I like that the virtual assistant that comes with the device is also very intelligent and helpful in finding possible root causes of disturbances. I like that it has tools and features that are simple to use and also configure to get the most benefit and analysis of questions or follow-ups from this technology. I love the convenience of being able to develop tables, as they can be tailored to the requests of the app owners in terms of warnings to issue to avoid risks in these. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** A bit short for customization and combination with different people's tools. Modifications are made to make delivery and ensure a study with the requested information and a more apt investigation. The instrument takes several minutes to exhibit the movements, wasting a significant number of fundamental time. A feature that I do not like about the Dynatrace tool is the number of alerts it offers to verify the application's operability, as we have received many erroneous signs when checking the application's capacity. **What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an outstanding web crawling software program, which has advanced features and analysis that have helped us to make meaningful decisions to make the web more enjoyable for users. It provides excellent rendering, which makes it possible to immediately distinguish disturbing areas and perform preventable treatment on areas that resemble to be rotten. It has drastically improved response times for requests or service calls, resulting in greatly improved app response times. This same tool also offers simulated monitoring, which displays information on how available the application is in real time. ### 3. It removes the need of adding logs or similar things to debug complex bugs, therefore it saves not only time, but also money, cause pipelines of deploying such debug-related code take a lot of computing and time to run. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** The UI is good but perhaps it could be more intuitive, i.e. sometimes the breakpoint doesn't appear immediately, it could give us some suggestions on i.e. not putting breakpoints on lazy vals that could corrupt the data being collected, etc. **What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bug solving in production. i.e. a wrong type is used in the code and that causes the code to break. This makes me more productive cause I have to spend less time writing code, pushing it for review, deploying it, etc. ### 5. This allows us to add tests specifically to the issue and release a stable version. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** We are working in Scala and we have a lot of implicit fields which are not shown and we need to specifically print them or extract them to be caught by Rookout. Also, in case of heavy maps, the need to go one by one to collect more data is annoying. **What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of trying to recreate a bug in our testing environment. Complex data structures can be compared with the neat UI, and serialized as well. Code coverage in the application can be analyzed with Rookout, easily. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** As far as I can see, the application must be started with the Java agent, meaning a pre-running application cannot be debugged with Rookout. You can use the real data which is causing the error (with privacy filters) and place breakpoints to dig into what is going wrong without taking down environments. It's great! **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** The main thing I would like to see is the ability to use rookout with client-side code, since that is where a lot of bugs originate with the modern complexity of front-end JavaScript frameworks. **What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rookout is helping us solve complex bugs that are difficult to reproduce or track down. Rookout is a real-time cloud native debugger that allows developers to get to the root cause of issues in the code and resolve these in a fraction of the usual time. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** Honestly, I don't find any issues/dislike with rookout. There were some challenges while connecting to the Kubernetes cluster, though rookout team helped and got that resolved at the earliest. It has quickly become the favorite monitoring tool that we use and continues to expand functionality and is helping us to replace many legacy tools that have not been able to innovate and keep up with new technologies. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** I have zero dislikes when it comes to using Dynatrace. It has been super easy to implement while any issues/questions that we did have were quickly remedied by the Dynatrace support team. **What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dynatrace allows us to see all the way down to the code level to easily point out the errors and failures that are affecting the end users of our applications. Using session replay we can easily see a visual playback of real end user sessions while all of the performance metrics are automatically baselined and alert on anomalies with little to no configuration. ### 44. It is easy to use; there is no need to set up an environment, deploy code for adding logs, etc. We can debug and help our customers within minutes instead of days. I can't believe we used to work without it. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace?** I got assisted with anything I had trouble with, and the team even changed the UX when needed, so there is nothing to dislike. **What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving many problems: * The fact that we can not debug production code.
