I like how clean the setup and dashboard feel with Better Stack. It's easy to add an app, set up the monitor, and get a clear view of everything. It's straightforward to see if something is wrong and begin troubleshooting immediately, rather than being unsure if something is actually down. This simplicity is cool for indie founders and support teams like ours. Additionally, I appreciate that it's pretty much free to set up, and the integration capabilities with AI models make it easier to use compared to competitors. The fact that it's simpler and not too complex also stands out for me.

I was worried about the incident reporting features and stuff, and Better stack is really good at that stuff. Regular alerts, a good dashboard, and more over a generous free tier which is helping me start this business.
