"An excellent tool for coordinating team activity"

What do you like best?

Zoho Connect offers all of the features of other Board Portal systems at a MUCH friendlier price point. Even our tech-challenged members have been able to figure out the simple interface. It has streamlined communications with board members and has made all needed documents much more accessible than using box.com. Members can upload their own reports within a defined organizational system, lessening the workload on our secretary and webmaster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

If you don't bookmark your "network" page when you first create it, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to navigate from you Zoho Connect profile to the "Company" pages. Maybe I am just blind... The user support is a little slow -usually 3 days to answer my questions. BUT my questions have been answered fully and I have been able to gain the functionality I was looking for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Zoho Connect streamlines communication, reduces the time spent collating information for board meetings, eliminates the need to shuffle through piles of paper or hundreds of emails to find the needed reports. "Keeps me and my team members on track to meeting goals"

What do you like best?

Zoho Connect has a nice layout with concise and easy-to-use panels. There are tools that allow me and my team to chat and collaborate on documents that are accessible within the platform and through connected cloud storage services like Google Drive and Dropbox. The text chat is more engaging than standard chat apps and more conducive to discussions about business activities. I like the calendar for getting a quick glimpse and our project timeline and the task grid that allows us to assign duty and priorities to various tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The price is a bit high for some of the premium packages. I don't think the price is worth it for all of our projects. Some users on my team have found Zoho Connect to be more of a burden to keep up with and didn't respond well to demands generated from it. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Even if your team is running efficiently without a collaboration platform like Zoho Connect, I think you can definitely benefit from at least having your project information stored in one place. We use Zoho Connect as a hub for many projects. It allows us to keep everyone updated in real time and store resources and applicable files in one location. This platform has definitely been more efficient than standard phone calls, emails and text chats. We are generally more on the same page when it comes to assigned tasks and deadlines. Zoho Connect has also been a great way to on-board new team members. They can look over past discussions and resources to get a quick and accurate picture on project activities.
