What do you like best about Coefficient?

I’ve been using Coefficient to connect HubSpot and Google Ads data directly into Google Sheets, and it’s saved me a huge amount of manual work. Instead of exporting CSVs and cleaning them up every week, I have automated reports. Setup was straightforward. I linked our HubSpot account and pulled in pipeline and campaign data alongside Google Ads performance. Now I can build combined reports and see how marketing activities are impacting revenue in near real time. Love that you can feed reports/charts back into HubSpot as well. What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I’ve noticed that large imports can slow down performance or occasionally timeout, sometimes it can fail altogether, when refreshing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works very well for syncing QBO to Google Sheets"

What do you like best about Coefficient?

Coefficient makes it easy to sync QuickBooks reports into Google Sheets. From there I can use Google Sheets charts to visually display data. Compared to another sync service I have used I found this more intuitive and auto refresh workflows worked well. I only used auto-refresh on the trial period, because my use case does not justify a $50/month subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I have not run into downsides yet. My use case is extremely simple with 4 or 5 QBO reports that I pull into Google Sheets. Doubtless, I would find some downsides if I used more of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the charts piece, this would be amazing, you're right! Unfortunately, the Salesforce API only exposes the raw data, not the charts or dashboards themselves, so they can't be captured through the API. If this ever becomes available, we most certainly will add the capability!

"Reliable data syncs & updates for Salesforce and Google Sheets"

What do you like best about Coefficient?

1- Easy to use (the extension in Google Sheets is very intuitive)

2- Flexible settings to schedule updates (regular updates on set days or every few hours, also includes a snapshots option for historical purposes)

3- Report connections and settings can easily move to new sheets if you copy the sheet or tab, making it easy to keep what you've set up if you need the data in another sheet

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

1- Cannot use 'POST' method in the connect any API tool

2- Can only schedule writebacks to Salesforce for updates, cannot do this for inserts (yet!)

What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlines reporting by removing manual steps needed in other platforms. Other solutions typically require a manual action to update data sets, but with Coefficient we can set up scheduled updates on Salesforce records based on set criteria. The reporting itself is more flexible and very intuitive, and ensures we have the data we need available in sheets for teams to view and update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coefficient?

lots of integrations. easy to set up, and able to configure refreshes. some of our favorites are Tableau and Salesforce integrations. Support is also readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Some of the integrations are missing fields so we still have to manually pull. Some integrations we wish they had, e.g. Gainsight, and better jira integration. Pulling from API is also not easy, and documentation is vague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coefficient?

Coefficient is one of the best tools (hands down) that I've ever come across for enabling ops practitioners in the startup world.

It's capabilities make my day-to-day so much easier, whether it's creating a simple report, drafting bulk updates, or building complex reports that our entire leadership team relies on.

I couldn't do half the work I do today without Coefficient, and would highly highly recommend
