Its app is very user-friendly and has a great diversity of assets and financial benefits. **What do you dislike about Bitso?** There really isn't anything I dislike about Bitso, I think it meets all the expectations I might have of a Wallet or digital bank. **What problems is Bitso solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we well know, cryptocurrencies are a new financial asset. For new users, the best thing is to have the most explanation and secure access to our funds above all. It gives you the ability to program sells of my bitcoins at the price I want, so I'd be automatically sell whenever they reach that value. I use it once a month for my transactions and after some months, I learned how to use it. **What do you dislike about Bitso?** is not that user friendly, so i got to play a lot with the buttons to understand what i could do and sometimes is sensitive because is money. For customer support, you go to a chatbot and then to send an email to a representative, which sometimes is not the ideal since the response can take up to 1 day. **What problems is Bitso solving and how is that benefiting you?** My main concern is the exhange rate between bitcoins and mexican pesos ir very volatile, so I like that the app allows you to program the sell at the value you want so it's done automatically so I dont waste time entering every 30 minutes to the platform to check the price of my bitcoins. ### 3. I click to activate the earn option and then I could not find an option to disable it. and the contract sounds pretty unsafe so I believe there should be an option to disable it, I contact support and they fixed it pretty quickly so it was ok **Recommendations to others considering Bitso:** keep in mind if you want to sell and buy again, it is better to change to usdt instead of pesos **What problems is Bitso solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me a place to buy bitcoin and send it to other wallets with pesos. I do not like to use it as a wallet except for small balances because some exchanges have died and I know that is always a possibility not your keys not your bitcoin ### 6. It works well for that purpose. UI is very clean and intuitive. The app guides you through anything you want to do. The number of available coins has grown a lot. They recently added Bitso+, where you can earn some yield by having bitcoin or stable coins. I think it's a good conservative option to make some gains. **What do you dislike about Bitso?** Their security feels good to me. Regardless, I know people whose account has been hacked and emptied, which has made me think twice about signing up for Bitso+. **Recommendations to others considering Bitso:** If you can't transfer funds directly to other exchanges, this might be a good option. **What problems is Bitso solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a gateway wallet for me. Is a simple and intuitive platform. Very straightforward. Also, I love client support because they help me quickly and knew the answers to all my questions. I have used almost all coins available on the platform: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, Theter, and Bat... The good news is that they keep adding more and more crypto to their portfolio by using an excellent platform with great security options like 2FA. I feel very confident using Bitso every single time. I definitely have always good news when using Bitso. **What do you dislike about Bitso?** Bitso could have plenty of cryptocurrencies available but at least they have the main importance, at least for me. They have Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin among others. Also, I think the fee price is a little high, but I haven't got problems with that. I wish had met Bitso sooner, I really needed a platform as good as this one so long before. But the good news is that now many people use it so trading became faster because of the good rates, as well as the offer and demand has got higher so the ideal of the platform is going into the right path. **Recommendations to others considering Bitso:** If you are considering Bitso for your daily life, this is a great option. But be careful, right now only accept Mexican Pesos, Argentinian Pesos, the Brazilian real and I believe that the USD dollar as well. The trading pairs are pretty easy to understand but it works really quickly so be sure to make a transaction before do it. I prefer using Bitso for transactions rather than using it as a wallet but it's totally up to you. The good news is that you can send any asset to any wallet that you prefer and you can always check the transactions on the wallet history which is very up to date. Another thing you can use is the referral program that they have which pays you 10% of all commission of every user that you refer. **What problems is Bitso solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved the problem of buying Bitcoin or Ethereum by using my Mexican Pesos. I was looking for a simple way of getting Bitcoin to send it to other addresses or my personal wallets. Besides, this is a great wallet it works fine and I have never had problems using it. When I wanted to increase my Wallet range in Mexican Pesos the staff helps me very well. I can't be happier using it. ### 15. It allows me to withdraw digital funds to my bank account in Mexico. The user experience is pretty good (easy to register and use). The security features for both users and the company are excellent. **What do you dislike about Bitso?** It doesn't give you a dedicated wallet address; it gives you one per transaction. There are many restrictions on the amount of money you can withdraw to your bank account (Mexico) due to laws in place by the Mexican income-tax authority.
