I used Motivosity as an employee recognition platform, and I really appreciated how it helped employees feel more connected to one another. It was a lot of fun and kept people engaged, encouraging us to look for ways to compliment our coworkers. Everybody likes to receive spiffs, and it was a pleasant little perk to get a few dollars to use however you wanted. It always felt good when someone recognized you for your efforts, and it was also nice to have a few dollars to spend on things. I wasn’t involved in the setup or onboarding, but from a user perspective it was easy to use. The interface was great and made navigation simple. I never experienced any issues with the platform, so I didn’t really need to use support.
