**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content where I explain topics in simple way.
Zoho Connect helps me keep my daily work discussions and notes in one place. In my clinic I see many similar cases, so I post small updates about patient patterns, diet observations and lifestyle points. Later I can check same posts again when needed, it saves time.

I use groups feature also where I keep diet related points and patient guidance. It feels like internal space where I can organise my work and thoughts. Posting and commenting is simple, and feed system is easy to understand, I did not face much difficulty.

it has useful features like feed updates, groups, discussions and basic communication, which is enough for my work. I also use it while planning my health education content, because I can note points here and later use them while explaining or making videos.

I use it Almost Regularly, especially when I notice something common in patients. Performance is fine, it opens fast and I can post or check things without delay. Setup was simple, I just started using it without any issue.
It works fine with my normal workflow. Overall it helps me keep my clinic work and content ideas organised in simple way and makes my daily work little more smooth.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

sometimes the feed becomes a bit mixed when I post different types of notes, like patient observations and general updates together. It takes little time to scroll and find exact point again. sometimes while writing longer posts or notes, formatting options are limited, so I have to adjust text manually to keep it clear. It works, but little more control would be helpful.

**What problems is Zoho Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving the problem of my daily work updates and notes getting mixed or missed. Earlier I used to keep things in different places or just remember points, but later it was difficult to recall properly during consultation or content work.

Now I can post my observations, patient patterns and diet related points in one place. It helps me refer quickly when needed and I don’t have to think again and again. This makes my work more clear and organised.

It also helps in team discussion, so we can share small updates or guidance in one place instead of calling or explaining again. This saves time and keeps everyone on same page. Overall it reduces confusion and helps me manage my clinic work and content planning in more simple way.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

I find Zoho Connect's interface easy to use, which makes managing HR tasks, attendance, leave, and performance straightforward. I appreciate that it connects well with HR and simplifies workflows, allowing me to do things effortlessly. I like how simple it is to move around within the tool, and it requires less time to apply for leaves and fill performance review forms. The easy setup process is another plus.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

There are restricted options from the admin side, and HR was not able to configure things properly. Also, there is a need for an option to add attachments for every form.

**What problems is Zoho Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Connect for its easy interface to manage HR tasks like leave applications and performance reviews, saving time and simplifying workflows.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

One of the best features is the use of kanban cards, which makes listing and organizing tasks much easier for me. I find it very user-friendly, whether I'm creating tasks or putting together manuals for sales and support. This is a great option to have for managing my own work.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

As they have covered each and everything as person needs but while writing the details for the task the writing area is very small which makes the thing very tiny if they can have the option for full screen for writing i will be very happy to have.

Managing all our manuals in terms of customer sucess manuals, sales or support we have all in one place and the best part through the search option with the help of zia you will get your questions quickly and very fast which makes things very quickly i am very happy with the software

It greatly simplifies internal communication. I am able to create tasks and set up boards for each team, as well as assign them to the appropriate team members.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

At the moment, I have no complaints since it meets all of my requirements.

**What problems is Zoho Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been very helpful for tracking all my tasks. With different boards created for various projects, I can easily see which tasks are assigned to me and focus on completing them. It saves me time since I no longer have to search for my assigned tasks, and I also have the option to communicate directly with the task owner if I need any additional information.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

You can quickly post a question or an update, tag the right people, and everyone who needs to know sees it. It feels less like sending a message into a void (like email) and more like walking over to someone's desk to talk. It just makes everyday teamwork a lot smoother and more organized without adding extra complexity.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

You have to be disciplined about not taking conversations back to email. It requires a bit of a cultural shift, and if that doesn't happen, you're just maintaining information in two places instead of one.

It solves the problem of information being trapped in silos stuck in individual inboxes, private chats, or on someone's desktop.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

I have a small business, and the intranet I implemented on Zoho Connect is essential to my work. It’s a very intuitive tool, and I customized it to my liking without needing assistance or a specialist. I’m a finance professional, and my IT knowledge is self-taught, yet I was able to configure it my way. I believe I’m only using 5% of the tool’s potential, as there are automations and APIs I haven’t even explored yet.  If you’re looking for a useful tool that promotes a productive work culture and offers the best cost-benefit on the market, Zoho Connect is the best you can find.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

It could improve in some areas, such as editing recurring tasks or the ability to share more than one screen during video conferences.

With Zoho Connect, I was able to streamline all interactions and tasks for my team, and I can manage my business from multiple perspectives, such as Kanban, Lists, or Gantt. I ended up eliminating any other tools for email, chat, or task management because I can do all of that using the intranet I created on Zoho.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

Zoho Connect is utilized in our business to increase communication and team performance; it is an easy and dynamic way for us to communicate information, engage with third parties, and even exchange rather hefty documents. It has become one of our organization's most utilized collaboration tools, which we have effectively supplemented with the other Zoho applications we use on a regular basis. I enjoy how Zoho interact is incredibly structured by displaying the layout of all the settings and options; it's the ideal spot to simply interact with staff or coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

The individual cost for this application is slightly higher, some business requirements need to be improved and there is a certain learning curve that takes time to adapt to the software, also, integrating the software with third-party tools is not an easy task. I don't like that Zoho Connect doesn't match Google Mail, generally, sessions can be started with Google but not with Zoho Mail, otherwise it's very useful and you can't go wrong with it.

We benefit from the efficiency of this software when communicating with colleagues, the design is intuitive and provides no hindrance to the user, making communication more comfortable, the chat feature has everything you need to ensure a comfortable interaction with third parties. It's also suitable for video conferencing, perfect for remote meetings and collaborations that don't require you to be in the same geographic space, Zoho Connect helps you improve productivity by maintaining a better foundation of communication and improving organizational capabilities within your systems through the various systems and services we offer.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

It offers a complete set of options including a file manager, integrated chat, calling tools, presentation tools, manuals, document management tools, etc. However, the best part is the price: Zoho offers many products at a fraction of the cost charged by the competition. The best thing about using Zoho Connect for us was that we don't have to look for any other tool for any office work. Whether it's for sharing content, moderating accounts, email preferences, wiki pages, etc. It has everything connected and the support team is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

We haven't had any problems so far, the only issue was that the integration process was quite difficult and it is necessary to improve the user interface, as sometimes it is hard to determine where a relevant tool is and how to use certain tools together.

**What problems is Zoho Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can connect with my colleagues and work on projects in real-time, which has allowed us to work more efficiently, making teamwork smooth, systematic, and coherent. The affordability of the package is also a great advantage. We can assign work to team members and myself and track them with custom checkpoints. Zoho Connect benefited us with its ease of assigning tasks, permissions, and sharing with the team.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

WHile using mail as the communication, it is always difficult. We might not loop all the authorities.. some might miss the message and all, but with zoho connect.. every message, every changes to be done in the work can be steamlined. Creating groups for each activity makes sure that we are directly communicating to the assigned team and this makes the work easy

ZOho does offer a variety of third party integrations but some third party integrations cannot be done as it is limited to some parties.

In social media marketing, everyday we are supposed to create posts, vidoes etc and there will be changes in every post we create. It is hard to send mail for all these small changes but with oho, we can share the creatives and check for the changes real time and then inform the designer to make changes on it, without being formal about it or sending long mails. WHich makes the process easy and the flow better.

One of the standout features of Zoho Workplace is its integration with several programs into a single platform. It gives you necessary applications such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, note-taking, cloud storage, and a lot more. This holistic approach removes the need to handle several software programs and ensures a smooth experience for customers.

Although Zoho Workplace offers several programs, the depth of features in some applications may not be as in-depth as specialised applications. Customers with specific and superior demands in word processing, spreadsheets, or presentation design might require much better applications to fulfil their requirements.

Zoho Workplace makes easier the user experience by giving a user-friendly user interface and user-friendly design throughout its applications. This cuts down the learning curve for customers, permitting them to adapt rapidly to the platform and access its attributes without in-depth education. Zoho connect is very easy to use in comparison with other sites. We mostly use it for our Alerts n news.

There is a learning curve that is associated with Zoho connect.
Zoho connects works well with zoho ecosystem but not with other suites.

It allows us to closely work with our remote team. Project handling, file sharing, task allowcation and tagging the responsible person becomes easy in remotely working environment.

Zoho offers alot of things to like about. One of my favorite is that you can navigate very easily on this tool amongst services like employee information, document etc. It essentially provides a single tool for employee and document management.

Although there is not much to dislike about zoho, but the services provided right now in zoho connect are pretty basic which can be improved upon in the near future.

One of the main problem which zoho solves is to have multiple management services at one place that is you can also search about employee, their login /log off time can be tracked as well as related document can be stored there as well.

Zoho Connect breaks down the siloes by gathering members from different departments around common subjects. Heightens visibility to stakeholders.

No real dislikes, only some missing and awaited deeper functionalities, which sure will be resolved/implemented over time. No critical show-stoppers.

Zoho Connect brings an easy, fast and secure integration with other Zoho ERP modules for collaboration with colleagues and partners. It is a step beyond what is typically used for communication involving more than five people at the time

I don't have any issue or dislike about it because it provides the right tools for collaboration in our business. It integrates seamlessly with other Zoho modules

Zoho Connect boards for tasks and projects.
They can be linked to CRM items and  team members.
Time reminders, so we have been managing reminders and follow ups for more than 200 projects via connect. 
The key is to put information in comments and set up reminders diligently.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

UI can be broken sometimes across smaller size screens. 
Sometimes the information gets hidden if we move card from one bucket to other.

Most of Zoho's features are easily accessible via Connect. It is a great way to stay informed about company updates, track your work with boards, and message your co-workers through Cliq without having to open up a separate tab.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

I wish there was a more clear distinction between Zoho Connect and Zoho Projects when it comes to boards and tasks. Otherwise, all of the features seem to seamlessly connect.

Zoho Connect is being used in our organization to improve communication and team performance. The simple yet dynamic way in which it allows us to distribute information, interact with third parties and even share relatively heavy documents has made it one of the most used collaboration tools in our organization, which we have also successfully complemented with the other Zoho tools we currently use.

It has a certain learning curve that slows down the adaptation to the software and it is not an easy task to integrate it with third-party tools.

**What problems is Zoho Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have benefited from the efficiency this software has when connecting to colleagues. The design is intuitive, which does not create any hiccups for users and makes communication much more pleasant. The chat function has everything you need to ensure a pleasant interaction with third parties and is good for video conferencing as well, which is excellent for remote meetings and collaborating without the need to be in the same geographical space.

It is a powerful application, incredibly intuitive and easy to use. When we talk about functions, the software integrates those necessary to connect work teams, connect with customers and suppliers, establish operating procedures manuals and distribute them among colleagues and work groups in the organization. I love how well it complements the other Zoho tools and third-party tools that we also use. On a support level, it has good staff.

Can't create new forum posts through the mobile app, this has put me off a bit.

I consider that zoho co9nnect is a tool with very interesting functionalities since it allows you to obtain excellent communication, coverage, and organization when it comes to team collaboration, either with work teams or users, because it allows everyone to share ideas, images or videos for the projects and this generates better contacts with the work teams and more knowledge, it also has a well-structured interface that is extremely striking due to its design and very easy to use.

I would like them to improve the option of open chats because when opening them, several usually appear on the screen on the screen and thus attracting confusion and generating a lot of time wasted since a user without knowledge can have problems because they do not know which chat is the one they need in At the moment, its mobile application is also very slow because when you try to open it tends to crash and its connectivity is very slow.

Zoho Connect is one of the finest ways to work with your colleagues. The program is easy to use, extremely powerful and has so much to make use of. The connectivity in other services such as ERP Software and Zoho Products for scraping tasks and Google Calendar to sync events are also amazing. We can use this tool on laptops and mobile.  The chat feature is quite useful and the application enables file sending. The quality of the video is often outstanding.

In this tool, I did not notice any dislike. I love this tool. It's just amazing. 
Only I have found some difficulties during set up and sometimes that affects documentation yet.

**What do you like best about Zoho Connect?**

Before using Zoho Connect, we stored a lot of our company manuals on a Mediawiki.  One of the most significant improvements we saw in Connect over the wiki was how easy it was for users to create their content.  Mediawiki used markdown at the time, which wasn't intuitive for the uninitiated.  Connect was included in our Zoho One package, so switching over to it didn't require a lot of extra work.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Connect?**

We utilized Zoho Connect for about two years before nearly abandoning it for Microsoft Teams.  Connect didn't offer our users the persistence and the organizational tools that we can get from Teams.  In the end, we found Connect very difficult to navigate and often directed users to search for specific keywords to access an article rather than navigate groups and books.  Connect doesn't offer revision or change tracking, which is critical in managing company manuals where multiple users provide input.  While the authoring system was better than markup, we still found it difficult to make good looking articles with the tools for creating lists, inserting images, and controlling text positioning to be very limited.  Further, there's no real extensibility within Connect so you can't add much beyond static media to an article.

Unless you're using Zoho's environment for everything else, you're sure to find something better.  Teams runs laps around Zoho Connect.

There are No bugs in this software. It's a real work of art. The only drawback is that it can often be difficult to set up and having issues in documentation.
