  ### 1. Great Prospect Contact Data, but a Lagging Interface

**What do you like best about Apollo?**

Apollo has contact details for prospects that I couldn’t find in ZoomInfo or anywhere else. In many cases, I was able to find emails and phone numbers in Apollo that I had been searching for everywhere.

**What do you dislike about Apollo?**

The user interface feels laggy. In ZoomInfo, I can easily find contacts using the “Advanced Search” feature. With that feature, I just type in the job titles and select the filters I need. In Apollo, though, selecting those filters feels a little messy to me, and it’s not as clear as ZoomInfo. For reference, please check out ZoomInfo’s advanced search feature.

Another downside I’ve noticed is that when I export contacts, it asks every time whether I want to export unverified emails too. That gets annoying. Also, maybe because of my plan, I couldn’t find as much information during export in Apollo as I do in ZoomInfo, such as a person’s state or city, or company details like annual revenue.

**What problems is Apollo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a major problem for me: finding prospects’ contact numbers that I couldn’t locate anywhere else. My company primarily uses ZoomInfo, and Apollo has been my go-to whenever I can’t find a contact number in ZoomInfo. It has consistently helped me when I needed it most.

I really appreciate Apollo for its powerful yet easy-to-use interface, smooth integration with other tools, and strong analytics. It helps businesses simplify their processes, improve customer interactions, and make smart, data-driven decisions. Implementation of this product is very easy. It has great customer sopport.

This tool is very easy to use. As of now there is nothing to dislike about this product.

Apollo helps me focus on buyers who are genuinely interested and ready to engage. With its intelligence tools, I can reach out to prospects who have shown intent, instead of spending time on those still in the research phase. This saves valuable time and effort by ensuring I connect with the right people at the right moment.

**What do you like best about Apollo?**

My favorite thing about Apollo is the awesome, streamlined user interface. Working on the platform is a joy. I love the AI workflows, they save me truckloads of time.

**What do you dislike about Apollo?**

I personally dislike the way Apollo's current pricing / plans are structured. Don't get me wrong, the free plan is awesome and doesn't feel too limited, but I feel as the basic version is almost not a real choice, but just a cheaper plan between Free and Professional with pricing psychology purposes.

**What problems is Apollo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apollo is helping me solve time-based issues and keeps me focused on track when I am doing prospecting work.

**What do you like best about Apollo?**

Apollo integrates so well with other integral tools in the stack ie. Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Nav etc. and is integral in completing the flow of the essential part of gaining contacts

**What do you dislike about Apollo?**

Apollo's Chrome Extension is the worst memory-limiting thing I've ever seen. It often slows me down so much and crashes my system. This needs to get fixed. Despite all that, Apollo still is essential.

Apollo is helping solve the sales tooling issues we're having and covers an industry-wide problem.
