**What do you like best about interCOMM?**

What I like about InterCOMM is that the detail orientation is easy to see even at first glance especially since the details are essential to our work, easy to use and organized.

**What do you dislike about interCOMM?**

No downside for me to using InterCOMM since it is very helpful and fast in creating emails, especially urgent requests, we could really rely on this application in order to deliver important information quickly.

**What problems is interCOMM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need to address an issue from an urgent request in order to solve the case properly and fast, InterCOMM helps me to do the job well. This also helps me to look for other cases related to the issue I address and that serves as a guide to me in order to always be on the right track.

**What do you like best about interCOMM?**

1. Extremely easy to integrate and use.
2. I  ike that there's a mobile app.
3. Instant notifications are great.
4. The entire user interface is slick and beautiful. It adds a lot of value to our service.
5. A great collection of bots and other templates - really gets us going quickly.

My sincere thanks to the entire Intercom support staff who has been helping me.

**What do you dislike about interCOMM?**

I don't really dislike any feature but I do have some feedback
1. The service is a little pricey compared to other vendors. But if it can help us delight the customers, then its worth the price.
2.There is no native app for Mac. There's an iPhone app but it'd be great to have a macOS app as well. Intercom's competitor Drift has a native app.

**Recommendations to others considering interCOMM:**

Intercom can be one of the great assets for customer retention.

**What problems is interCOMM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main use case for Intercom is to simplify support for our customers and bring delight to them.
Conversational support is the next gen way of support and Intercom is leading the way.

**What do you like best about interCOMM?**

I like the fact that all our clients are linked on intercom and it keeps track of everything you sent, whether its a chat or email. I love the snooze and templates you can also set up so that you don't have to type the same emails over and over.

**What do you dislike about interCOMM?**

At this point in time, the only thing that I have a problem with is the time it takes to add an additional email to link to the system

**Recommendations to others considering interCOMM:**

It is by far the easiest and best emailing system I used. I love the fact that you can even store articles and template emails, which makes it easier to get through a bulk of clients. You can also set up reminders on the system and snooze the ones you keep for a later stage in the week. You can also do your reports on this software and it really is a one-stop shop. :-)

**What problems is interCOMM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with call waiting time and it makes our job easy - Instead of waiting in a call queue you can chat and email us. We then receive it via intercom
