I like how Haystack's AI searches quickly, much faster than I could on my own, which is a big help. Another aspect I appreciate is the clean look of the pages, making it visually appealing. Plus, the AI tool doesn't just provide answers but also shows me the sources of information, which makes it easier to identify outdated info on the site. The lack of sorting options makes page design cumbersome. Currently, the birthdays card does not sort and show current month birthdays for the team. It was time consuming over about two months.
