**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

I’ve been using Deel to manage my contract and payments as a remote developer working with a company abroad, and it’s removed a huge amount of friction from getting paid. Before Deel, I was receiving payments in crypto, which added extra steps and conversions, plus a lot of uncertainty around timing and value. With Deel, everything—my contract, invoicing, and withdrawals—lives in one place, so I always know exactly when I’m getting paid and how much to expect.

What saves me the most time is not having to manually chase invoices or deal with paperwork every month; the process is basically automated. One unexpected benefit was how smooth the transition was when my working relationship changed—updating the contract terms was straightforward instead of a headache. Overall, Deel has made cross-border payments something I don’t have to think about anymore, which is exactly what I want from this kind of tool.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

The main thing I dislike is the card feature experience (UI/UX). I requested a card and it’s been stuck “under review” for a while with no clear explanation, yet I was able to issue a virtual card almost instantly. That inconsistency is confusing. I don’t understand why one request gets held up while the other goes through immediately, and the interface doesn’t provide much clarity on what’s happening or why.

From a support/onboarding perspective, this is where I’d like more transparency. A clear status update or a straightforward explanation of why a card is under review would go a long way, instead of leaving me guessing.

Aside from that, everything works well. Performance has been solid, and the integrations and pricing/ROI have been worth it for me. At this point, the card review process is really my main friction point.

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deel is solving the whole headache of getting paid as a remote developer working with a company abroad.

Before, I was receiving my payments in crypto, which meant extra conversion steps, uncertainty around timing and value, and a lot of manual tracking on my end. Now the contract, invoicing, and withdrawals all live in one place (UI / UX + Integrations), so I always know exactly when and how much I'm getting paid.

The biggest benefit is time and peace of mind (Pricing / ROI) — I'm no longer chasing invoices or dealing with international payment paperwork every month, since it's basically automated. Performance has been reliable, with payments arriving when they should.

It also made a real difference during onboarding when my working relationship changed — updating the contract terms was simple instead of a bureaucratic mess. Overall, Deel has turned cross-border payments from a recurring source of stress into something I don't have to think about, which is exactly the problem I needed solved.

The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, the way it works is intuitive and has multiple options to connect with other apps. 

It's fast when you move across tabs and so far, there is no need to contact support, everything worked well. Also, the platform suggest the next steps to take and where to click.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

The app has many options that can become overwhelming for someone who hadn't use it or that hasn't had the proper onboarding.

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, it has helped me connect with freelancers and handle the corresponding legal due diligence and payments.

It has also delivered cost benefits by helping me save money on freelancer payment expenses and transfer fees.

I really enjoy how easy the platform is to use. The onboarding experience was very good, and the payment flow was also well designed—especially the PIX payment option, which stood out to me. The tool also has good connections to other softwares we use, and the performance is reliable.

The interface is sometimes confusing. Pop-ups and notifications can interrupt the flow of use, and there’s an overload of information at first glance

Deel's most helpful aspect is the centralization of your financial and contractual data, along with your team's availability. I am able to quickly manage and approve PTO requests, as well as keep track of their hours worked. The UI is well thought out and it does not take long to find what you're looking for. It is also very responsive and I don't need to work through different tools to find the same information.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

Deel's AI feels gimicky and is not a feature I use or would use in the future.

It has allowed me to manage my team at a glance, all within a single tool. Before, I was managing multiple Excels to handle hours worked and PTO requests.

I like how Deel Hire makes money transfers easy with as little extra fees as possible. It's really easy to navigate the platform, and receiving and withdrawing money to my main accounts is straightforward. It's much easier than using PayPal or Stripe. The ease of navigation saves me time, especially when I need to do something quickly. Even setting up everything, like ID verifications, was really easy and took just minutes. I love how everything is like puzzles you can click, taking me exactly where I need to be on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

I wouldn't say that there's a thing that's not working great. Maybe the AI assistant a little bit but it's still learning. Every AI needs to learn, and there's still a lot of learning left for the AI.

The ease of viewing and signing contracts, as well as receiving payments through different means. It was helpful to receive payments to my Revolut account. Also, having the app is very convenient and not just having a website. I feel that learning to use their platform, as well as discovering the features and everything else, is very simple and convenient. Honestly, it is a great option for both employers and employees.

In general, I don't find anything I don't like, because it has very good functionality and meets my needs well.

I love that Deel Hire is so easy to use and comprehensive, especially for someone like me working as a foreign contractor. I like how the design was on point, with everything easy to reach and understandable. It really answered the needs of both the company and myself. Additionally, Deel Hire provides interesting features that I haven't tried before on other platforms. Overall, it's a great platform from what I've tested so far as an employee.

Probably the accuracy on required fields versus optional fields. Specifically for the context of paying taxes across different countries and all the legal requirements, for example, the treaty between United States and other countries to pay taxes only in the residency country. And it has interesting features that I've never tried before on other platforms.

I use Deel Hire mostly for daily time tracking and recording what's been done for the day. Tracking all the payments and invoices smoothly is a standout feature for me despite some delays in processing payments. Also, connecting cards to my bank account is a lot easier, and that's a yay.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

Sometimes processing payments takes longer. There's an issue when starting work if you don't press the start time; then hours don't get tracked. It would be better if there was a different way to input those hours afterward. I have to contact my client to fix it, which can be inconvenient. The initial setup was not easy due to the many documents needed, which takes a lot of time to collect and process.

I like using Deel Hire because it's easy to use and makes receiving money from my employer and transferring it to my account a lot easier. The protection with Face ID and the app's interface make me feel safe.

I find that the transfer of money from Deel Hire to my account takes too long, taking between 24 to 48 hours to get the money into my bank account.

Deel Hire makes receiving money from my employer and transferring it to my account easier. It's easy to use and has safety features like Face ID, making me feel secure.

I appreciate the variety of options available for payment through Deel Hire. Though I think they could add a few more options, the existing ones are sufficient. I find Deel Hire to be transparent and trustworthy in their operations. The platform is very intuitive and straightforward, making it really easy for me to use.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

They are taking long to solve issues with some contracts with problematic companies. I know it is not their fault, but they should vet better their partners (and even the partners of their partners). There are shady companies that will cause trouble and Deel Hire should be prepared to react quickly when these situations arise. Deel Hire should be prepared to offer quick solutions for employees in the form of economic compensation if some conditions of labor abuse are met. The funds for this should be advanced by the hiring companies as a form of a security deposit.

I signed my contract and receive my payment through Deel Hire. They provide professional employees, are a global employment platform, and use their systems to track my applicants.

What i like about Deel Hire is how dramatically it streamlines the entire hiring to onboarding process when working with global candidates. As a hiring manager, my priority is finding the right talent easy and fast and Deel makes that easier by bring everything into one place. once i decide on a hire, Deel automatically handles the transition into onboarding and global payroll, eliminating the errors and delays that usually come from juggling multiple systems.

I find Deel Hire perfect for managing the payments I receive. I like the design, as it's practical and very useful for doing everything I need, like withdrawing money and taking advantage of the rewards. The quick withdrawals allow me to make payments on time and even buy groceries when working, which is great. I also look forward to taking advantage of the money advances in the future. The setup was easy for me without any problems or delays.

It can have more withdrawal methods, Paypal for example should be a must. In the finance section, it can have a budgeting function, which would be great. Add withdrawal to crypto wallets.

I really like that it clearly shows the money you receive, the amount you want to send to your bank, and it displays in your local currency what you will receive without having any issues with currency conversion or anything.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

Some tabs confuse me a bit, at the very beginning I didn't understand how to register my CLABE account, I had to use the computer to do it because it showed an error from the phone, but once that was resolved, I haven't had any more issues.

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It seems like a very good option for employees who receive dollars instead of local currency. It often says that the money can take time, but fortunately, it has never been delayed in reaching my local bank, which makes it an excellent alternative when you want to have the money quickly or it is urgent for the user.

The compliance support of deel hire is a strong advantage. Whenever i'm exploring new HR or compliance initiatives, the specialist guidance has been extremely helpful. Their experts walk me through service options, policies and best practices which reduces uncertainty and speeds up decision making. Their implementation support also made onboarding smooth. Over these 3 years, I never missed my salary and I always received it on time; if it’s late, then it’s a client bank issue, not Deel.

I find Deel to be a clever solution for international workers operating as contractors. Overall, the interface is user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing. However, I have noticed that the web platform can occasionally be somewhat slow, particularly in the payments and transfers section. This is the main reason I would not rate it a perfect 5 out of 5. Despite this, I still recommend Deel as a reliable international payroll platform.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

Now, with regard to the opportunities for improvement that we consider in the
case of Deel, the first would be the speed of the
web platform, since in several cases and on Windows itself it is somewhat slow and has recurring bugs where it freezes, especially on the
transfer platform. The Deel card solution is adequate, but it has quite high fees in international terms

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, my experience with Deel has been positive. I find it to be an interesting solution that adds value. While there are some areas that could be enhanced, particularly regarding coverage and performance, I still recommend it. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars instead of a perfect score  5/5 due to the issues I mentioned. In specific terms, the problem that Deel aims to solve is that of multi-country payroll, as it allows receiving delocalized payments from the United States to all parts of the world and even has a card, somewhat expensive in fees but useful. It also allows making transfers and serves as a payment gateway, helping to optimize access to digital banking and not depend on legal restrictions or difficult Swift transfers to access funds.

I find there is too much AI support instead of helpful humans in support when unexpected issues arise on Deel. Additionally, I think it would be better if there was support for regions regarding legal handling according to law regulations. I also feel a bit let down that I cannot have 2FA using my preferred authentication tool like Authy, and I'm prompted each time I log in to download the Deel mobile app, which I find unnecessary.

**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

I like Deel's UI a lot; it feels nice and well-thought-out, which builds my trust in the app. The user experience is really important to me, and I feel like a lot of care has been put into Deel. I also like the support. There was a time I hadn't received my money in my bank account, and Deel's support responded pretty quickly. They asked for receipts and other details, and they were able to verify that the money had gone out from the Deel account to my account. This makes me feel like any issue I'm encountering is going to be resolved, which is really important for me.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

I mean, I wish they wouldn't be charging me $5 per transfer to my bank. And, also, I feel like it's not as clear how to toggle whether I want the money that I get paid onto my account. It's not as clear to me how to toggle off the automatic transferring to my bank. I wish it was easier or more clear how to toggle it because sometimes I wanna keep the money on my Deel account. So, yeah, sometimes, like, things might be, like, hard to find. For some paperwork that I didn't really think were necessary, like, some tax information that in the end I'm not sure if Deel was actually processing it or if it just required me to upload a placeholder because my employer at least did not care. It just felt like it has asked for too much information.

I use Deel mainly for getting paid as a contractor. The money usually transfers to my account within one or two business days, which is really efficient.
