**What do you like best about Ozonetel?**

I really like Ozonetel for its reliable product and excellent service. It enables seamless and instant connectivity, which improves communication efficiency. The call recording feature is especially valuable, as it helps maintain records and serves as proof in case of any issues. Additionally, I appreciate its user-friendly interface, real-time monitoring, and analytics features, which help in tracking performance and improving overall productivity.

At times, there are occasional network or connectivity issues, which can disrupt the calling experience. Additionally, the need to re-enter phone numbers multiple times can be inconvenient and time-consuming. **What do you like best about Ozonetel?**

I like using Ozonetel for handling both outbound and inbound calls, especially in the context of customer grievances. It helps me by recording calls and maintaining a history of calls for the day, which is really convenient. I appreciate how it sends me notifications if a customer calls while I'm in manual mode. The feature offering both manual and blended options is very appealing to me. With manual mode, we're not disturbed by inbound calls and can focus solely on outbound calls. Blended mode is great because I can receive inbound calls once I log in, and if I'm available, it allows me to make outbound calls too. Setting up Ozonetel is quite simple; just enter your credentials, log in, and you're ready to go, using either the manual or blended mode based on your needs.

I think there should be a chat option as well.

I have been using Ozonetel for over a year and mainly for handling inbound and outbound calls in our customer support team, Overall amazing user experience and good interface structure.

The interface could definitely good but when it comes to this generation It feels a bit old school type and sometimes loading reports takes longer and makes to wait But support is good, and they do help quickly when something goes wrong.

We have started using Ozonetel from last 6 months. The best thing about this tool is it's ease of use for an end user. It's UI is very clean and smooth with so many DIY features. Minimal training is needed for any new user before they start using this tool

Based on my past 6 month of experience of using Ozonetel, there are not any major significant thing which I dislike about Ozonetel. One thing fir which I have a little concern is downtime which happens sometime. Though it's not significantly high but would like it to reduce to almost zero.

We are using Ozonetel primarily for telephony need of our contact centre. We have moved from on prem services to Ozonetel cloud telephony services. It's  providing us various capabilities such as different dialing mode, multi communication  channel, IVR designer etc. Now, we have unified all the communication services to a single platfome resulting in less efforts and confusion for our agents.

On my personal experience I have been using Ozobetel since two yrs and above. And there are least complaints. We have hardly faced issue's. And one thing to highlight is the service that Ozonetel provides,any issues that's complicated, with in few minutes it gets resolved. 
And access for Ozonetel is smooth, No bugs or issue while using. And talking about landing of the calls,the calls connect easily we haven't received any complaints regarding connecting of the calls. 
I would definitely recommend companies to pick Ozonetel service.
They will definitely not disappoint you (can assure that).

We hardly find issue,as soon as the complaint is raised the issue is been resolved with few minutes. Till now your service is not disappointed us or made us to dislike your services. ( and it's common sometimes company face issue and that's  totally ok..) the best comes when,how long you take to resolve that. Till today you have kept our trust on up.
