Best thing about this is that you no longer have to switch between diff tools. Everything I need is in 1 view, including backend latency and frontend browser problems. It’s really helpful for FE devs to simply to identify areas where things are sluggish and makes it much simpler to debug and loop in the right folks when necessary. The tool is very user-friendly & has ease of integration. Rakuten SixthSense Observability has a very comprehensive & customisable dashboard with real time logs, alerts , infrastructure monitoring & APM, etc. The MTTD is very quick. Rakuten SixthSense Observability tool detects the issues even befor they arise by showing the real time data performance. All logs, metrics, and traces sit in one dashboard, so moving from an alert to the line of code that caused it is a single hop. The layout is clean and easy to learn. Good Customer support. After we started using the Rakuten SixthSense platform, our back-and-forth between tools has been cut, keeping the after-hours noise down, and has freed the team to work on stability improvements instead of urgent fixes.
