**What do you like best about Nubank?**

The tool is user-friendly, and everything you need is clear and easy to understand. It provides a detailed report of your costs, which I really appreciate. With my regular bank account, it’s the opposite.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

Switching from a physical person profile to a juridical one is awkward. Sometimes the app loses my profile and I have to go back and log in again, and it usually happens right when I need to pay someone who’s in front of me.

**What problems is Nubank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many things I like, but the most important is having all the functionality working without needing a physical agency. With some other services, if you need to reset your password, you have to go in person just to recover access.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

In general the informations are clear and easy to find. The most used buttons are in a very good position. But when a "heavy user" wants more information it's hard to find and more difficult to understand the logic

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

As 'heavy user" I mean users that usually is interested in more than one feature. The "caixinhas" feature is very useful but there's no information on how the withdraw works from tax perspective. For example, we know that in BR you pay from 22% till 15% of taxes over the earnings. If I split the money into different caixinhas it's not clear if the money will be taxed over 15% or 22% (depending on the deposit date). On "tesouro direto" you don't have the option to withdraw your "newest"money. You will always withdraw the oldest money (that pays less taxes). But thinking on the "caixinha" as a money for the long run, how this money comunicates between the main account and the caixinhas? If I keep part of the money on the caixinha and keep doing transactions with the main one, am I affecting the caixinha money? It's not clear.

I think it's good to have a place where you can keep your emergency fund and can actually withdraw it at anytime of the day. It's different from Tesouro Direto or D+0/D+1 funds that you cannot use on the weekends or holidays.

- I don't see it as a downside, but Nubank was created to be a day-to-day bank. They do perfectly, but they are limited when we talk about investments and other financial products, such as credit card miles. Also, the Ultravioleta card was very restricted, and there is no clear rule explaining how to get one.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

Nubank offers solutions along with good user experience. They turned boring and complicated banking tasks into easy digestible experiences, helping the users complete their tasks with confidence and security. They also offer innovative solutions to outdated services.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

I think they're a little bit slow on releasing some basic features when comparing to other banks now that are also investing on experience after Nubank disrupting the market. But other than that, they are great.

**What problems is Nubank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can do everything from my phone and online, not having to be physically in a bank. Basically all their services are some taps away, I can do everything myself and they're all very clear and well explained. They're basically solving how terrible was having a relationship with a banking institution: with them is simple and reliable.

I like how easy it is to create an account. Also, the support team is excellent and is there to help anytime. Whenever I needed to talk with some to resolve something, I got the answer and solution.

I don't like that calling and talking with someone is now easy. Sometimes you would like to speak and explain your situation better, but getting the correct information in the text can sometimes be challenging.

Bank fees. I like that most of the bank is zero at Nubank. It is essential to administrate your money better and not pay any fees just to have the money in the bank. Also, it has facilitated a lot of people to get credit cards with easy steps and quality

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

Great UI, this app is a world first class quality software, provides dark theme. And stable services. Unavailabilities are very common in traditional banks, while using nubank we know we can trust and everything will run smooth. The updates are smooth also, most made with feature flags.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

Honestly I enjoy everything from the app, from the financial services, to the consumer relationship. The credit card, at the beginning of the bank was hard to get, a lot of people still today have problems to get an approved credit card. Me personally, don't.

Easy to pay bills, tracking news bills by our CPF document, easy to transfer, creating payments links, financial services like pay transferences by credit  card installments. basically it saves my time and helps to buy.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

Nubank brings a lot of quality of life features compared to other banks (both traditional and digital ones).

When investing, Nubank also has some solutions that help you understand what is happening with your money, focusing on new investors rather than bringing a lot of confusing terms from other traditional investing apps.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

In the first years of Nubank, it had excellent chat support. But nowadays, its support has reduced in its quality. It might be a consequence of the significant growth of the company.
NUBR33 was my first contact with stocks, and how Nubank presented it initially felt awesome. But in the end, it was a nightmare where I lost half of my invested money due to the unfair pricing of its stock when it started. So it is something that I will carry with me, I like Nubank, but I will never again trust in what the company says with a hundred percent faith.

I use Nubank to control my money. I have some savings in other banks, but Nubank has become my main bank due to its transparency. It is easier for me to follow what is happening in my account.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

The easy way I can solve my problems - before digital banks came through, it was only possible going to the physical bank.
Other thing that makes me feel valuable is their CX, they work really hard to answer fast and in a polite way!

Even having the FGC security till 250k I feel that anytime I can suffer a robbery or a hacker invasion, and lose everything. Maybe it's just my insecurities since I have all my money there

The long distance between banks and clients. For me it's better to have an assistance anytime I need with Nubank, and of course, paying more money that an usual bank.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

Its services, such as life insurance, house insurance, etc., are affordable, and the ease of use of its app. Also, it issued me a credit card when I most needed it, and even though its credit limit was not so great at first, it trusted me with one. Additionally, the functionality added to thet app that allows you to control your financial situation is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

It is not something I need now, thank God, but its interest rate is not the best or, better, the lowest out there, should I ever need it. I wish NuBank could offer better interest rates for its clients.

It has helped me receive money from customers and contractors by utilizing a proprietary system in my country that allows us to receive money tax-free. Also, since I do some freelancing, it is easier to pay and receive via the phone app. Not having to go to a bank (wasting my time) is a plus.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

Control of expenses and card limit, limit tracking and notifications always on time (I never noticed delays). It brings a sense of transparency. The experience in these items is better and more fluid than at C6 and Itaú.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

There are not enough easy and more diversified investment options, and it still doesn't seem like a complete and solid bank to me, so I don't bring investments and bill payments. I don't feel attended to, only self-served, meaning if I have options in the app, that's fine, but on the day I want something that's not there, I won't have support. Other competitors have placed people for more frequent and closer contacts, at least to introduce themselves and say that they are there for whatever is needed.

I use the card for occasional expenses with my son, and the card stays with him. That's why I really like the spending control, the notifications of what he is spending, and still keeping an eye on the limits I set.

Costumer service is really helpul, they're always ready to solve any problems. Nubank's app is very intuitive and easy to use. No transactional fees. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I saw some news stories a couple of months ago about safety issues so I decided to follow Nubank's social media accounts to see how they would respond to that an it seems they listened to their customers and fix those issues.

They're increasing level of security of their products, lowering waiting time for customer services, lowering fees, being more transparent about investments and creating new and better financial products.

Nubank is an innovative bank. It abandoned the physical service agencies, allowing the customer to be able to open the request in case of any problem. It is quite intuitive and has an accessible language. There is even greater proximity to the customer, leaving aside the obligation of the large financial service groups.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

The only problem is the impossibility of direct communication with an account manager or something like that. The service still has a center that is not available 24 hours a day, making it difficult on weekends and also on holidays.

Assisting with credit card release and the possibility of payments via PIX. The quality of the application and the speed of entering the account are generally helping to speed up financial transactions and secure investments such as purchasing insurance.

Great experience with the service offered, certainly the best on the market in my opinion regarding services and communication in general.

I believe that the increase in the credit card limit could be offered to the consumer on a more recurring basis and with greater agility, without having to wait a few months to reassess the card.

In my opinion, it is the best digital bank in Brazil, it helps me on a day-to-day basis because it is very agile, both for individual users and legal entities, and the ease of opening a company. It is a very fast application (technically speaking), intuitive and extremely easy to use.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

The bank is very practical, the app makes things much easier. Additionally, whenever I needed support from the bank, they were always there. I also have a business account, and it was very easy to open.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

The first thing I don't like is that I can't set up automatic debit for my bills. Additionally, it would also be interesting to be able to categorize credit card debts, for example: FOOD / LEISURE / TRANSPORTATION.

Nubank undoubtedly resolved all the bureaucracy that existed as a standard in banks, using technology as a benefit to help users. What benefited the most was the convenience.

The application is fast, practical, everything you need on the spot. To take statements is very simple, the service is very effective, not to mention that the purple card is beautiful.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

It makes it very difficult to release the limit. In a much shorter time I got a much higher credit limit in another digital bank than with Nubank, several times I ask to reevaluate my income and increase the limit of the card and refuse, and I got in another bank.

Day to day ease. I don't need to stress about having to go to a bank branch and queue up, wait hours and hours to be attended to. When I need to solve any problem, I solve it in a matter of minutes or all by e-mail.

The app is intuitive and proactive in regards to products. It takes away the hassle of traditional banking systems like having to go to a physical banking site to do certain things. I have closed other accounts and made Nubank my primary banking solution.

Reaching customer service outside of email for more urgent matters, although the app is intuitive and most questions are resolved in the help section of the app.

The ease of creating and using virtual cards. Also, I travel a bit for work and having the travel insurance with my credit card was a great "plus" for me.

The support is quick and agile, and many questions and changes can be made directly in the app, which makes using the card and app easier. Additionally, the cell phone insurance option is very good and easy to purchase.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

The guy doesn't offer many reward options, besides that you can only get something in return if you have very high usage on your card. It doesn't offer a mileage program.

Nunbank helps me with finances monthly, easy to track card usage, track purchases, available limit still on the card, and the account still yields.

Clear communication of the rules, attempt to demystify terms and conditions of service and ease of use of the mobile app. The support is also pleasing and has a good response time, standing out from its main competitors.

There is a lack of better conditions for return and prominence of products aimed at investment. Direct competitors have more robust platforms and more robust specific marketing.

I have been a Nubank user for two years. My financial life has improved a lot in terms of online bill payments, and with the credit card, if you pay the bill, the limit is practically released at the same time. The coolest thing is that I can solve everything online, we don't need to stand in line at banks to solve our problems or pay bills.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

Honestly, I don't see anything major or critical that needs improvement, but you could grant me more credit as I have been a bank user for two years and have a very low limit that is not compatible with my income.

One of the things I requested and they resolved quickly was a refund for an unauthorized purchase, which they did super fast and I had no problems.

Simple and friendly interface, always bringing updates and different applications. The focus is on the customer experience, which has been a differentiator, and the very authentic brand identity linked to innovative design concepts.

There is no flexibility regarding payment dates, and the service channel is very difficult to access through the application. Also sending notifications is not very effective, there is no possibility of customization

In fact, it is not solving any big problem, just presenting itself as an option more connected to current needs, developing a more effective resolution standard and focused on self-solving problems, even though it has proven to be much less innovative than at the beginning of operations.

The fast pace app, which you can do everything without the need of having to go to a bank agency. It is super helpful, and it differs a lot from other banks. Customer care is also quite fast.

I think the last few years were challenging. Since they started to grow as a company, some things were left aside; for instance, you have to pay a lot to cash some money. Also, there are no benefits on its credit card, like having a discount when buying concert tickets etc.

I understand they are improving the investment area, where you can learn more about how to invest and what is best. I would like very much for this improvement

Have a view of each future invoice with detailed values, especially identifying the end of each installment purchase, in addition to adjusting and releasing the limit in a practical way.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

It's easy to open an account; the service offered is, overall, very good. I like the app interface; it's intuitive and complete. The company tries to provide its client with new features and technologies as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

What I do dislike about Nubank is how it treats its clients in cases of fraud, robbery, theft and kidnapping. I, myself, have never suffered from any of these, but I've read news about people losing a lot of money and having a really hard time with the company in getting their money back. In many cases, so far as I have heard, they couldn't even manage to get their money back. This is an issue that must be addressed and it undermines the trust its clients have in the company, as I have seen happen not only with me.

Nubank makes it easy to deal with all my financial matters without leaving the comfort of my home or even on the go while doing other things.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

The best thing is to have an easy-to-use account, with an attached credit card without much bureaucracy. I also like the transparency regarding my credit card expenses. There are improvements to be made, but it is undoubtedly a simpler view of expenses than the average.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

The service, although pleasant, is not very practical. I prefer to be attended to without much fuss, but by a real person and, above all, getting straight to the point that I need to resolve. Moreover, due to the social and inequality aspects in Brazil, it doesn't make much sense to go out with your Bank Account, Credit Card, and investment portfolio in your pocket. It is not safe at all.

**What problems is Nubank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminate the bureaucracy of banks. Have prices for products that are quite okay and also make my checking account yield and the integration with the investment portfolio are the biggest for me despite the existing problems in the solution.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

Client servicing is great - at least when I needed them. 
Also, branding - I feel there's an intangible benefit of being their client (the brand looks and sounds cool). This is by no means the most important aspect I consider when reviewing a bank, but worth mentioning in this case because they do it well.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

In my point of view, Nubank does not provide all services a bank should (at least, not in the best manner). For me, it is just a simple account with one or another add-on. For instance, their investment platform is not complete, rewards programm is far from competitors, no international account, no real-estate financing, etc. 
Also, they are forcing their loan service (communication about it is quite intrusive), I after reading many reviews online I have several security concerns about leaving my money with them (that's why I have basically $0 dollars there).
Nubank is a bank for a very simple usage - and this they do great. But that means they lack behind the competition in many aspects.

Nubank is making financing services more accessible in Brazil. This is not directly helping me, but I know it does for many people that were kinda left out by the traditional banks.

**What do you like best about Nubank?**

I enjoy how simple they are. Everything is incredibly simple to perform within the app. While other banks struggle to perform simple tasks (a excellent example is Bradesco, whose app just feels terrible). Everything in the Nubank app is easy and objective, and you don't have to go to a physical agency to obtain answers on what you need to do.

before the advent of Pix, Nubank stood out since it allowed us to transfer money directly to other Nubank accounts without incurring fees.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

So, I no longer feel safe utilizing the Nubank account. If you look at the comments on Twitter and Linkedin, you will notice people who lost a lot of money because their system did not reject suspicious debit or credit card transactions. If someone stole my phone or credit card, I would have to go through a lot of red tape to prove that these were not transactions performed by me, and in most circumstances, Nubank does not give your money back, but other banks (such as Itau) do.

My brother experienced the same issue; someone simply stoled his phone and used thousands of reais (4 transactions with the same amount of money, at the same location, during the night) and they did not ban the transactions or return his money. As a result, he just lost his first salary on the new job. It was frustrating.

I never really felt that the app or the bank itself had enough technology to guarantee that all my data and money were safe in the bank. I would love to see how Nubank can guarantee our money and other relevant data are safe with them

Being one of , if not the first Fintech to arrive in Brazil. This presence has opened a great deal of new fintechs and banks became more and more online and developed.

Nubank allows you to have a credit card based on the limit of your checking account. It was a good move at the time, but today it is the standard for all digital banks.

The Nubank UI can be somewhat unintuitive for most people. I was slightly surprised to find out that my card was blocked due to non-payment, until I discovered that the bank does not automatically charge from the checking account.

Ease of use. The app is very intuitive, and all information is readily displayed. Menus are quick and seamless, so using them is very smooth. Comparing to regular banks, the app is very fast and intuitive, with little to no crashes.

**What do you dislike about Nubank?**

Security is the most concerning part. Despite upgrades, it is still very easy to lose your savings if your phone is stolen. I wish there was a way to see my incoming subscriptions on my credit card data so I know exactly how much I'm spending next month.

**What problems is Nubank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a bank account free of maintenance charges is excellent. It also tracks new bills tied to my social security number and allows me to pay them even before I receive the email containing said bill.

I really like how Nubank feels like a new experience to me, I really like how it has a colourful card and it really encourages me to pay off my credit card with discounts for paying early.  I like how it's not a savings or checking account it's simply just an account which allows the money to be deposited and always earn.  I also like how there's no limit of number of transfers which is a very unique feature

I don't love how high the fees are but I think the rewards do come with the high fees and I like how you  can withdraw money anytime without losing income unlike a lot of other bankings

I think it benefits the community by allowing people to grow their funds.  I also really like how people are not losing money with withdrawing even though they are gaining those Investments you're not taking a loss banking with nu Bank.  I also love how it benefits My Life by getting the benefit program from MasterCard and I'm able to withdraw cash whenever I need which is super helpful
