"Effortless Worker Coordination with Reliable Check-Ins"
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I appreciate how Connecteam efficiently resolves issues related to tracking my workers' working hours and their locations accurately, which significantly enhances accountability. I love the reminder feature that Connecteam offers, as it prompts workers on when to check in, which is incredibly helpful given that tasks sometimes lead them to forget. This functionality ensures my team stays on track and maintains timely check-ins, facilitating smoother operations overall. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Connecteam to be straightforward and hassle-free, even when adding new workers, which adds to the seamless experience of using the platform. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I find the task sharing feature to be less effective. I believe having a whiteboard feature would be helpful to list out tasks collaboratively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Features Undermined by Aggressive Upselling and Pricing"
What do you like best about Connecteam?

The platform offers a wide range of features that are genuinely useful for managing a team — task assignments, communication tools, document storage, and more. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the functionality, and on the surface, it ticks many boxes for businesses like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The constant upselling is exhausting. Many features are locked down unless you pay for additional upgrades, which makes the experience feel more like navigating a budget airline — everything is an extra. The pricing is steep, especially for small to medium-sized businesses. I also felt misled during the onboarding process; some functions I believed were included turned out to be part of higher-tier plans. On top of that, you're pushed into frequent Teams meetings that often feel more sales-oriented than supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
