What do you like best about Deel Hire?

Easiest way I have had to be paid remotely. Therms and conditions are always clear and I have never had any issue to contact the help team nor did I ever had a problem withrawing my money.

I feel very safe when logging in with the QR code from my main device. In general, Deel feels very safe to use.

Starting to use Deel as your contracting method is very easy an intuitive. Clear steps to follow and instructions to set up the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel Hire?

Not all the withrawal methods are available in every country. I used to live in Ecuador and had very few methods. Now I reside in Argentina and I have methods such as Astropay that are very helpfull.

What do you like best about Deel Hire?

First of all, I can find other useful information here, such as holidays, when I’m going to receive the payment, and a unique platform to track expenses. In addition, there are many benefits available, although I haven’t used them yet since they’re not of interest to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel Hire?

The benefits aren’t really relevant to my interests. The UI is sometimes not very user-friendly, because it’s hard to figure out where to find the information that matters to me (expenses I’ve sent, transactions, etc.). Also, the latest update to the expenses section was awful and confusing, and I couldn’t (or at least it wasn’t easy to find) how to disable the AI warnings there. "Deel Card Is Extremely Useful for USD Purchases and Spending Abroad"
What do you like best about Deel Hire?

Best thing would be the Deel Card which I find extremely useful being based in Pakistan. It is convenient for online purchases and transactions abroad in USD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel Hire?

Deel’s instant transfer to my account in my country (Pakistan) doesn’t offer the best rates when transferring in my local currency (PKR). As a workaround, I have to choose a transfer in USD instead, but that takes a few days to process and the rate is still comparatively lower than other platforms like Wise. On top of that, Deel doesn’t allow me to transfer money to any account other than my own, which limits how I can use it. What do you like best about Deel Hire?

I love Deel because it allows me to accept payments from around the globe without the hassle of setting things up manually. The ease of onboarding was one aspect I liked a lot, with guides that were informative, explaining every process in great detail. I appreciate the seamless integration with my local bank, which makes receiving funds a breeze. The automatic withdrawal feature works like a charm, and the simplicity of their website is impressive, as everything is organized efficiently, making it easy for new users to navigate. I also enjoy the milestone feature, which provides an easy way for me as a contractor to request payment by marking a milestone as complete, thus relieving me of the effort it takes to email a client. What do you dislike about Deel Hire?

There are a few instances where their mobile app would be unresponsive. Some buttons will, on occasion, refuse to perform the action specified and I would have to click them twice. There's also a few occasions where their website would throw an error about not being able to load the content, but this is easily fixed with a reload. The user identification procedure in my case required the use of a now defunct health insurance provider, NHIF. It would help if they also include private insurance provider and social security fund providers as a form of identity validation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stands out most is the robust compliance framework that Deel provides. In today's highly regulated global environment, our biggest concern is misclassification risk and ensuring we meet all local labor laws. Deel's automated contract generation and built-in local compliance checks give us peace of mind. It acts as an essential shield, ensuring every single employee and contractor we hire globally is compliant from day one. That level of confidence is invaluable. What do you dislike about Deel Hire?

While Deel's core service is excellent, my biggest dissatisfaction is around the fee structure and its lack of transparency, particularly for contractors. The service fees and currency exchange markups, especially when using instant withdrawal options or certain payment methods, can feel unjustifiably high. When you factor in the transfer fees on top of the base cost, the total expenditure for paying our global team ends up being significantly more expensive than we initially budgeted for.
