My questions are always answered quickly and Kendall is always willing to take the time to jump on a call to explain something or help us build a new email campaign. **What do you dislike about EmployeeReferrals.com?** We thought some of the email templates out the box were a little cookie cutter, but being able to create email templates from scratch, and with our own design and branding elements, has allowed us to get the look and feel we want in our email campaigns. **What problems is EmployeeReferrals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest solution for me as a communications specialist was being able to utilize the Employee Referrals tool as a vehicle for getting the word out on an employee campaign we started last year. Because the campaign is meant to make employees feel good about the company they work for, it made sense to pair it with our Employee Referrals emails. Kendall helped us to tailor these emails to our specific needs, and that was incredibly helpful during the process. ### 2. I also really like the QR code that is linked to each employee. It makes it so easy to trace employee referrals and easy for the referrals to apply. **What do you dislike about EmployeeReferrals.com?** Our company systems are very complex, and sometimes referrals and our ATS systems don't capture the correct information, so we need to do manual processes to reconcile. Our account managers do a great job helping us sort the information and provide quick and easy solutions when there are any issues. **What problems is EmployeeReferrals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem it has solved is giving our employees a site to easily communicate to HR and recruiters of high-potential employees that would be great fits for the company. The employee is now rewarding for the referral, and we can easily track the referrals. Another issue that was solved is that recruiting times have decreased with this system in place. ### 3. We are in APAC and we always encounter delays in the updates. When we moved to this platform it really moved us forward in this space. With budgets being tight this was one of the best investments we have made to support our overall hiring strategy. Employees can 'set it and forget it' with the auto share tool. We also really enjoy the monthly emails and marketing tools that ER creates and sends on our behalf to all employees. Employees are sharing jobs and getting our openings out there through the folks that already work here. **What do you dislike about EmployeeReferrals.com?** I dont think there is a part of this that we do not like. The tool is simple to use and works for what we want it for. **What problems is EmployeeReferrals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We get a lot more referrals and employees are realizing a greater amount of the 'bounty' paid out. We are getting referrals in all our locations. Its easy to use and we enjoy the ability to not have to put a lot of work into it but have a big benefit. It also integrates with our ATS so jobs seamlessly move over from our ATS into the system and reporting comes back to us right away. We also just switched out ATS and they were easy to work with and got the job done for us easily. ### 14. The campaign tool is easy to use and has helped us source 3x the referrals we did in the past. The response from our employees has been positive, and they like being able to track the progress of the people they refer. The integration with our ATS works flawlessly and only took a couple of days to implement. **What do you dislike about EmployeeReferrals.com?** Honestly, there isn't anything that jumps out. Promotions, Ease of use, targeted or general campaigns, complete mobile solution, social components, leaderboard, gamification. Their account management team is great to work with and transparent with new releases and product updates or customization.. **What do you dislike about EmployeeReferrals.com?** Overall I'm pleased and don't have much to complain about. I think they are working on really advanced reporting to get granular level detail on any data involved with the referral program which will be great (ie create a custom report to run every month that shows referral data per location, business department, etc) **Recommendations to others considering EmployeeReferrals.com:** Seems like the product was always improving while we were using it. Pretty early user. We made a ton of hires through it (I think at the highest point around 50% of our hires were coming through EmployeeReferrals). **What problems is EmployeeReferrals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy, systematic way for employees to make referrals. Also, an easy way to track all the activity on the back end. We were spending way too much time trying to manage our referral program, which was a great source of hire for us, but we knew it could be even better.
