Our transition to Haystack has been a smooth and rewarding experience. The platform is very easy to use and has significantly improved how we access and manage information. I appreciate having all of our documents, applications, and contact directories consolidated in one central location. The way the information is displayed is both clean and engaging, which makes navigating the intranet feel effortless. I also value the thoughtful features such as work anniversary and birthday highlights, which help foster a stronger sense of community. Since our team is spread across different regions, Haystack has helped us feel more connected and in sync, even from a distance. Overall, it has enhanced both our productivity and our team culture. The platform has been intuitive, reliable, and well-organized. If anything, I would simply say that as we continue using it, I’m open to providing feedback if any areas for improvement arise. Haystack solves the problem of scattered information by centralizing our documents, tools, and contact directories in one easy-to-navigate space. Instead of searching through emails or shared drives, I can quickly find what I need. It also helps bridge the gap between our teams across different regions by highlighting updates, birthdays, and work anniversaries, which fosters connection and boosts morale. I like how Haystack's AI searches quickly, much faster than I could on my own, which is a big help. Another aspect I appreciate is the clean look of the pages, making it visually appealing. Plus, the AI tool doesn't just provide answers but also shows me the sources of information, which makes it easier to identify outdated info on the site. The lack of sorting options makes page design cumbersome. Currently, the birthdays card does not sort and show current month birthdays for the team. It was time consuming over about two months.
