs for extra features can add up over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
