The AI was good, but seemed to be an afterthought in the development process. Pricing seemed to be on par or better than what we could get with another system. We have had some trouble integrating with Google Calendar, but the system integrated well with Google SSO. The UI/UX is very easy to use. We have had no issues with performance.
