I love how I can easily schedule staff in and copy previous weeks schedule, adjust shifts and add tasks. I have been using this app and web application for a while and it’s great. Before I was using what’s and trying to keep on top of scheduling it was a nightmare. I am so glad I came across this app. At the beginning I used the free service but as the team grew and I had to add more users I went for the paid version. The constant upselling is exhausting. Many features are locked down unless you pay for additional upgrades, which makes the experience feel more like navigating a budget airline — everything is an extra. The pricing is steep, especially for small to medium-sized businesses. I also felt misled during the onboarding process; some functions I believed were included turned out to be part of higher-tier plans.
