Simple monitoring tool for Cisco networks
I am satisfied with checkmk, it works for us. The initial setup was easy. I would recommend it to a friend or colleague with a probability of 10 out of 10.

Efficient monitoring, but reports need improvement
I like the way checkmk is configured, especially compared to 10 years ago. Today we have a nice structure with folders, contact groups, server groups, and corresponding rules. I also like the agents of checkmk because they don't perform evaluations, which is a huge advantage in database monitoring when the server is under load.
