The platform integrates with the most common banks and financial entities in my country, and it also seems to pull information from government databases, which makes the setup process clear and straightforward. I’ve never had any issues with the platform itself in terms of performance or bugs. The service fee seems very reasonable, and the embedded AI tools are a great addition. What I like most about Deel Hire is how straightforward the onboarding and payment process is. The dashboard feels intuitive, and I can easily view my contracts, payment history, and withdrawal options without needing any kind of tutorial. Withdrawals are flexible too, so I can choose the method that works best for me depending on exchange rates, and I haven’t experienced any delays so far. Onboarding with my client was handled directly within the platform, which reduced the usual back-and-forth over email. Customer support also replied quickly whenever I had a question. I really like Deel because it’s practical and fast. I can submit all my personal information in just a few minutes, and the integration with PIX in Brazil is excellent. It makes receiving payments completely worry-free. I also like that I can manage and track everything from a single platform, which makes the whole process much smoother. I use Deel Hire to manage my contract with my employer, handle invoices, and submit vacations. I enjoy the automatic invoicing feature because it minimizes my involvement; everything is automated, and my employer usually accepts payments right away. I find the seamless experience across the web app, mobile apps, and iPad OS app impressive, as everything is connected nicely. The security and privacy protections are good, including features like face ID and biometric authentication, which make logging in secure. It's a very pleasant experience overall. What do you dislike about Deel Hire? Well, I had a simple confusion first when I got a contract from a company, and while I got the email to sign it, when I logged in, I couldn't find it right away. So it was a bit confusing at first to maybe it wasn't clear to me on the mobile app that I needed to, like, switch companies up top or something like that.
