"Always Responsive, Always Available"

What do you like best?

What I love the most about EverBridge is the simplicity of the always connected IT engineer. Near or far, when something needs to be attended to - there is reporting, accountability and precision alerting. We can reach an engineer anytime of the night or day.

What do you dislike?

While this issue is an iOS problem - I wish it would ignore you audio settings and do it's own volume. Aside from that, it's great.

Use this if you require precision grade alerting. With this system it envelopes precision guided alerting.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the away from the desk nonavailability issues surrounding many technicians. Having your phone all the time brings these alerts right into the palm of your hand. We can always find someone to take on a service request.

"Awesome integration"

What do you like best?

Everbridge IT Alerting has a very nice interface to manage many different scenarios including Major Incident Management, on-call and ad-hoc use cases. However, the bi-directional integration allows nearly everything to be done inside of the ServiceNow incident record eliminating he need to use multiple apps. The Everbrdige integration team has been fantastic throughout the process.

What do you dislike?

At this time there is nothing else needed.

Streamline our Major Incident Management process ensuring the appropriate teams are contacted.

"Review of my experience with using IT Alert "

What do you like best?

I like that it does exactly what the name says, it helps us alert appropriate IT personnel when an issue comes up on any of out IT infrastructures which makes resolution of issue faster and reduces down time. also like the sms features which makes reaching offline staffs possible.

What do you dislike?

there's currently nothing to like about the software. it does its job perfectly.

because it works in real time, i think it is the best software to help IT departments stay on-top of their game.

it helps to easily communicate down times to fellow non IT staffs and customers to reduce work load on support because of complains.

"IT calls to managers in a pinch"

What do you like best?

It has automated the process to call it during outages or major issues.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. Everything has worked well in all testing scenarios.

Give a test, you won’t be sorry.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to notify management staff of Major IT issues. The major benefit we hope to see is the resolution of an outage will be reduced to 3-5 hours instead of 10-15.

What do you like best?

The thing that I like best about Everbridge IT alerting is the interface for setting up on-call notification schedules.

What do you dislike?

Reporting integration with ServiceNow's reporting.

What do you like best?

Most of the alerts are relavant to your professional area of interest. Not yet completely explor d but need to check how it is going to work.

What do you dislike?

Requires lot of information from the profile which makes to feel unsecure of sharing data afraid of how it will be used.

Not yet solved with any for now have to see how it will work

"easy and power tool for monitoring "

easy and power tool for monitoring system, compatible with IoT solutions and more

What do you dislike?

the product is very expensive, and dont have a public demo for testing the services and soluctions.

if you like a tool for monitoring and ticket control this is a better solution for your need.

"everbridge wakes me up at night!"

it emails, it texts, it calls .. until I give up and answer!
