The platform helps present our agency in a polished, organized way while keeping sensitive information accessible only to the right stakeholders.

While Clinked is strong as a client portal, some advanced customization options and integrations are more limited compared to larger enterprise platforms. Certain workflows require manual setup, and reporting could be expanded for more detailed operational insights. That said, it performs reliably for secure collaboration and client-facing work once configured properly.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

What I liked most was how easy it was to use and the fact that I could integrate external features alongside the native ones.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

The sticking point is the need to configure an API in order to embed a Power BI iFrame without having to log in again. This is more of a sticking point on our end, but we were able to work around it during the testing and demo phases.

**What problems is Clinked solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to offer our clients a robust, reliable tracking platform with a range of features. This helps streamline the management of our key account projects, whilst offering excellent user-friendliness.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

I use Clinked primarily to manage projects and collaborate with my team in one central place. It makes sharing files, assigning tasks, and keeping track of deadlines really straightforward. I especially appreciate how it streamlines communication, so we're not constantly switching between emails and chat apps. I like how it keeps everything organized in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use, which makes collaborating a lot less stressful. Setting up Clinked was actually pretty easy and didn’t feel overwhelming. Creating my account and getting the workspace ready was straightforward, and the platform guides you through the basics really well. Overall, it keeps our workflow organized and saves a lot of time, making teamwork much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

I really like using Clinked, but sometimes the notifications feel a bit overwhelming or don’t always show up when they should, which can make it easy to miss updates. A few features, like task management and file organization, could be a bit more intuitive. I feel task management could be more flexible, like having options for subtasks, priorities, or easier ways to adjust deadlines so it's simple to see what needs attention. For file organization, better folder structures, search filters, or tagging options would make finding and sharing documents much quicker. Fixing these little issues would make collaborating on the platform even smoother.

I use Clinked to manage projects, share files, assign tasks, and streamline communication in one place. It keeps our workflow organized, saves time, and reduces confusion by keeping everything centralized, so we avoid endless emails and scattered chats.

What I like about Clinked the most is their stability - the team, the uptime and support responsiveness.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

It's somewhat a struggle to get Clinked do developments which aren't for their mainstream clients. We have the paid-for option but it's usually a no-go. The roadmap items aren't always interesting/significant or are rather niche.

Document storage and sharing, e-signature collection on contracts.
Huge efficiency gains due to cutting down transaction time.

It fulfils many of the boxes we are after, and the team are willing to listen to suggestion and always looking to improve the product.

Sometimes the buffering speeds when opening documents are very slow. The in-app search function in Notes also needs refinement.

**What problems is Clinked solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are speeding up UX in tasks for us. They are also adding an approvals widget for us. Exited for both.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

I use Clinked to store and share financial documents, manage monthly updates with different departments, and collaborate with both internal teams and clients in one secure space. It makes the monthly close process smoother by showing me what items have been added or reviewed, so I don't have to chase updates. The way folders can be structured by period helps keep everything easy to follow, and the previews make reviewing statements much faster. We keep all our financial documents, reports, and supporting files on our Clinked portal, and throughout the month, I work with multiple departments, sharing 'Groups' with each as a shared space for uploads and updates. Conversations are on the same platform as well, both within the company and with clients. I find the interface easy to use. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

The interface is easy to use, but a couple of extra shortcuts for common tasks would make it even better.

I appreciate Clinked's white-label branding that allows me to make the portal truly reflect my brand. The fact that there is no Clinked branding is critical for maintaining a professional image and reinforcing my brand identity with clients. Setting up Clinked was relatively simple and convenient, which was a nice boost.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

I find the scalability and licensing restrictions challenging with Clinked. The cost opacity for scaling is a problem since pricing isn’t publicly available. Upgrading to unlock more members or advanced features, like white-label mobile apps, often comes with unexpected cost jumps, making budgeting hard for SMBs.

I use Clinked to create centralized client portals, which reduces my reliance on scattered email threads and helps secure 1:1 or group interactions with a branded experience.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

Clinked helps me keep track of what our clients need and what my team is working on. It helps a lot that everything is in one portal. I can share files, update tasks, leave comments and quickly check what has moved since the last call. It saves me time because I don’t have to chase people using different tools.

I also like that clients understand it easily. They upload what we need, check the updates we leave for them, and reply right inside the portal. It keeps things simple and makes the whole back-and-forth feel much more organized for everyone.

We use Clinked to share SOPs, product sheets, and compliance documents with teams across multiple branches. The mobile app is genuinely useful because I can approve updates or check progress without being at my desk. Everything syncs instantly, and version control keeps everyone working from the right file.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

Sometimes setting up the white label and permissions for new user takes longer than expected. Once it is configured , it works smoothly, but the initial setup could be simpler.

Tasks and discussion help us stay on track between department. Instead of catching up over long email threads or meetings, we add updates straight to the workspace. It is simple, structured, and saves a lot of back and forth when coordinating new rollouts or supplier changes.

I use it a lot for cross-team work. Product uploads updated requirements, engineering drops in notes or questions, and support can check the latest versions without pinging us. It keeps all the small details visible, which matters a lot when several teams are contributing to the same project.

We handle a lot of technical work that moves quickly, so having one place where specs, discussions and decisions live has made our workflows cleaner. It cuts down on back and forth and gives everyone the same context.

A few more filtering options would be nice, but everything works well.

Clinked really helps keep everything — teams, projects, and communication — in sync. I can easily drop in new builds, leave quick notes for QA, and review feedback from non-technical teams, all in one spot. The version history has been a real lifesaver whenever we’re iterating quickly or need to roll something back.

It would be great to have a faster way to switch between recent projects — that would make things even smoother.

This software is extremely easy to use. Its intuitive design makes it very user-friendly. One of the advantages is that it doesn't feel overused or exhausting to work with. Also, it is easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

At times, using Clinked can feel somewhat laborious. Another drawback is that Clinked isn't exactly a widely recognized name. The number of features could be increased, but not too many.

Clinked stands out for its ease of use from the client’s perspective. Overall, a platform like this not only enhances the customer and client experience but also helps boost employee productivity.

What I appreciate most about Clinked is that it does only what it's supposed to do without complicating the workflow. It gives us a clean place to keep documents, comments and decisions, and people use it without needing a long setup. Clinked has helped us keep our internal conversations focused. I also like how easy it is to share structured work with partners.

A little more customization in notifications would be nice, but nothing critical.

It is not easy to manage HR work in different countries and teams. We started using Clinked to share documents like policies, training materials, and onboarding documents. Now it is all in one place. It is easier to share updates and make sure the right people can see what they need.

I also like that Clinked supports different languages. This helps our teams in different regions understand the content better and stay involved.

Some teams needed help at the beginning, but after that, it became part of their daily work.

We started  using Clinked as a Virtual Data Room because it had all the features we needed without the high costs of alternatives. Its' easy to use, the customisation options are great, and the white-labelling (including CNAME) makes it feel like our own platform. The security features are solid, and its been a great tool for manageing and sharing confidential files.

Not much tbh. If anything the interface could be a bit more 2025, but it does the job and we havent had any major issues.

Clinked helps us manage senstive documents and collab with external parties in a secure and structured way. The ability to control access levels, set permissions and maintain a professional brand experience, which is a huge plus. Its just a lot chepaer than other VDR providers.

One of the biggest assets of Clinked is the task management system. The real time notifications prodive not only us but also our clients with prompt updates. These are great tools to run successful campaigns. Another great feature is file sharing, which helps us share campaign reports and marketing materials. We used to have multiple tools and platforms for communications: Emails, Slack, and shared drives — it got messy. Now our clients can log into their Clinked account and connect to the Portal. They see only spaces designated for their project: calendar, tasks, events, notes files… anything you can imagine for project management and client communication. It’s easy to use, so we don’t even need to chase them all the time or vice versa. If we need any help, the support team quickly jumps in. It’s made our company look more organised and professional, too.

We needed a client portal for our company, as free platforms didn’t actually look professional enough. Clinked’s White Labelling option was the perfect solution to this problem. Most importantly, we needed a more secure platform to store and share sensitive information. We can share anything without worrying thanks to Clinked’s advanced security. It offers the storage space we need as well.

**What do you like best about Clinked?**

There are several features of Clinked that I really like. What I like the most about Clinked is that it is easy and simple to use. When I purchased Clinked, I thought it would be a steep learning curve for me as I am not familiar with this kind of stuff. I found out however that it is user friendly, and I was able to add our different clients within minutes! I was able to add our team, add all our clients, and I was able to understand quickly how to use each feature inside a group or client. We could really use an application like this, and I look forward to rolling this out to all our clients.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

If there would be a missing piece in this excellent app, I think it would be the capability to sync our work email for each client/group. I think it would be a good idea to have clinked as an all-in-one app that you can use for each client. Clinked might have a good reason not to include the email syncing capability, but to be honest, it’s not a big deal for us as we can continue to use Microsoft outlook for all our business emails.

Not really a problem, but Clinked is really making our lives easier as it continue to provide us an easy to use all-in-one client portal from internal messaging, file sharing, events, and to all other capabilities.

Efficiency. Ease of use.  Ease of implementation. Customer support.

Not much!  And now I need to type 23 more characters to fill this box.

**What problems is Clinked solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceTec has been using Clinked since 2016, as a virtual server between the group and its external stakeholders.

We've been very pleased with the efficiency that this offers us for handling temporary or transient data, flowing in both directions.  It really helps both us and our stakeholders to have confidence with identifying the data shared, eliminating the problems of version control and being lost in a maze of folders.  When the data has completed its lifecycle, we delete the data from Clinked quickly and permanently.

We like the protection that Clinked provides for our data, in particular that we no longer need to use email as a method of sharing data.  Email has many major issues, not least the risk of personal data inside documents being slurped by an unknown number of third party email archives and eavesdropping mailbox bots.  Clinked helps us to reduce the overall number of files that we would have otherwise retained to disambiguate version control.  Where we occasionally need to use email, we simply paste Clinked's web link to the folder or document, so that the stakeholder can log in and see it instantly: the document itself safely remains out of the email system.

Clinked's technical support has been consistently responsive over the years, with only a tiny number of issues ever having been raised and quickly solved.  Clinked has also offered a "suggestion box" service for future development work.

We can have different users with different permission levels so it’s easy to manage different projects and clients at the same portal in a secure way. Customisation options are just great, nothing too overwhelming but it still looks fresh and professional.

We are using this tool not only as a project management tool, but also as a client portal with internal chat tool and a secure file management system. It allows us to organise our media assets effectively, with features like version control ensuring that everyone is working on the latest copy of a project. Besides, clients can easily access the portal to review progress, provide feedback, and communicate their requirements and enhance overall satisfaction with our services. It’s unbelievable how it made our work a lot easier for us! 


It has both Apple IOS and Android application options. Some of our members need to use the portal on the go due to the nature of their roles and they get to keep in touch with the rest of us and all the information they need. This is crucial for our company.

While I appreciate the chat and discussion tools, we have problems with the notifications of the chat tool from time to time. It would be perfect if it’s fixed, but it’s not a huge problem.

It is an amazing client portal.  We are able to effectively communicate with our clients, provide updated information and assist clients in remembering to attend their meetings or hearings.  I love that Clinked provides ongoing customer support so that we continue to improve the quality of the service we provide to our clients.  Clients have access to their records and can view and download them at any time.  Thus, they are always in the know about what going on in their cases.

**What do you dislike about Clinked?**

I have not seen any downsides  in using Clinked. Even if there was a downside, the customer support team is very responsive and ususally provides a fix that will solve our problem.

It allows us to effectively provide all of our clients with the information they need to know what is going on with their cases.  Thus, we are not bombarded by questions from clients as they receive the information in real-time.  They are able to communicate through the client portal.  Also, we are able to provide them with updates.
