"Easy to use and to pair"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

I do like the automatic connection between different datasheets. You dont have to reload or to setup your page everytime you open it, the app is easy to use and to pair with your tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I would have loved to have some templates, and a guide to select which data could be useful in my different google sheets. For someone totally new with datasheets it can be a bit hard to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduled Refreshes. Eliminates Manual Exports and Makes Revenue Data Actionable"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Coefficient’s scheduled refreshes are the standout feature for me. Once a connection is set up, the data reliably stays current without manual intervention, and I trust it to alert me if something needs attention. It’s surprisingly accessible while still being appropriately powerful.

I primarily use Coefficient with Google Sheets, and that’s where it really shines. While HubSpot is excellent for native reporting, there are many situations where Sheets or Excel are simply better. Especially when you need to perform derivative calculations, layered logic, or custom analysis. Coefficient makes it effortless to bridge that gap, and without fragile exports or workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. Pricing is noticeable but reasonable for the value it provides, and it’s easy to justify internally given the time and risk it saves.

I also appreciate how transparent the tool is. If a refresh fails or a connection needs attention, I know immediately. I don’t spend time worrying about whether the integration is silently broken, which is a big deal for operational reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thanks for such a thoughtful review, Jacob! We’re glad scheduled refreshes and transparent alerts give you confidence your data is always up to date, especially when working in Google Sheets for deeper, custom analysis. Really appreciate you calling out the value and trust Coefficient provides for operational reporting, that's a HUGE win. -Hannah

"Effortless File Management and Timely Notifications"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

The platform makes it simple to upload files from various sources. I appreciate how easy it is to locate a file by its name and set up a regular update schedule, whether that's daily or weekly. The notifications about coefficient updates and failures are also helpful, as they let users quickly see which files need attention and when each file was last updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

It would be beneficial to have more options for update frequency, such as the ability to schedule monthly updates. The current requirement to reconnect with major platforms like Netsuite every seven days makes automation challenging, as it requires frequent maintenance. Additionally, I would appreciate it if importing Netsuite reports were more straightforward and user-friendly, since at the moment, only Netsuite Saved Searches can be pulled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Hi Laura, thanks so much for the detailed feedback! We’re really glad to hear Coefficient is helping you stay organized with file management, scheduled updates, and clear notifications. Thanks for the nudge on additional alert options, that's something we've been thinking about!

For NetSuite, we do have several other import options, including the ability to import by a URL (whether from a report, saved search, dataset, etc.) with our NetSuite Agent. It's only been available for a couple of months, but you can connect to it by clicking on Import From and searching for NetSuite Agent.

Additionally, our traditional NetSuite connector allows you to pull from saved searches, datasets, reports, via SuiteQL query, or from Records and Lists. I'm positive with all of these options, you will land on something that works a best for your workflow!

Feel free to reach out if we can ever help! We'd love to have you in our community: https://coefficient.io/community

"Makes Our Data Easy to Understand, Share, and Track Benchmarks"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Coefficient has helped us to better comprehend our data and present it to others that may be unfamiliar (or are port of other departments). It has made it easier to scan through & use data on a day-to-day basis for our company when looking at things such as inventory, updates with clients, and how we are hitting certain benchmarks and milestones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Reporting Made Effortless and Stress-Free"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Seamless has truly changed the way I handle recurring reports. I no longer need to export Salesforce reports and then spend time pasting them elsewhere or stressing over column formatting. This improvement has made a significant difference for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

There is a limitation on the number of rows—if my base report contains too many rows, even when I apply filters using coefficient, it still doesn't process the entire dataset. What's more, it doesn't notify me that some data is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re really glad to hear Coefficient has taken the stress out of recurring Salesforce reporting and eliminated all the manual exporting and formatting. That’s exactly the pain we aim to remove. 🙌

We also appreciate you calling out the row-limit behavior and lack of notification when datasets are too large. That’s important feedback, and we agree that clearer visibility and messaging around partial data is critical when specific APIs have limitations that we have to abide by. We’ll be sharing this with the team as we continue improving how Coefficient handles large reports.

Thanks again for the thoughtful review! -Hannah

"Quick Setup and a Straightforward UI with Clear Features"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Quick setup, clear features, and straightforward UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Little customizability for use with Salesforce from what I have used. Pulling data from multiple reports into Google Sheets would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thanks for the review! Glad the quick setup and straightforward UI made it easy to get started, and that pulling Salesforce data into Google Sheets is speeding up your analysis.

Appreciate the feedback on customization and combining multiple reports, too. Have you tried pulling from Objects & Fields or with SOQL? Those import types provide a lot more flexibility than pulling from just reports you've already built in SFDC. -Hannah

"Intuitive and Easy Alternative to Salesforce Data Loader"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Very intuitive and much easier if you have used Data Loader of Google Sheets Connector with Salesforce.

If you have NOT used any import tools before, Coefficient is a very easy way to learn queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Only downside so far is the inability to bulk update as much as Data Loader--but has not been a limiting factor for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thanks for the review, Jeff! We’re glad Coefficient has been an intuitive alternative to Data Loader and a helpful way to learn queries, especially for pulling Salesforce data into Sheets for teammates without access.

Appreciate the note on bulk updates as well. That feedback helps as we continue improving the Salesforce experience! -Hannah

"Effortless HubSpot to GSheet Integration"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

I like using Coefficient to import data from HubSpot directly into Google Sheets, which is convenient and saves me the hassle of exporting and importing between platforms. The tool itself is doing wonders for me. I also enjoy the scheduling and automation features, which allow me to set up workflows that refresh every hour. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Coefficient to be easy, which made getting started a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I dislike how filters work because when I open the sidebar, it doesn't redirect to the subsheets I use. This makes a mess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Integration, But Struggles with Large Data Sets"
What do you like best about Coefficient?

It integrates several databases quite effectively for our internal reports. Additionally, it has the potential to streamline some of the manual processes we currently handle in Excel, making them more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

What I find most frustrating about Coefficient is its limited data processing capabilities. When I try to use it for reports that involve large amounts of data, it can actually be slower than simply downloading the data from Metabase and handling it ourselves. There are also times when it bugs out, making it unusable for hours at a time. I really think it needs to improve its capacity to handle more demanding workloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thanks for sharing your experience, Luis! We’re glad to hear Coefficient is helping integrate your databases and streamline some of those manual Excel workflows.

We also hear you loud and clear on large datasets and bugs. Have you tried our Cloud Dataset functionality? It can help alleviate the size limitations of a spreadsheet and load time lags.
