I love the new Kinetic+ benefits page on Blink, with its really good discounts that match those of mainstream online companies. Blink itself is a very good platform for sharing industry-related information, especially real-time issues that need to be shared with drivers. It enables better communication with the team, allowing for mass information sharing to all drivers, which is crucial given the shift work and over 250 drivers at our depot. It's almost impossible to gather everyone when information affects the entire team, so Blink provides an easy and creative way to distribute this information. As a trainer, when I observe trends in accidents or complaints, I appreciate being able to address these by providing guidance to drivers to mitigate such trends. The initial setup of Blink was very easy.

Ease of login, clean interface, user friendly from the back end. Support during onboarding and pre launch was helpful.
