I've mentioned tools and functionalities to optimize relationships with our audience. A bit more detailed, I mean wide range of designer opportunities to make email campaigns look really attractive. What deserves to be noticed in particular, is their AI assistant helping build branded messages in minutes, using samples from client's website. Another great solutions is hyperpersonalisation based on clients personas. Since we deal with Stripo, we returned to the practice of emailings based on customers' personas (the practice that was almost abandoned before). And I can say it works! Combined with AI-based tools, it boosts the overall efficiency by more humanized atmosphere of campaigns. I don't even 100% know how does it work but with this practice applied, messages really look more genuine, friendly, and I cannot even believe they are mostly generated by AI. And, for sure, Stripo.email has a significant positive difference from another similar services I used before. A well-planned, with attention to details and users wishes, system of teamwork. No more need to wait for hours, no more misunderstanding between colleagues. Everything is made in real-time mode, so everyone sees the same when working on current project. I find Stripo.email's email builder much easier for our staff and seasonal vendors to use compared to the native Pardot/MCAE email builder. Its HTML exports to Salesforce work nearly flawlessly, eliminating the need for adjustments once they land in Salesforce for scheduling. As a growing nonprofit, I appreciate the flexibility and affordability Stripo.email brings to our organization. We look forward to utilizing Stripo.email more over time because it fits our needs well and ensures smooth operations. The ease of initial setup once I became familiar with it is also a strong advantage. The ability to experiment with new layouts and templates while maintaining our normal Salesforce templates for regular events and newsletters throughout the year is incredibly beneficial for our yearly campaigns. I think Stripo.email might benefit from offering more templates to nonprofits. While it's great to have the current selection, we'd appreciate more variety, especially templates with minimalistic styles that are tailored specifically for nonprofits. Having templates that feature elements like volunteer spotlights, upcoming events, appreciation messages, and donation options would align better with our organization's needs. I like the ease of use, options to making professional looking emails without coding, and efficiency using standard templates I've set-up for my company brand. Sometimes it can glitch and a module in an email will throw off the entire design, but with versioning, I can work around it. And their support team is very responsive and helpful if/when I need them. The tool is quite convenient to use, thanks to its well-designed drag-and-drop feature. I also appreciate the auto-save function, which means I never have to worry about saving after every minor change. Actually, quite a lot. As the CEO of my own company, I'm supposed to have a really different point of view than any of the more narrowly focused specialists in any team or department. They see the company, its growth, and all the processes from their own perspective. I need to see the whole picture, the big strategic vision, to have a full understanding of where we're heading. Among other things, of course, I am interested in the choice of tools our employees use. I clearly understand that we need to be as technically equipped as possible and master the latest trends if we want to stay ahead of the competition. That's why I became interested in Stripo.email after accidentally reading about this service on a blog. I was impressed by the speed with which their team implements all the latest innovations, whether it's AI, branding, multilingual mailings, smart elements, or much more. In an informal conversation, I told the guys from the email marketing team about this editor... And now we've switched to it, and not just the marketers. It's a really convenient and advanced service for creating newsletters very quickly. And you don't need to be a coding expert — the system really does everything for the client! Our non-profit arts center has long used Constant Contact for our email marketing solely because of it's ability to create an unlimited number of contact lists for our constituents that range from artists in a number of different mediums, performers, workshop attendees, membership, and our general patrons. Constant Contact gives us the most opportunity in that regard for the price point, but we had to deal with the clunky interface and the frustrations of its design limitations that came with it.

While working with company making our new website, they turned us onto Stripo as an opportunity to keep the contact list segmentation of CC, but give us a better, faster design tool that could give us new opportunities with our email marketing. The interface in Stripo is much more intuitive and is much easier to use once you get going. I used to dread creating things in CC because of how long it would take to make things look right, but Stripo has cut that processing time in half.

While not too steep for someone who works in programs like InDesign regularly, there is a little bit of a learning curve to get the hang of how the design boxes work and interact with each other.

Stripo is just a design platform and not a fully integrated digital marketing tool. It would be great if it had the option to be an all-in-one, but it is nice to be able to use it with any major platform someone is already using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My overall experience with Stripo is consistently positive. I particularly liked the export function for Outlook, which greatly simplifies the sending process and allows for seamless integration. Equally helpful is the excellent preview function, which allows created emails to be displayed in various clients as well as in their responsive versions. This allows everything to be implemented quickly and easily. This way, I can ensure that the emails are optimally displayed on all devices. I had very good experiences with the English customer support, as they took sufficient time and were able to answer all questions spontaneously. There are so many configuration options that I was sometimes a bit challenged to find the right one. Ultimately, however, everything made sense. The AI assistant still has room for improvement, but it's already a good start! We haven't used Stripo to its full extent yet, but have only completed one project with it. The help pages are sometimes very specific and cannot be applied to all use cases. I would simply wish for tutorials, such as "What is the right image size and resolution." Stripo’s user experience is above average, with great ease-of-use for elevating the designs of our emails. All our design elements were fully customizable with advanced options to get the look of our newsletter just right, and the option to save and reuse recurring design modules saved a great deal of valuable time. Initially we had some difficulties accessing our brand fonts, but once we found the extensive Stripo tutorial and resource library the process was simple and easy. With Stripo, our team can work faster and better to collaborate and create emails that are not just visually pleasing, but exciting. Customer service was also helpful and responsive.
