What do you like best about Pandora FMS?

Our team implemented Pandora FMS to monitor a hybrid infrastructure consisting of on-premises server and AWS instances. Our goal was to unify monitoring under a single platform and reduce downtime. I really appreciate its ability to create custom dashboards that gave our IT team real time visibility into server performance and resource utilisation. Pandora FMS integrate well with Slack and Jira, which ensures alerts were instantly communicated to the right teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pandora FMS?

During the implementation phase, we encountered an issue with fine-tuning SNMP traps for network monitoring. Pandora FMS support team was highly responsive and guided us through the process via email and live chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
