The ability to capture knowledge throughout our firm and make that searchable into the future. I like the help we received from the team. The AI was good, but seemed to be an afterthought in the development process. Pricing seemed to be on par or better than what we could get with another system. We have had some trouble integrating with Google Calendar, but the system integrated well with Google SSO. The UI/UX is very easy to use. We have had no issues with performance.

As expected, the content review feature is proving to be very helpful in maintaining accurate information for our staff.

They build carefully thought-out features and most importantly they listen and accept feedback. ThoughtFarmer is a wise decision for any company looking to organize internal documentation and communication while saving time and frustration. I would still recommend it over other options.
