
I like that ASAPP is probably 90%+ accurate, which makes it a great summary timesaver. My team is measured on efficiency, where every second counts, and saving time closing out customer accounts to move on to the next is valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find issues with grammar, punctuation, and spelling at times, which might be due to the transcription service used. Experts need to take extra time to manually correct errors, which could be improved by allowing real-time adjustments instead of waiting until the end. It would be helpful to have system notifications for grammar and spelling as a time saver. The initial setup took a while, taking several months with the project and dev teams to fully integrate.
