## Braze Reviews
 ### 1. Smooth sailing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ákos V. | Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze has always been on my radar, due to its legendary status among CRM platforms - but it has always seemed out of reach because of the price tag associated with the product. This changed in the last 2 months, when I have done a comparative analysis of more than 10 providers, and found the price to feature ratio to be the most balanced on Braze.

PROS:
- Passionate account executives, providing a full overview of the product
- Dedicated onboarding subsidiary called Massive Rocket, with the singular scope of making the process as smooth as possible
- Feature rich, mobile-first platform, with unparallelled diversity and customisation options in campaign and journey setup

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

As I mentioned before, the pricing had been the main reason why I haven't had the chance of using Braze in my Marketing career so far. While it's definitely competitive when measured against equal calibre products, it can still be a little bit intimidating, especially for companies that are looking to commit to a platform for years to come.

CONS:
- In-app and content card channels priced separately
- Separate one-off onboarding fee
- A handful of learning materials locked behind a paywall

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating complex automated journeys to cater for multiple lifecycle stages for a highly segmented user base. Introducing possibilities for deep personalisation via liquid tags, creating content blocks to automate the better part of template creation.

 ### 2. Engage your users with an higher level AI-native orchestration tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Federico M. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze continues to outpace the market by shifting from simple automation to true AI-native orchestration. In 2026, the standout feature is definitely the BrazeAI™ Decisioning Studio. Unlike old-school A/B testing, it uses reinforcement learning to autonomously decide the best channel, timing, and offer for each user in real-time.

I’m also incredibly impressed with the BrazeAI™ Liquid Assistant. It has turned complex Liquid coding into a conversational task, allowing our team to build hyper-personalized logic (like dynamic product catalogs) in minutes rather than hours. The addition of AI Agents for content QA and localization has also streamlined our global operations, ensuring brand consistency across 10+ languages without manual bottlenecks.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

As we lean more into Agentic workflows and AI-driven orchestration, the credit-based consumption or 'AI-utility' pricing can become unpredictable. It would be helpful to have better forecasting tools within the dashboard to see exactly how autonomous decisioning will impact our budget before a campaign goes live.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Braze, we were able to centralize all communications to our users in a single tool, which allows us to manage the various communication channels in a complete and widespread manner and to make decisions on how to improve them. Its user-friendly aspect has also allowed us to reduce the activities where the support of the development team is needed, making our marketing / CRM team more autonomous.

 ### 3. Allrounder - Tool for Email- & Automation Marketing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa Viola M. | CRM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze is intuitive and easy to navigate, and its user-friendly design makes working with it especially smooth. It offers a solid range of tools that can be integrated without much hassle, making it a dependable choice. Another great aspect is that users can actively contribute feedback and be involved in improving the platform. Overall, it’s a well-rounded solution—if your product or marketing team is looking for an efficient way to design and manage customer communication, Braze is definitely worth considering.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

There aren’t many major improvements to suggest—overall, I’d rate Braze very highly—but there are a few smaller areas that could be enhanced. For instance, unlike some other tools, Braze doesn’t automatically save changes to campaigns or canvases. This can lead to extra work if you forget to save manually, especially since the platform logs you out after a few hours, which can result in losing unsaved progress.

Another limitation is that once a campaign is launched, not all elements can be adjusted—even if it hasn’t actually been sent yet. It would also be helpful to have more flexibility in canvas scheduling. Currently, the maximum delay between steps is limited to 31 days, but in some cases, longer intervals are needed.

Lastly, Braze is quite expensive, which can make it difficult for smaller startups to afford and the pricing should be easier to view and adjust.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know if they are working on the things I would like to have changed, but I put in some requests and waiting for them to implement them. Good that they always come up to you when they released a new tool.

**Official Response from Andrea Nieto:**

> Appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback, it’s great to hear Braze has been easy to navigate and effective for managing your marketing efforts.

You’ve also raised some important points around autosave, edit flexibility after launch, scheduling limits, and pricing. This kind of specific input is exactly what helps drive improvements, and we’ve made sure your feedback is shared with the right teams.

Thanks again for your perspective, it helps us continue to refine the experience.

 ### 4. Great features, easy interface and easier to segment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tulay O. | CRM Campaign Manager , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

It is easy to use, the drag and drop templates are much easier to use and the interface is user friendly. I found creating segments has become a lot easier and I think the use of AI is also a game changer too.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

When you clean up a canvas, it still puts the steps all over the place and often if your doing a larger canvas, makes it more untidy. I also still would love it if liquid could be easier to spot errors. Rather than trying to find a needle in a haystack. An ESP provider should be easy to use, than make your campaign and life harder.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User update step is a great new tool which is really useful, it has really come in handy with our current loyalty incentive campaigns

 ### 5. Updates and automation that make daily life easier, with quick and helpful support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maicon V. | Analista Martech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

The updates have made my day-to-day easier. The support is quick and helpful, and there are many new tools that assist with automation. Additionally, the integration with various partners helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Some areas still need improvement. Although there are many things that make it easier, other parts remain very manual and need to be enhanced.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze has been making day-to-day life much easier. It has brought many new updates that help in daily activities, and the partners we use are easily connected, which automates the process.

The biggest problem, however, is in some usability aspects. For example, in the Audience Path: when we apply a filter and need to repeat the same filter by changing just one detail in the field, we have to redo it in all fields because there is no option to copy and paste. In the Canvas, we also cannot select and copy to paste in another part of the same canvas, nor can we select multiple items/fields at once.

Despite this, the tool greatly helps in terms of security and also in customer relationship.

 ### 6. Revolutionizing Customer Engagement with Braze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganesh K. | Senior Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze has integrate with AI into the platform and made our work much more easier by identifying new market opportunities and tailoring our marketing content based on the target segment which makes it more engaging for the users.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Pricing has not been improved yet, the AI integration in in testing phase and there are some bugs in the outpur, Recommend to human verify the outputs.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze solved many problems for our business by providing the one-stop solution for multi-channel marketing. Automating our marketing campaigns by creating workflows. Most importantly the segmentation of the users is bases on their behaviour, and demographics, this could be a major pain point if we had to do it manually. By getting clear segmentation, we could target each segment with specific ads and campaigns.

 ### 7. Powerful Canvas Automations, But Scheduling and Timezone Settings Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

At Cross The Tracks, what stands out most about Braze is how intuitive and powerful the platform is across the entire lifecycle of our campaigns. The UI/UX is a real highlight, particularly the Canvas builder, whose drag-and-drop interface and decision paths make it easy to create and manage complex customer journeys for different audience segments like early-bird buyers, VIPs, and returning attendees—saving us hours of manual work each week. Braze also integrates seamlessly with our ticketing platform and data warehouse, allowing us to use real-time purchase and engagement data to trigger highly relevant messaging, such as lineup announcements or last-call ticket pushes. In terms of performance, the platform is reliable even during high-pressure moments like ticket launches, ensuring messages are delivered quickly and consistently when timing is critical. While the pricing represents a meaningful investment, the ROI is clear through improved engagement and increased ticket sales driven by personalized, automated campaigns. The support and onboarding experience has also been strong, with a responsive and knowledgeable team that provides both technical help and strategic guidance when needed. On top of that, Braze’s AI and intelligence features, such as predictive segmentation and intelligent channel optimization, have helped us refine how and when we reach our audience, boosting engagement and conversions without adding extra workload. Overall, Braze has become a central part of how we connect with our audience, enabling us to deliver timely, personalized experiences that reflect the energy and diversity of the Cross The Tracks festival.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

While Braze is powerful, there are still some UI/UX limitations that can make it less user-friendly than competitors. For example, I recently encountered an issue where the platform allowed me to schedule a mailer for a time that had already passed, without any warning. This resulted in an important campaign not being sent, even though it still appeared as “scheduled,” which was frustrating from both a usability and reliability standpoint. Another challenge is that timezone settings aren’t easily adjustable—our instance is locked to Central European Time, so I constantly have to account for the time difference when scheduling campaigns. Small issues like these can interrupt workflow efficiency and increase the risk of errors, especially during time-sensitive campaign periods.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze solves the challenge of delivering timely, behaviour-driven messaging, which is particularly valuable for our VIP upgrade funnel at Cross The Tracks. Previously, upgrading customers required more manual follow-up and often missed the ideal moment to convert interest into action. Now, through our integration with Kaboodle, ticket purchase data flows into Braze in real time, allowing us to trigger a “thank you” email immediately after someone buys a standard ticket, with a clear and relevant VIP upgrade offer included. This instant response means we are reaching customers at peak intent, while their purchase is still top of mind. We can then build on this with follow-up reminders and tailored messaging depending on whether they engage or upgrade. This approach has made the process far more efficient and has led to stronger upgrade conversion rates, while also creating a smoother and more personalised experience for our audience.

**Official Response from Andrea Nieto:**

> Thank you for the incredibly detailed feedback. It’s great to hear Braze is helping your team deliver highly personalized, real-time campaigns and supporting critical moments like ticket launches with reliability and scale. We’re especially glad the Canvas experience, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities are creating value for your workflows and audience engagement.

We also appreciate you highlighting the scheduling and time zone challenges. Issues like missed sends and time zone friction can have a real operational impact, particularly for time-sensitive campaigns, and your feedback has been shared with the team as we continue improving the experience and reducing opportunities for error.

Thanks again for taking the time to share such thoughtful insights, it’s incredibly valuable to us.

 ### 8. Powerful CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze has been built for multi-channel from the ground up — email, push, SMS and more — and that shows in how naturally it handles complex lifecycle programs across channels. It also plays well with a wide range of tech stacks, whether you're doing a quick Shopify integration or building something fully custom via API. That flexibility is genuinely rare.
On the product side, the release cadence has noticeably picked up. There's clear investment happening, and the AI feature roadmap is pointing in the right direction — the use cases they're targeting (retention, churn risk, personalization) are exactly what growth and CRM teams need. That ambition is encouraging.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The pricing model is genuinely frustrating — complex, opaque, and seemingly always in flux. It's hard to forecast costs confidently, and the lack of transparency makes it difficult to plan at a team or org level. That's a real problem when you're trying to build a business case internally.
CSM quality is inconsistent. When you get a great one it's a genuine asset, but the variability means you can't rely on it as a stable support channel — and when things go wrong, that gap is painful. Speaking of support: the absence of chat support for quick fixes is a miss. Many comparable tools offer it, and for a platform this complex, it would make a meaningful difference.
On AI: the use cases they're targeting are relevant, but the models aren't delivering yet in practice. Retention and churn risk features in particular haven't worked as expected — so while the direction is right, I'm not convinced by the results so far. More proof points needed before it lives up to the promise.
Data consumption limits and segment build constraints also add unnecessary friction for power users.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze helps us have a holistic view on what we are sending to our users. It helps make sure our communications are tailored and adapted to each individual across multiple channels.

 ### 9. Advanced CRM for your app and web product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nika G. | Lead Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze is an excellent choice among customer engagement platforms: primarily due to its exceptional focus on multi-channel orchestration, powerful personalization capabilities, and robust data infrastructure. If your business is focusing on creating customer-friendly communication and engagement, Braze is a great option. I appreciate the quality of support and communication.
In essence, what I like the most about Braze is its comprehensive approach to customer engagement. It's not just a tool for sending messages and push notifications; it's a strategic platform for understanding your customers, acting on real-time data, and building meaningful, lasting relationships.
Braze offers many useful tools, such as landing pages, banners, and surveys.
Detailed reports help to monitor overall performance for the email and push campaigns.
It integrates with third-party tools and supports API integration, enabling more custom solutions.

I appreciate the quality of support and communication. I find the learning base and courses from Braze very helpful, so any team member can gain in-depth knowledge about Braze, from data usage to campaign setup.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I don't find helpful pop-ups and news banner that appear in the middle of the screen, which promote events and changes. It would be nice to make them less disruptive.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze, as a customer engagement platform, addresses issues related to engagement and communication between products and users, enabling the gathering of feedback and insights from users. It enables cross-channel messaging and journey orchestration from a single platform.

New AI decisioning may help to optimize testing process.

 ### 10. User-Friendly but Needs Better Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Berat Fırat E. | Product Manager - Growth & CRM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I find Braze very easy to use, especially for creating funnels, which in Braze are called canvases, making it an essential tool for our company. I like managing all CRM operations with Braze because it simplifies the process significantly. Their personalization features, like Liquid Personalization, are particularly appealing. The a/b testing mechanism within canvases is also user-friendly and helps us test different variants for push notifications and emails effortlessly. I appreciate the quiet hours feature and frequency capping rules; we utilize these constantly to ensure our communications are respectful and not overwhelming for users. Personalization is crucial for sending customized progress reports based on user behavior. The quiet hours setting helps us prevent sending notifications at inconvenient times, and frequency capping assists in controlling the communication volume. All in all, I like how Braze supports our CRM operations smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I think the analytics part needs to be improved. When it comes to basic analytics like email open, click rate, or push notification open or click rate, it is useful but the analytics for the whole effect of our CRM operations is very basic and not enough. The 'test canvas' feature is not very useful; I almost used it once or twice. Technical analytics is also not enough, as it's not easy to monitor why some communications are not going, what the logs are, etc. The setup wasn't too difficult, but it definitely required someone knowledgeable about the structure.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for our CRM to communicate consistently within the user funnel, segmenting users and targeting cohorts. It's easy to manage CRM operations, create funnels (canvases), personalize interactions, and test messages with a/b testing, quiet hours, and frequency capping.

 ### 11. Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothée P. | Marketing Automation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

 ### 12. AI Integration Makes Braze a Top Pick for Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** connor h. | Campaign Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I primarily use Braze for email and SMS marketing. I find it to be the most efficient way of communicating with our base compared to other platforms we've tried. I really like the AI integration that Braze offers, including both the live version and the one that's in development. It's cool how it can build emails with relatively simple setups, and I especially appreciate the integration with Canva for developing imagery. The live language translation feature also seems really interesting, and I'm planning to explore it further.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The canvases seem a little complex compared to the platforms I've used before, but I think a lot of that is just me getting used to it.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze offers the most efficient way of communicating with our base through email and SMS marketing. Its AI integration builds emails easily and develops imagery with Canva, plus its live language translation feature is very promising.

 ### 13. Accessible APIs, SQL, and AI That Help Scale Personalisation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany M. | Customer Engagement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Their data capabilities are very upfront and accessible - they provide access to things like APIs/SQL etc. for marketers that generally would only be touched by more technical people. This gives much more opportunity for us to scale personalisation and customer journeys, especially using their advanced AI features.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Because all the technical features are so upfront, it can be complex to understand segments and how to set up certain journeys like abandon cart or just general logic. They also have loads of add ons which can be hard to keep track of.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze is allowing us to connect our in-app behaviours with customer comms and base our audiences on real data in real time.

 ### 14. Intuitive Platform with Powerful Automation and Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carina S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I use Braze for sending out emails and campaigns and creating automations. I really appreciate its intuitive canvas journey builder, which allows me to create complex automation flows without needing engineering support. I also like the creative studio and the Canva integration, which has made asset creation quicker and less frictional. Personalization through liquid scripting is central to how we run our messaging, allowing us to surface product recommendations that resonate with our audience. Braze is a more intuitive platform that offers more automation and better quality campaigns and lead generation.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The AI copywriting assistance is useful for drafts but definitely requires human editing. It would be helpful to have the ability to feed in brand voice guidelines and examples of references.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for sending emails, creating automations without engineering support. It's more intuitive, allowing better automation and quality campaigns. Its Canva integration speeds up asset creation, and Liquid scripting enhances personalization with product recommendations.

 ### 15. Seamlessly Powerful UI with Stellar Reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I really like Braze for its easy and time-efficient customer segment creation and campaign management, making it simple to test campaigns. The UI is very user-friendly, built upon a powerful system, which makes it easy for marketers to craft complex campaigns and customer journeys effortlessly. It's a solid system with little to no issues or bugs, which makes it really trustworthy. The simple UI enables quick training for new starters, helping them to get operational swiftly, which is a great time-saver for the team. Additionally, the system's reliability means we can trust the tool and utilize new releases without worry. Setting up Braze was very easy, with a clear onboarding process managed well by the Braze team, offering lots of support.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I think Braze could give more individual control over channels to allow us to pause/start specific channels within a canvas. As if we have a multi-channel canvas, we currently have to stop the whole thing rather than just one channel.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze makes it efficient to create customer segments and campaigns, saving time. Its simple UI speeds up training and maximizes productivity. The system's reliability ensures we trust updates and focus on priorities without worrying about issues.

**Official Response from Emily Calderon:**

> Hi there, thank you for taking the time to review Braze! We understand your frustration and are committed to improving your experience. Your feedback is being logged with our teams, but please reach out to your CSM or support@braze.com if you need further assistance.

 ### 16. Strong customer engagement platform with powerful real-time capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

What I like best about Braze is how easy it is to actually build and launch campaigns without needing a lot of technical support. The journey builder in particular has made a big difference for me. Being able to set up multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and in-app in one place has saved a lot of time compared to using separate tools or relying on engineers.

The real-time data is another big advantage. I can trigger messages based on what users are doing right now, not hours or days later. That has made our campaigns feel much more relevant and has improved engagement.

Integrations have also been really useful. Once everything was connected to our data sources, it became much easier to create more targeted segments and personalize messaging. From a pricing and ROI perspective, while we are still early in our use of the platform, the value is clear in terms of efficiency and consolidation. Having multiple channels and capabilities in one platform reduces the need for additional tools, which we expect will lower overall costs. The ability to target users more accurately should also improve conversion rates, which we anticipate will deliver a strong return on investment over time.

The platform is also reliable when sending to large audiences, and I have not run into major issues with delivery. Onboarding was fairly smooth, and when I have needed help, support has been responsive and helpful.

The AI assistant in Braze, BrazeAI Operator, has been a useful feature so far, mainly for helping speed up campaign setup and content creation. We are still early in using it, but it has made it easier to generate messaging ideas and get campaigns off the ground more quickly.

One thing I did not expect was how easy it is to test and iterate. The built-in A/B testing and analytics make it simple to try new ideas and quickly see what works without needing extra tools.

Overall, it has made my workflow faster and made it easier to run more effective campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

One downside of Braze is that there is a noticeable learning curve, especially when you start working with more advanced features like segmentation, personalisation, and journey logic. While the platform is powerful, it can take time to feel fully confident using it without support. This has been more apparent during onboarding, where some setup steps and configurations require technical input.

The UI is generally good, but it can become harder to manage as campaigns and journeys grow more complex. Navigating and maintaining larger canvases can feel a bit overwhelming at times, particularly for new users.

From a pricing perspective, the lack of transparent pricing upfront makes it harder to evaluate early on, and it is clearly positioned as an enterprise-level investment. While we expect strong ROI over time, the initial cost and setup effort can be a barrier, especially for smaller teams.

Overall, while the platform is very capable, it does require time, resources, and a certain level of technical maturity to get the most out of it.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Braze, we struggled with managing customer communication across multiple tools and channels, which made it harder to keep messaging consistent and respond quickly to user behaviour. Campaign setup often required more manual work and coordination with technical teams, which slowed things down.

With Braze, we can now manage email, push, and in-app messaging in one place and build journeys more independently. This has already reduced the time it takes to launch campaigns and made it easier to stay consistent across channels. We can also start to use real-time data to trigger messages based on user actions, rather than relying on delayed or batch updates.

Another problem was limited visibility into customer data for segmentation. Now that our data is integrated into Braze, we can create more targeted audiences and personalise messaging more effectively. While we are still early in the rollout, this is already improving how relevant our campaigns are and should lead to better engagement and conversion rates.

 ### 17. Ease of Use, Seamless Onboarding, but Needs Enhanced Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrico C. | CRM Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I like Braze for its ease of use and advanced features, which don't require advanced technical experience if the database is properly set up. It helps users throughout the whole lifecycle, from account creation to retention to reactivation. Braze's native connectors with main industry tools are great, especially with Snowflake. It's easy to connect through API possibilities, making life simpler as CRM managers and allowing us to focus on what matters most. The onboarding team is amazing and guided us through the setup and IP warming, with most delays being on our side rather than from the Braze team.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The tags system should be paired with a folder system. There should be an easier way to find segments and custom attributes from a filtering point of view. There needs to be a better way to select fields and group them under specific umbrellas.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for CRM, managing communication from account creation to reactivation. It's user-friendly with advanced features, integrates with main tools like Snowflake, and eases CRM management, allowing me to focus on key tasks.

 ### 18. Effortless Optimization and Personalization with Braze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Head of CRM Solutions, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I like that Braze is very simple to use. Anyone can pick it up and start using it, even if they aren't very technical. The Canvas feature is particularly easy to use, allowing me to build out campaigns and journeys effortlessly. It's very flexible, letting me do anything I want, and the AI opportunities are growing quickly. The AI capabilities help in scaling personalization easily and guide me through the system. The integration of data points, such as customer and booking data, is also a big plus, allowing personalized and hyper-personalized engagements with customers. Additionally, Braze's constant innovation, multiple channels, and ease of use for CRM teams make it a great tool.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I think maybe a better integration with external data. The cloud data ingestion is good, but if it could be extended to allow selections to be made within Canvas and Canvas filters, like using the data that sits in Snowflake, that would be very helpful.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Braze lets us trigger personalized messages at the right time based on customer events. It integrates various data points for better engagement and allows one-to-one hyper-personalization, enhancing our CRM capabilities.

 ### 19. Comprehensive Campaign Management with Braze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seyi A. | Product Marketing Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I like that the user interface of Braze is really easy to learn and helps me become really good at using it. It uses simple language and places features in the right spots, which is great. I also appreciate how it allows me to layer different features and capabilities to build sophisticated and slightly complicated customer journeys. The way it displays a customer journey along with breaking down the segmentation and filters nicely is done well and is unified. I feel that Braze really understands the user journey from end to end.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I think they can expand what they do really well. The push story UI feature, for example, is not great as the fields currently overlap and it's quite ugly when you lots of liquid code making it difficult to look at. Also, the Intelligent timing is constrained by the full 2 days window, which isn't ideal. Overall, there are little features that feel kind of neglected; as if they're built once and then the focus moves to the next feature. There's legacy stuff, like intelligent channels, that they could build on more, but the focus seems to be on AI at the moment. Revisiting and refining features from one or two years ago could really make Braze better.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze helps us send marketing campaigns via emails, apps, and push notifications while offering capabilities that other platforms like Salesforce didn't, providing cost savings by consolidating all channels into one.

 ### 20. Effortless Email Marketing with Powerful AI Assistance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I use Braze for email marketing and it really helps with reporting. The dashboard and reports are easy to make, and it's super helpful having all the information consolidated into one place. I also find creating designs easier on Braze for email templates. The AI assistant is super handy because if I ever have a question or query, I go to the assistant and the majority of the time it helps me plan and make better decisions. Braze's capabilities work well aligned with user app behavior and better targeting, which is great for my company that has an app. The initial setup was quite easy, and any issues we faced were from our side, not a Braze issue.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I’m not a huge fan of the rows when creating an email. It would be helpful to have additional columns and other decision functions such as being able to change the color of a spacer inside a row without changing the background color.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze simplifies reporting with easy dashboards and reports, consolidates information in one place, and makes designing email templates easier.

 ### 21. Braze update

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ade O. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze AI, the new personalization features has helped us to get closer the ultimate goal of 1-2-1 marketing between our brand and customers

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The integration of Whatsapp and RCS, Braze only allows you to regeister one sender per account, however as a global company we require multiple senders for each market we operate in. This limitation has blocked us from using both messaging methods via Braze.
We still have integration challenges with the flexibility of some tools e.g. message archiving

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze empowers us to engage our customers with timely and relevant messages. Its extensive integrations enhance our messaging speed, allowing us to instantly respond when an action is taken and deliver the appropriate message to the customer in real-time.

 ### 22. Simplifies Campaigns with User-Friendly Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy P. | Digital Marketing Manager

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I really like the simplistic nature of Braze and the way it looks. It's very user-friendly and has a cool vibe. We used to have a different supplier that was very basic, but Braze feels good and works well. We love it. The onboarding process was amazing and really well handled. Being part of it was cool, and Braze did everything they needed to during the transition. The stats are easy to access, and our customers appreciate the heat maps, which let them see what's working well in their campaigns. This helps us better advise them on what works well and what doesn't. Also, we use the templates in Braze, which allows us more creative flair and makes creating campaigns a lot easier compared to previously using Dreamweaver. Everything sitting in one place makes it much easier for us to target our audience more relevantly.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Having the ability to export the stats would be amazing, because right now, you have to go into each campaign and click into it to get the specific report stats. We found this quite difficult at first.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze centralizes our data, making it easier to target our audience accurately. It simplifies campaign creation with drag-and-drop templates, improving creative freedom. We can easily access campaign stats, enhancing our ability to advise clients.

 ### 23. Comprehensive CRM with Powerful Segmentation, Needs Improved Data Analysis

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasmine M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I use Braze as my CRM tool to efficiently manage and communicate with B2C and B2B audiences. I like the feature of multi-channel canvas for email, SMS, and WhatsApp. I appreciate the user profiles and the ability to analyze segments in detail. I can go into any user's profile and see what custom attributes and events are connected to them. Also, I can see what campaigns and events they have received and their recent engagement. With segments, I can see where they're being used and the performance of each audience.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I find it very hard to analyze experiment data efficiently and effectively. With custom attributes, you can’t select strings, so there’s huge room for human and manual error. All custom attributes should be a drop down of the fields you already have.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze to manage B2C and B2B communications, leveraging multi-channel options for email, SMS, and WhatsApp. I can view user profiles with custom attributes and engagement history, and analyze segment performance, which enhances my data-driven campaigns.

 ### 24. Effortless Campaign Management with Braze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisa R. | Senior CRM Executive, Gambling & Casinos, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I find Braze very easy to use and straightforward. The drag and drop element of canvases is perfect, making it visual, quick, and easy to use, and it helps me save time and allows me to visualize the journeys. The AI optimizer makes testing super quick, relevant, and easy. It's helpful that the interface is very friendly, and everything can be done on the platform, from segmenting to analysis. I can see the results quickly and easily, which is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I would like to be able to copy part of journeys and segments to other parts of Braze. It would save time. I may have part of a segment or filters I may want to export something else. Same with part of a journey. It would save time.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze helps with segmentation, AI testing, and personalizing comms, contacting customers at the right time using canvases and triggers. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to visualize journeys, and the AI optimizer allows quick testing of multiple variants, saving time with immediate results.

 ### 25. Powerful CRM Tool with AI Innovation, But Costly to Expand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mykyta M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I really appreciate the depth of functionality Braze offers and how it's keeping up with the AI age by unlocking new ways to improve our communications and targeting. I also find that Braze excelled in every aspect when we chose it over our internally built tool, which had very limited functionality. The transition was smooth, thanks to Braze’s help. We use it for everything CRM marketing related, like automated journeys, precise segmentation of users, dynamic content, and providing access to one-off campaign sends to our sales and marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I find contracting with Braze challenging. We hit some bottlenecks here and there when trying to expand on the usage or integrate new features. It feels like any change leads to a big invoice and monthly payment changes, and we're already locking in our yearly budget with management. This prevents us from exploring new features. I'd want a free trial for a few months of the new things so we can make up our mind and consider everything in the new contract.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze automates journeys, enables precise user segmentation, personalizes content, and triggers campaigns. It supports our sales and marketing teams with one-off sends and improves targeting while adapting to AI advancements.

 ### 26. Empowers Multi-Channel Marketing with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elysha T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I use Braze to orchestrate multi-channel onboarding and marketing journeys. I like the integrated experience for my team and the ability to control experiments and intelligently optimize without having to do the manual work. I appreciate access to more channels via Braze Alloys. I find it easy to use, and I value the free training and learning resources that help every team get the most out of Braze. Being a customer also allows me to strengthen my individual skills in CRM and marketing in general. We integrate with Snowflake and Looker which works well for us. Additionally, Braze can do far more than simpler tools like Intercom, encompassing functionalities beyond customer support.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

While it's easy for an experienced CRM exec or marketer to use, it can be tricky for junior marketers developing multi-channel canvases. However, I think this is a challenge you see in almost all CRM and marketing software.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for an integrated team experience, control over experiments, intelligent optimization without manual work, and access to more channels via Braze Alloys.

 ### 27. Empowers Multi-Channel Fan Engagement & Personalization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duncan M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I use Braze at Man City to grow and engage our database with timely and relevant content and offers. I appreciate that Braze powers our messaging across email, content cards, SMS, push, and other channels, enabling us to reach the right fans at the right time with personalization at scale. I like that Braze has helped us become less reliant on email and broaden our fan reach with increased relevancy and personalization. Its intuitive, low-barrier framework is great for campaign building, delivery, and evaluating success and best practices. I find the canvas building feature valuable for testing, learning, and optimizing fan communications. Another feature I like is audience sync for META ad targeting, which optimizes ad spend and fan acquisition. The learning tools, pathways, and in-person boot camps have greatly helped increase and develop my knowledge of Braze.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

NA

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze to engage our database with timely, personalized content, reducing our email reliance. It broadens fan reach across multiple channels, boosting relevance and personalization. It also supports campaign building, evaluation, and optimization using various tools and integrations.

 ### 28. Easy-to-Use Canvas and Tailored Data Integration Make Braze Stand Out

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

My favourite part of Braze, compared with other CRM platforms, is how easy Canvas is to use. It makes it simple to build journeys that are still intricate when they need to be. Braze AI is also a helpful tool.

We also have a rich amount of data that integrates in to Braze, making the platform very tailored to our needs.

When i first started in my role, I felt their may be a steep learning curve - but with the amount of Braze courses and support, its been easy to get up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Although I like Braze AI, I feel it could benefit from being faster. At times, it feels like I’m stuck waiting for a response.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze is helping us pull in rich data from our databricks account and our app. Its helping us talk to our customers in a hyper personalised way.

 ### 29. Braze is a great platform - easy to use enabling the use of different features across our business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

With the addition of landing pages, we’re now able to deploy pages quickly, which is particularly valuable for large-scale business projects that only need to be live for a shorter period of time. It allows for our engineering team to still focus on other business initiatives and we no longer need to rely on them to set these up due to the functionality of the page building in braze. There are also enhanced AI functionalities that help reduce the time from idea to execution, making it easier to move quickly and efficiently.

The analytics are strong for gaining quick insights into how different campaigns are performing without having to delve too deep, and report building is now more intuitive, reducing the amount of manual time required.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Sometimes it's difficult to understand what we are missing from an engineering/development point of view to launch things in Braze efficiently. The features are there and we seem to have what we need however, there's no flags and detailed information on everything that is needed for each step without having to give it a go and find out the problems later down the line

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze is allowing us to automate our communications with our customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle with ease and it allows us to keep to test and trial new avenues we haven't explored yet to reach customers in different areas with personalised content

 ### 30. Good tool to build communications at scale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Over the last couple of years, Braze made a effort to include AI to its solution. Some of the features are still to be tested, but AI Decisioning comes in quite handy. On top of that, they finally released the long-awaited message prioritisation, which is something Braze users had been waiting for years.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

While I'm overall very happy with Braze, I noticed that Customer Support response times started getting bigger over the last year. Braze recently implemented AI for customer support and I'm wondering if the amount of 'humans' in their support team might have been impacted as a result.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze is very helpful when it comes to creating personalised communications at scale. We are able to send the same email across 11 different languages and several markets by creating one single template. This saves a lot of time when building automations across all our markets and it makes us way more flexible when it comes to A/B testing and tracking the uplift our marketing communications generate.

 ### 31. User-Friendly with Powerful Personalization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice D. | Assistant CRM Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I find Braze to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. The data is easy to access and store, which is really convenient for managing large databases. I appreciate the Liquid feature which helps us to personalize messages at scale without a lot of manual input. I use Canvases the most and find them easy to segment and sort in triggered flows. I'm also fond of AI tools like Intelligent Channel, Selection, and Timing.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I think the AI operator could be easier to use, it's not super user-friendly currently. The initial setup of Braze wasn't entirely smooth but was worth it in the end.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for sending marketing messages and managing our large database. It's user-friendly and intuitive, making data easy to access and store. Liquid helps us personalize messages at scale without much manual input.

**Official Response from Andrea Nieto:**

> Thanks for the detailed feedback. It’s great to hear Braze is helping you manage data effectively and scale personalized messaging with tools like Liquid and Canvas.

We also appreciate your input on the AI operator and the initial setup experience. Ease of use is critical, and we’re continuing to refine both onboarding and AI workflows to make them more intuitive. Your feedback has been shared with the team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. It’s incredibly valuable.

 ### 32. Reliable, Real-Time Messaging with Room for Improved Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karina L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I appreciate Braze's reliability and its ability to send trigger messages quickly and in real-time. The user-friendly interface is a big plus too, as it helps us learn quickly and saves time when sending or building emails. The detailed segmentation offered by Braze is more advanced than what I was used to with our previous platform, and it supports our needs effectively.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I'm still not able to integrate with direct mail using Braze. It would be nice if Braze could identify if a customer received direct mail so we could expand our omnichannel approach. Also, I wouldn't say the initial setup was easy, but we had years of historical data so it made sense.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for detailed segmentation and to send real-time trigger messages. It provides a user-friendly interface, making it easy to learn and saves time building emails.

 ### 33. Versatile CRM Tool with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** monica c. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I enjoy the Braze operator's capabilities and the overall amount of capabilities it offers as a channel. The multiple channels allow us to enrich traditional communications. The Braze operator is very good for debugging, without having to search forever or open way too many tickets.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The Braze Canvas UI feels a bit oldschool and should resemble a workflow or Miro board more closely. The Braze operator loses context every time, which isn't always great. The data point consumption is quite extreme.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for customer journey mapping, behavioral communication, easy segmentation, personalization, and analytics. It also enriches communications across multiple channels.

 ### 34. Seamless CRM Integration with Dynamic Data Handling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I love the canvas capability in Braze, it's so easy to use. The ability to dynamically add data items and utilize liquid logic is incredible. For campaigns, being able to use diverse data points with canvas and liquid logic efficiently replaces our previous use of Django templates in Kraken.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Currently we have the issue of user IDs that can be associated with multiple accounts. Being able to manage this realistically requires the ability to push archiving of messaging into all of the relevant accounts, rather than just one. It also means we have to use more liquid logic to add multiple lines to the same message, rather than being able to push these separately to multiple messaging.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze solves functional and data challenges in our CRM; its canvas and liquid logic capabilities streamline dynamic data usage and segmentation in campaigns.

 ### 35. Powerful, User-Friendly Marketing Platform with Room for Smarter Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

Braze has been a strong tool in my day-to-day work, especially when it comes to building and managing segmentation. It’s very intuitive to create targeted audiences, and the predictive features are genuinely useful for refining campaigns. Setting up campaigns and canvases is straightforward, and the overall user experience is smooth, which makes it easy to move სწრაფly from idea to execution without a steep learning curve.

In terms of new things I’ve been enjoying, Braze continues to stand out for how quickly you can spin up campaigns and iterate on them. The flexibility in segmentation combined with its clean interface makes it especially effective for teams that want both power and ease of use. The predictive capabilities also feel increasingly valuable as datasets grow.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

That said, there are areas where Braze could improve. Churn insights could be more actionable and surfaced more clearly. It would also be great to see more intelligent recommendations built into the platform—especially AI-powered suggestions for campaigns or canvases. For example, proactively recommending optimizations or new journeys based on performance data would take the platform to the next level.

Overall, Braze is a reliable and user-friendly platform with strong core functionality, and with a few enhancements around insights and automation, it could become even more impactful.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to send Email, Push and In app messages to our app users. Seamlessly integrated in one location.

 ### 36. User-Friendly Interface Empowers All Skill Levels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlan D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I use almost all of Braze's functionality for Global Media's email and app marketing. Braze has an incredibly user-friendly interface, which has helped us onboard a broad range of teams throughout the business to set up and send their own communications. I love how Braze makes complex user journeys easy to build, with tools like '+ Personalisation' for Liquid, Catalogs, Connected Content, and Custom Attributes/Events. Our Account Manager is incredible too; whenever we've needed new functionality, she has always made the addition of these features to our platform very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Nothing that I can think of really!

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze's user-friendly interface helps us onboard various teams to manage their comms. It enables granular personalization, offering an exceptional user experience. The intuitive campaign setup is great for beginners, and its tools make complex user journeys easy to build for advanced users.

 ### 37. A Game-Changer for Automated Campaigns and CRM Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I love how Braze has made sending personalized automated campaigns so much easier than before. The interface is very easy to use, and we can build emails using drag-and-drop features and catalogs, which has been a game changer for us in CRM. Our previous manual process for building emails was taking up to 20 hours a week, but now with catalogs, we can do it in just 2 hours, achieving a 90% reduction in time spent.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The reporting could be better. I would like to be able to create Power BI style reports for stakeholders. The initial setup had challenges.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze to send personalized automated campaigns easily. The drag and drop interface for building emails with catalogs reduced our email creation time from 20 to 2 hours, which is a game changer for our CRM.

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I like how easy it is to build precise segments using all our custom data attributes and how I'm able to craft journeys seamlessly using decision splits and audience paths.

Having used other platforms like Salesforce I appreciate the UI of Braze so much more.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Not much. It's been a great experience so far but I would like it if we were given more proactive guidance on under utilised ffeatures.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with crafting a truly omnichannel journey by weaving Email, Push Notifications, In app modals together but this is now possible with Braze.

 ### 39. Plateforme conviviale avec une marge d'amélioration pour l'analyse

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Braze?**

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

La partie analytique n'est pas bien montrée dans le tableau de bord Braze, donc elle pourrait certainement être améliorée. De plus, l'exportation des données n'est pas si facile et nécessite un développement technique.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze est une plateforme conviviale et facile à utiliser, nous aidant à créer des flux de parcours utilisateur. Elle nous permet d'envoyer le bon message à la bonne personne au bon moment, ce qui est parfait d'un point de vue marketing.

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

What I like best about Braze is its powerful and flexible customer engagement tools, especially the ability to create highly personalized, real-time messaging across multiple channels. The platform’s intuitive interface and strong analytics also make it easier to understand user behavior and optimize campaigns effectively.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

When selecting filter groups under target audience, I can only select one at a time and then need to repeat the process for every segment or custom event I want to select. This costs me a lit of time every day.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze helps solve the challenge of delivering timely, personalized communication to users across multiple channels from a single platform. This benefits me by making it easier to engage customers more effectively, improve retention, and base decisions on real-time data rather than guesswork.

 ### 41. User-Friendly and Versatile, Lacks Robust Reporting

I also appreciate that I can use Canvas to build easy journeys, allowing me to segment and do hyper-personalization effectively. It helps us deliver the right message to the right customer.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I'm not too thrilled with the reporting in Braze. I wish it had features like Amplitude to look at event funnels and have more accurate conversions. The initial setup was also a bit disjointed.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for client communications across multiple channels, and it's user-friendly, with easy integrations and channel management, simplifying audience interactions and enabling segmenting and hyper-personalization.

 ### 42. AI Console in Brate: A Game-Changer for Our Marketing Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander L. | Topic Lead CRM - Martech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I appreciate the usability of Braze; it makes the application very easy for the entire team. The integration of data sources is straightforward, and setting up complex campaigns is quick and easy. I find Braze's spirit of innovation impressive. I particularly like that selection is possible without SQL knowledge. The AI console is a real game-changer for us and helps to enhance the effects of automated campaigns. Thanks to AI, we have achieved improved conversion rates despite already well-developed campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Interfaces partially lead to latencies. Braze cannot process data as quickly as our CDP delivers it.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze is easy to use and allows for the integration of data sources. We can create fast, complex campaigns. Selection is possible without SQL knowledge. The AI console improves conversion rates. Braze offers innovation and usability.

 ### 43. Intelligent Integration, But Rigid Structure

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleff N. | Analista de Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I like the fact that Braze is very dynamic and integrated with a lot of artificial intelligence. This makes a total difference for us, both in creating communications and in drafting texts with Braze. All this integration with intelligence is really cool.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Look, honestly, I come from a company that used Adobe Campaign, and there a really cool feature was being able to block all the icons that we didn't want the client to receive in a journey. In Braze, I can't do that, I have to create another Canvas, another journey, just for them to receive that specific communication. It would be perfect if we could block the message icons of a specific communication. Braze is a bit rigid in some aspects, like blocking the sending icons, which could make the administrator's work easier, faster, and more dynamic.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze to capture customer data and make more assertive and personalized communications, understanding what the audience is looking for. This helps me to place the brand where the customer is truly interested.

**Official Response from Andrea Nieto:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, we’re glad to hear Braze’s AI-powered capabilities and integrations are helping you create more personalized and impactful communications.

We also appreciate your input on Canvas flexibility and message controls. Feedback like this is incredibly valuable as we continue to evolve the platform, and we’ve shared your suggestions with our product team.

Thanks again for being a Braze customer, we’re committed to continually improving your experience.

 ### 44. Modern Design with Seamless Data Handling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I really like Braze's modern design and its ability to let me get creative. The seamless data transfer capability between CDL systems stands out and is a big plus. Using Braze helps resolve the uncertainties marketers face with non-confederated data sources by allowing us to store data in one centralized location for marketers. The initial setup was super easy, which made the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

I would say although there is documentation in abundance, it’s often quite hard to find documentation through searching. I'm not sure but easy to help find things for things like a datashare and it not come back about setting up unrelated APIs. Enhanced documentation searching.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze resolves marketing inefficiencies, enables effective and fast-paced marketing, and seamlessly integrates non-confederated data sources, centralizing data for marketers.

 ### 45. Automation, Personalisation, and Support That Deliver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace W. | head of marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

The automation of things, support and personalisation

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

sometimes it can be over complicated and a little hard to navagate

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze is solving the challenge of fragmented and impersonal customer communication. Many businesses struggle to coordinate messaging across multiple channels (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app), leading to inconsistent experiences and missed engagement opportunities.

By bringing data, messaging, and automation into one platform, Braze
enables real-time, personalised communication based on user behaviour and preferences. This helps ensure customers receive the right message at the right time, rather than generic or delayed campaigns.

 ### 46. Intuitive Platform with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I find Braze to be a really intuitive platform that allows me to efficiently reach our customers, providing them with personalized and relevant communications thanks to Braze’s AI suite. I also appreciate how we can use intelligent timing and channels to deliver the right messages at the right time. The initial setup was very easy even though it was a big project.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

The email drag and drop functionality is quite basic and makes it difficult to build out visually engaging campaigns without using HTML. The Segment feature often takes a long time to calculate audience figures.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for sending personalized marketing communications efficiently, reaching users quickly, and understanding their behavior and interests. Its intuitive platform and AI help deliver the right messages at the right time.

 ### 47. Intuitive Canvas and Strong Templating, but the HTML Editor Needs a Preview

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanne K. | ANZ CRM/ Lifecycle Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I really like how content is templatised by: email template, content block, in-app message etc.

I like the catalog system where we can draw upon our product dimensions

I like the Braze Canvas Ux and how intuitive it is to craft different audience splits

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Probably how in the HTML editor, there's no preview of the html you're building

But not much else

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we couldn't really craft omnichannel campaigns where we show someone an email then a push notification and then an in-app modal. NOw that's possible

**Official Response from Andrea Nieto:**

> Thanks for the detailed feedback. It’s great to hear the templating system, catalogs, and Canvas experience are helping you build more sophisticated, coordinated campaigns.

We also appreciate you calling out the need for better preview functionality in the HTML editor. That’s a practical improvement, and your feedback has been shared with the team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share.

 ### 48. Dynamic CRM Capabilities with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gemma T. | Marketing Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I like the way Braze allows me to set up a canvas that stays live and automatically updates the segment or sends based on triggers for campaigns like welcome and birthday. I also appreciate the dynamic content updates in emails, and the ability to input unique UTMs for different segments and update the prize amount. The catalogs, although sometimes slow to update, are useful in these processes. Additionally, the initial setup with Braze was smooth with the help of CACI.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Catalog sometimes takes a long time to update (hours).

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Braze for CRM, mainly email and push notifications in performance marketing. It helps with effective targeting, re-engagement, and life cycle messaging. I also dynamically update email content and unique UTMs for segments, enhancing our campaign processes.

 ### 49. Intuitive and User-Friendly CRM Solution with Cutting-Edge Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** soph h. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I find Braze really intuitive and user-friendly, with lots of new features to try out, especially with AI. It has all the features we need to execute our campaigns efficiently. I appreciate how it helps us with personalization, making sure we're sending the right campaigns to the right people at the right time, reducing unsubs and churn. I enjoy testing and learning different campaign paths. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Maybe the AI features are very new, and I need more use cases.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Braze intuitive and user-friendly for our CRM email and push campaigns. It helps with personalization, ensuring campaigns reach the right people at the right time, reducing unsubscribes and churn. I appreciate testing different campaign paths, which aids in optimizing our communication.

 ### 50. Powerful Features, But Onboarding Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Braze?**

I think Braze is pretty user-friendly and it has a nice UI. It has a pretty extensive product road map that is very competitive compared to other companies in the industry. I like Braze's drag and drop campaign canvas builder, and their segmentation tools. I appreciate that it's operationally fast, allowing marketers to iterate quickly without extensive data modeling. Their AI-powered tools and roadmap seem the most helpful to us, and their dashboards offer good event-based reporting and attribution beyond revenue. They also scale well for complex multistep journeys and have lean engineering lift required for ongoing use once the setup is complete.

**What do you dislike about Braze?**

Our experience with the Braze sales team and their onboarding partner Covalent has been pretty bad. They don't really tailor the experience to our company, and as a result, don't effectively support us in a timely manner. Also, Braze's Salesforce integration is not native and costs can grow exponentially as the company scales because of how they charge per message. Their webhook, email, and contact fees are more expensive compared to other companies that offer a more inclusive platform fee.

**What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Braze lets me orchestrate omnichannel campaigns, syncing with Salesforce and Snowflake. It supports dynamic segmentation, personalized testing, and HIPAA compliance. It allows quick iterations without heavy data modeling and has useful AI tools for inbound communications.
