Reliable Monitoring, Effortless Setup
I use Uptime.com for our large company monitoring 99 URLs. It does a good job at notifying us quickly if any pages go down. I find it reliable because it notifies us within just a couple of minutes, and so far, we haven't had any problems with it. The initial setup was relatively easy, even though I needed to communicate with tech support a few times to understand the terminology and how to select the servers for monitoring etc..

Easy to Set Up, Powerful, and Efficient
I really like the scenario engine of Uptime.com. It allows me to implement complex scenarios in detailed customer journeys. I also appreciate the fact that it guarantees me a neutral measurement through numerous points of presence and notifies me in case of an incident. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me.

Easy to sign up and configure. It has advanced options like custom HTTP headers and authentication. The dashboard gives a quick overview of how our websites are doing in terms of uptime and load speeds. Can set up multiple contacts per check and create escalations if you have a queue of support personnel. Reasonable pricing for the features offered. It is also super helpful to be able to test your conditions for a check before creating it.
