**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

I use Deel Hire to receive my payments from commission work. I like the fast transaction and cash-out process. I receive my payment on time and fast, even though I live in the Philippines. The initial setup was very easy, and I was able to set up my account smoothly. All transactions have been going smoothly based on my experience.

none, ever since I started using deel, everything has worked perfectly for me. So there is nothing I disliked about it

What i like about Deel Hire is how dramatically it streamlines the entire hiring to onboarding process when working with global candidates. As a hiring manager, my priority is finding the right talent easy and fast and Deel makes that easier by bring everything into one place. once i decide on a hire, Deel automatically handles the transition into onboarding and global payroll, eliminating the errors and delays that usually come from juggling multiple systems.

**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

Easiest way I have had to be paid remotely. Therms and conditions are always clear and I have never had any issue to contact the help team nor did I ever had a problem withrawing my money.

I feel very safe when logging in with the QR code from my main device. In general, Deel feels very safe to use.

Starting to use Deel as your contracting method is very easy an intuitive. Clear steps to follow and instructions to set up the account.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

Not all the withrawal methods are available in every country. I used to live in Ecuador and had very few methods. Now I reside in Argentina and I have methods such as Astropay that are very helpfull.

Also the platform can be a little bit slow than others, but it doesn't really make the user experience worse in any way.

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to get paid for my remote jobs. This allows me to expand my work search overseas trusting that I will be able to sign a contract.

**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

I use Deel Hire for PEO Providers, and it has made salary payments easier between me and the company. I love how the Deel support team is super helpful; they responded quickly when I had a login issue and resolved it very fast. I really appreciate the simplicity of payment withdrawals. They save my account details on the platform, so I just need to click a few buttons, and it's done. Plus, the transfer is processed almost immediately, and I receive funds in my PT Bank account the same day. The initial setup of Deel Hire was super easy.

Nothing negative so far.

**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

First of all, I can find other useful information here, such as holidays, when I’m going to receive the payment, and a unique platform to track expenses. In addition, there are many benefits available, although I haven’t used them yet since they’re not of interest to me.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

The benefits aren’t really relevant to my interests. The UI is sometimes not very user-friendly, because it’s hard to figure out where to find the information that matters to me (expenses I’ve sent, transactions, etc.). Also, the latest update to the expenses section was awful and confusing, and I couldn’t (or at least it wasn’t easy to find) how to disable the AI warnings there.

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to tax documentation and contracts, this is something I really appreciate. Sometimes platforms like Wise or Payoneer ask for that kind of information to justify my transactions, and with Deel it’s already taken care of. It makes things much easier for me because everything is in one place.

I mean, the user interface is pretty simple. It's easy to manage. I haven't gotten a salary yet, but I was able to choose which account I want the salary to be distributed to, or if I want it to be distributed between several accounts. I think that's unique and a great thing to have. I'm currently working at several jobs, so it's great to distribute or have certain income go to one account and other income go to another account. It helps me with budgeting. It was pretty simple and easy to get started with it.

I like how easy it is to receive my money, with no unreasonable fees and plenty of withdrawal options. I also appreciate that I was able to set up my account in just a few minutes. Another big plus is the platform’s contracts and documentation management hierarchy: I can download and manage my contracts, tax documents, invoices, and NDAs without any difficulty.

I don’t like the swift transfer to my local bank because it comes with high fees, and it also takes a while for the money to show up in my account.

I like Deel Hire's seamless experience, even with just using the basic features. I really appreciate the many options available for withdrawing my paychecks for free in my accounts. I specifically use the Wise transfer method because it allows me to convert USD to my currency at a better rate.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

For time tracking, I need to edit each day one by one to give accurate time worked per day. I wish there was an easier way to upload the time tracking either through some sort of spreadsheet on the site to reduce the number of clicks, or if Deel could integrate with some time tracking app, or even provide their own.

I use Deel Hire for invoicing, billing of time, and handling tax matters. It's seamless and offers many options, like Wise transfer, to withdraw paychecks easily.

The biggest advantage is that a company can hire talent in another country in days instead of months, without setting up a legal entity.   ### 14. Deel Card Is Extremely Useful for USD Purchases and Spending Abroad

Best thing would be the Deel Card which I find extremely useful being based in Pakistan. It is convenient for online purchases and transactions abroad in USD.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

Deel’s instant transfer to my account in my country (Pakistan) doesn’t offer the best rates when transferring in my local currency (PKR). As a workaround, I have to choose a transfer in USD instead, but that takes a few days to process and the rate is still comparatively lower than other platforms like Wise. On top of that, Deel doesn’t allow me to transfer money to any account other than my own, which limits how I can use it. Better exchange rates and the ability to transfer to any account would greatly improve my experience.

I use Deel for contractor management while working with an international client. It provides a straightforward, easy way to send invoices and receive payments without unnecessary hassle.

I really like Deel Hire because I can manage everything related to withdrawals to the bank of my choice, depending on the country I'm in. I can make withdrawals of the amount I want, make purchases, and easily reload my card. Additionally, the direct management of payments is extremely valuable to me, as I can split payments or the balance between my card and my personal account. The initial setup was quite simple and intuitive, offering a step-by-step guide to upload necessary documents, which I find extremely important.

At the moment, I have no complaints.

Deel Hire is already strong for getting payroll and international hiring set up quickly. One area that could make it even better is streamlining the flow for short-term or one-off freelance contracts, so those hires feel as quick and easy to manage as regular payroll.

I find Deel Hire very convenient for us offshore employees, especially when dealing with getting payouts, computing taxes, keeping records of working hours, and managing contracts. I can easily get my payout without problems and transfer it to my local bank. The tax computation feature provides guidelines that help me learn how to process taxes. For contract management, I can easily access my contract and invoices whenever I need them. The initial setup was straightforward, just filling in some details, and the navigation is easy.

As of now, everything I need is already in Deel Hire. Improvement maybe with regards to customization. Enhance the user interface to make navigation more intuitive it would improve overall efficiency.

I really like that it clearly shows the money you receive, the amount you want to send to your bank, and it displays in your local currency what you will receive without having any issues with currency conversion or anything.

Some tabs confuse me a bit, at the very beginning I didn't understand how to register my CLABE account, I had to use the computer to do it because it showed an error from the phone, but once that was resolved, I haven't had any more issues.

Sometimes when you are completing the tests, you have to do them more than once. If you are not aware that you need to complete all the necessary tests to be able to sign a contract, it can take you one or two weeks and you don't realize that you haven't completed everything. It would be good to have an alert indicating which steps are missing to complete.

The ease of onboarding was one aspect I liked a lot, with guides that were informative, explaining every process in great detail. I appreciate the seamless integration with my local bank, which makes receiving funds a breeze. The automatic withdrawal feature works like a charm, and the simplicity of their website is impressive, as everything is organized efficiently, making it easy for new users to navigate. I also enjoy the milestone feature, which provides an easy way for me as a contractor to request payment by marking a milestone as complete, thus relieving me of the effort it takes to email a client.

There are a few instances where their mobile app would be unresponsive. Some buttons will, on occasion, refuse to perform the action specified and I would have to click them twice. There's also a few occasions where their website would throw an error about not being able to load the content, but this is easily fixed with a reload. The user identification procedure in my case required the use of a now defunct health insurance provider, NHIF. It would help if they also include private insurance provider and social security fund providers as a form of identity validation.

What stands out most is the robust compliance framework that Deel provides. In today's highly regulated global environment, our biggest concern is misclassification risk and ensuring we meet all local labor laws. Deel's automated contract generation and built-in local compliance checks give us peace of mind. It acts as an essential shield, ensuring every single employee and contractor we hire globally is compliant from day one. That level of confidence is invaluable.

While Deel's core service is excellent, my biggest dissatisfaction is around the fee structure and its lack of transparency, particularly for contractors. The service fees and currency exchange markups, especially when using instant withdrawal options or certain payment methods, can feel unjustifiably high. When you factor in the transfer fees on top of the base cost, the total expenditure for paying our global team ends up being significantly more expensive than we initially budgeted for. I wish the platform provided a clearer, all-in-one fee summary before the transaction is initiated.

Customer support and issue ownership need serious improvement. In my experience, contacting support did not lead to effective problem solving. I was redirected multiple times, asked to repeat the same information to different representatives, and spent a considerable amount of time in meetings without reaching a clear resolution. Support processes should focus more on accountability, faster closure, and reducing unnecessary back-and-forth.

I have been using Deel for 4 years already as an independent contractor working with a US-based company. So far, my experience has been great. The UI and the overall process are very clear and easy to follow. There are also many withdrawal methods available, which makes getting paid convenient. On top of that, Deel handles a lot of the paperwork and suggests completing all the necessary documents, which helps me stay on track.

I’ve had a couple of issues with the withdrawal methods—some providers stopped working or stopped offering their services. I’ve also noticed some delays in customer service replies. Overall, though, these are minor issues.

The way it tracks my timesheets daily is super helpful for keeping track of how much money I make, and it shows holidays and the day of the week, making it easy to see my logged hours each day. Plus, the initial setup was very easy, and I didn't have any issues with setting up my account.

I have some issues with the notifications in Deel; the red alert stays on even after I've checked them. I also found it a bit frustrating to add my payment information. I had to enter my bank account info multiple times before I decided to use PayPal instead.
