What do you like best about ASAPP?

I like that ASAPP is probably 90%+ accurate, which makes it a great summary timesaver. My team is measured on efficiency, where every second counts, and saving time closing out customer accounts to move on to the next is valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASAPP?

I find issues with grammar, punctuation, and spelling at times, which might be due to the transcription service used. Experts need to take extra time to manually correct errors, which could be improved by allowing real-time adjustments instead of waiting until the end. It would be helpful to have system notifications for grammar and spelling as a time saver. The initial setup took a while, taking several months with the project and dev teams to fully integrate. While using the platform as a customer support expert, ASAPP has been solving it's purpose with it's user friendly responses to the concerns and also addresses and acknowledges the customer's need with keywords to filter and help the best out of query in realtime. What do you like best about ASAPP?

It is very easy to access Customer account details. It have wonderful automated responses which are suggested based on customer's question. Not only these, but it can provide you hassle free copy feature of text of mobile numbers.

It also fetches customer browser activity which helps us find if cx is online. It also has auto pilot mode which can time out chat automatically if there is no response from customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASAPP?

Nothing much to dislike but it forgets the total login hours after it is closed by myself also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
