Outseta is an all-in-one platform that brings together the core tools needed to run many types of small businesses—including payments, authentication, CRM, email, and help desk tools. Most of our customers are building online businesses and charge their customers using a subscription or membership model—although we support one-time payments, too. Outseta is commonly used to build membership websites, SaaS products, online courses, online communities, and sell productized services.

CRM - just keep track of everythign has been awesome for us and hubspot intgreation is great

**What do you like best about Outseta?**

We had an interesting journey with Outseta. When we were getting started on developing our subscription model for our website, we weren't sure if we needed any other service besides a payment processor. We decided to give Outseta a try since it was reasonably priced and claimed to do everything we needed (and then some). After we launched our service, we realized that a lot of features were already available in Outseta that we didn't know we needed (it's the first time we launched something like that).
Integration and implementation into the website were pretty straightforward, and everything is reasonably well-documented. We had a few questions for the support, which was always fast and super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Outseta?**

Honestly, not much. We are a small startup and don't have any special requirements. I can imagine that the offered features would not be suitable for corporate customers, but it's not limiting us.

**What problems is Outseta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outseta handles our subsciption management from A-Z, including payment (via Stripe). We also use the support ticketing system and, to a limited extent, email marketing.

**What do you like best about Outseta?**

I like Outseta for its simple UI and super intuitive layout, which makes it easy to use right away. The team at Outseta is super helpful, especially during onboarding and when we needed assistance integrating with Webflow. Their support made the initial setup easy, even when things got more complicated with Webflow.

Hard to understand coming from Webflow

Outseta manages our B2B accounts, ensuring seamless user login and access to site content.

**What do you like best about Outseta?**

We send huge amount of invoices to our customers it's easy to track them. I can see how much we send and how much we received monthly . All customers has their own account so once we click on names it show the whole history of theirs.Itbis not complicated to use. Definitely user friendly. More features available than Square app. I am using almost everyday.

**What do you dislike about Outseta?**

When you go to transactions it is a little bit hard to find which invoice is paid or not. I just realized we missed some of the payments because the app doesn't notifie us. For some reasons when you go back page it clears everything and doesn't show where you left off.

**What problems is Outseta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have huge amount of customers. It is not easy to track their numbers on your own so that instead of using Excelsheet we purchased this app. Now it is really easy to see who is paying or not by just one click . Time saving and sending invoices is easy

At first, I was unsure of the CRM differences but once you are in there, it all makes sense.

**What do you like best about Outseta?**

All features of Outseta I have been very familiar with for a long time, however, I was struggling to find a tool that implemented everything in one place. 
The team are absolutely brilliant and within the first two weeks, I had three meetings with Geoff and every time he helped me with the whole tech side of the software but also a lot of advice about everything else even things not related to Outseta. The team are also on the ball constantly, so I never have to sit around waiting for a response.

There were a few bugs that I came into contact with, however, upon emailing the team they had me back on track within a couple of hours.

**What problems is Outseta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All features that I have ever needed and used all in one place, meaning that everything is fully in sync and I don't have to go between places to use different resources.

**What do you like best about Outseta?**

Having used Outseta from their launch to today its been an amazing tool to have. Everything is in the one place from sales, marketing and support. Gone are the days of multiple products that cost the earth, Outseta does it all without fuss and complication.

**What do you dislike about Outseta?**

Docs and help guides can lack in certain areas (Understandable with a small startup) but a quick email and the guys there are more than happy to help. 

**Recommendations to others considering Outseta:**

If you need something that does it all and does it right Outseta is perfect. Its not fully scalable so 1000 customers/ users and it may struggle but for a startup that needs something easy and quick to use nothing else comes close. 

**What problems is Outseta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have reduced our software costs by 2/3, reduced the amount of data moving to keep separate systems in sync.

**What do you like best about Outseta?**

The integration of subscription billing, CRM and email marketing. The dashboard is really nice to track emails, click-thru and accounts. I'm starting to use the knowledge base functionality and deals for tracking pipeline. 

**What do you dislike about Outseta?**

As with any new software I've run across some bugs. The main bugs I encountered was 1) sending future email broadcast - the timing didn't initially work correctly, and 2) handling of iframe for their widget tools. When I reported the issues the Outseta team responded quickly so I was quite happy.

**Recommendations to others considering Outseta:**

It's free up until 250 contacts and easy to use, so no harm in trying it out. 

**What problems is Outseta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small startup that lacks a technical co-founder I wanted an easy-to-use package to get started on the basics such as email marketing, pipeline and billing without having to do a lot of technical integration. This product fit the bill. The Outseta team has also been responsive to feature requests and added a feature I needed to streamline the customer billing process.
