"Effortless Monitoring with Reliable Alerts and Intuitive Dashboards"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

Uptime.com stands out for its straightforward setup, reliability, and the clear insight it provides into your website or service’s performance. The interface is intuitive, allowing you to easily set up uptime checks, SSL checks, and even comprehensive user-flow transaction monitors without any complicated configuration. Alerting is dependable, with minimal false positives, and it integrates seamlessly with tools like Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, and email or SMS, ensuring you’re promptly notified if issues arise. The dashboards and reports are well-designed and informative, offering performance trends, detailed downtime information, and actionable SLA insights for your team. With both synthetic and real user monitoring, as well as testing from various global locations, Uptime.com offers strong value compared to other monitoring solutions. In summary, it’s a reliable, user-friendly platform that delivers the visibility you need from a monitoring service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

Some common criticisms of Uptime.com focus on its cost, complexity, and usability. Many users find the pricing to be relatively high, particularly when additional checks or advanced features are needed. While the platform is straightforward for basic monitoring tasks, more advanced functions—such as multi-step transaction checks or in-depth API monitoring—can be somewhat complicated and require extra time to set up. Some users have also noted that alert notifications can sometimes be excessive or lack the level of customization they desire. The mobile experience is often seen as less robust than the desktop version. Overall, although the tool is powerful, some users believe it could be more intuitive and adaptable in certain aspects. "Reliable URL Monitoring with Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

I really appreciate the good user interface of Uptime.com, which makes interacting with the software seamless and user-friendly. It effectively organizes multiple URLs into one particular mapping, allowing me to view them in a unified manner, which is very helpful. The ease of editing monitoring settings is another highlight for me, since it simplifies the process and even a new person can easily add monitoring settings. This tool is particularly beneficial for overseeing all client URLs. Furthermore, the setup process is incredibly simple, involving just two or three steps to configure a URL for monitoring, which I find extremely convenient. This simplicity in configuration, combined with essential commands, makes it a pleasure to use. Overall, Uptime.com is very effective in monitoring URLs and performing health checks, which ensures that I can swiftly identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise. It's a tool I find very good for daily use, and I am willing to recommend it to friends and colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

I find the integration options lacking in Uptime.com. It would be beneficial if the platform could integrate more seamlessly with AI tools and other technologies to automate error detection and create helpful checks based on provided URLs. This could enhance the utility of the tool by allowing issues to be automatically identified and addressed without manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform makes it simple to locate and configure the necessary health checks, while offering a wide range of monitoring options and a highly customizable dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

So far, we have encountered very few issues with Uptime.com. While some of the more advanced features—such as Real User Monitoring, Transaction, and API checks—require a bit of a learning curve to configure, the comprehensive tutorials provided by Uptime.com have been extremely helpful. "More than I expected"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We were using a competitor prior to coming to Uptime.com. We needed a few more features and after going through the demos and seeing what was being offered and speaking with the customer support team, I quickly understood the value of Uptime. The flexibility of being able to create and monitor virtually anything and display the status on a self created Status screen is what I value most. Also, being able to creating 1-minute monitors from many different locations within the US to help identity networks issues vs a real problem is an outstanding feature and so easy to implement. Well done Uptime! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable monitoring tool with excellent alerting features"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

What I appreciate most about Uptime.com is its reliability and ease of use. The platform provides clear, real-time visibility into the status of our websites and services, with detailed reports and customizable dashboards. I also value the flexible alerting system, which ensures that the right people are notified immediately through multiple channels (email, SMS, Slack, etc.). The setup was straightforward, and the customer support team has always been responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, it gives me confidence that potential downtime is detected before it becomes a serious issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

While Uptime.com is very effective, there are a few areas for improvement. The pricing model can become a bit high for smaller teams that need advanced features. Some reports could also offer deeper historical analysis and more customization options to make trend monitoring easier. Additionally, the mobile app works fine but could be more intuitive and offer the same depth of data as the desktop version. These are minor drawbacks, but refining them would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Effective Monitoring, Needs Tweak for Credential Checks"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

I find Uptime.com incredibly valuable due to its user-friendly web interface that makes setting up network checks a quick and straightforward process. This ease of use allows me to be proactive in identifying and resolving network service or speed issues efficiently. The platform's ability to monitor my public-facing servers for availability and responsiveness provides essential real-time alerts when services are down or slow, ensuring that I'm always informed of any potential issues. Additionally, the initial setup of Uptime.com was very easy, adding to its appeal as a seamless monitoring solution. "Great product which has come a long way!"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

Always been a fan of the dashboard's UI - the new additions have also been good and easy to navigate.

Ease of Integration with 3rd party such as Retool.

The custom support has always been brilliant - Chinedu has always looked after us and our queries.

Number of calls we can make is really nice, some of our checks run every 5 mins daily and this has been very quick to identify issue with suppliers, sometimes even before the supplier knows about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

I would love it if there was conditional logic available, for example, our website renders differently based on geo location. If geolocation = x, then check for something, otherwise check for something else. I think this addition would be very powerful.

Although I see Webhook now available as a monitoring check, I would like it if we could expose an endpoint in Uptime so that we could send a ping to, which triggers an alert if the webhook receives a request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable API Monitoring with Great Reporting Features"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We've been using Uptime.com for just over six months now to monitor the performance and availability of our API, and it has quickly become a critical part of our infrastructure.

One of the standout features for us has been the ability to auto-generate SLA reports for our clients. This saves time and adds a layer of transparency and professionalism to our service. The platform provides clear, actionable metrics on API performance, and the alerting system ensures we're immediately notified if anything goes wrong.

We also really appreciate the flexibility Uptime.com offers when it comes to setting up custom alerts and escalation processes—especially being able to tailor them based on the time of day. This helps us stay responsive and reduce downtime.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the customization options for alert emails. A bit more control over the formatting and content would make a great tool even better.

Overall, I would highly recommend Uptime.com to any team looking to monitor the health of their APIs or web services. It’s reliable, feature-rich, and plays a vital role in our ability to deliver consistent service to our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
