Collaboration is simple and intuitive. The software is fairly low maintenance and the support has been very helpful. Their search is also one of the best in the industry.
The UI is a little clunky. A lot of times, we aren't sure where a link or document is posted, what "space" it is in. There are a lot of seemingly unnecessary spaces, places, pages, etc. I would prefer a cleaner, simpler design
A good social network where all the members of the company can come and interact in a more informal way than what can happen over emails and chats. Glad that we can share so much now with our office mates as well and make lasting relationships.
