**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

It's easy to set up/launch the connection, but I find that a lot of my programmed refreshes aren't actually happening at the cadence I set.  ex: I'll visit a file that should be refressehed daily, and it's multiple days old since the last refresh, and when I hit refresh, it hangs awhile, and sometimes errors out.  I've set up a lot of coefficients lately, but some of them have just...tired-out or something.  I also have noticed that we get emails from you guys saying that we need to re-do or refresh all our coefficients because of an update on your side or something.  Don't want to sound like a brat, but I don't want to have to do that.  I used to love how it was a "set it and forget it" product for me. 

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

I don't know if it's a Google setting or Coefficients setting, but at times when I need a SF report to push to Gsheets, there are too many rows I think (it can't go higher than 50-60K it seems) which isn't helpful for me, because we have a lot of data. 

I love the free T-shirt you sent me awhile back.  The blue one.  Can you send me a new T? I like repping the brand.

Enabling the latest calculations and refreshes of our Salesforce reports populating external dashboards and resources used by our sales team, ops team and executive team

**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

I like Coefficient because it's really simple and automates the workflow for us, requiring little maintenance once it's set up. It's very easy to find the reports in Salesforce that we want to connect to, and it offers plenty of customization to define what data to pull in. I appreciate the refresh schedules that automatically keep the data updated without any additional work from our team. The initial setup was very easy, and that's a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

I don't love how it puts the header row above the column headings but you are able to delete this so the first row is column headings, but this is very minor. Also it can get expensive so we only have 1 user who can set these sheets up.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coefficient to transfer Salesforce data to Google Sheets for Looker Studio integration. It simplifies the process by automating data refreshes, so there's little maintenance needed. Coefficient allows customization of data to pull, solving our lack of direct connection to Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

Coefficient’s scheduled refreshes are the standout feature for me. Once a connection is set up, the data reliably stays current without manual intervention, and I trust it to alert me if something needs attention. It’s surprisingly accessible while still being appropriately powerful.

I primarily use Coefficient with Google Sheets, and that’s where it really shines. While HubSpot is excellent for native reporting, there are many situations where Sheets or Excel are simply better. Especially when you need to perform derivative calculations, layered logic, or custom analysis. Coefficient makes it effortless to bridge that gap, and without fragile exports or workarounds.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. Pricing is noticeable but reasonable for the value it provides, and it’s easy to justify internally given the time and risk it saves.

I also appreciate how transparent the tool is. If a refresh fails or a connection needs attention, I know immediately. I don’t spend time worrying about whether the integration is silently broken, which is a big deal for operational reporting.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Coefficient, this work required frequent manual exports and imports. That added unnecessary steps, introduced risk, and slowed down analysis. Coefficient eliminates that friction entirely.

I use it to proactively monitor data quality and “look for” specific conditions such as incorrect license term dates, misaligned pipelines or stages, and other data-entry errors. Catching those issues early saves time, prevents downstream reporting problems, and ultimately reduces operational and revenue risk. Although these steps can be performed natively in our CRM (HubSpot), I find that I'm often needing derivative calculations and checks that are easier and faster to perform in Google Sheets with the Coefficient integration.

I also rely on Coefficient to track key metrics like ARR, NRR, churn, and related performance indicators in Sheets, where I can iterate quickly and test assumptions. It’s become an essential part of how I validate data integrity and support decision-making across Renewals, Expansion, and Revenue Operations.

**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

I really like that I can set up automatic dashboards by pulling data through Coefficient from Jira, Salesforce, and MySQL. It saves me so much time, and it’s very simple to use. It's quick to get the data and practically runs by itself after initial set up. The pricing is reasonable for the time it saves. And their support is excellent. I had a query where the support agent went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

I don’t really dislike anything about it; it does what I need it to do. That said, it would be nice if I could also use it with Postman.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was constantly having to pull data manually from different sources and then compile it all myself. Now I just need to plug in a data source, and it pulls everything automatically on a customisable schedule.

**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

The platform makes it simple to upload files from various sources. I appreciate how easy it is to locate a file by its name and set up a regular update schedule, whether that's daily or weekly. The notifications about coefficient updates and failures are also helpful, as they let users quickly see which files need attention and when each file was last updated.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

It would be beneficial to have more options for update frequency, such as the ability to schedule monthly updates. The current requirement to reconnect with major platforms like Netsuite every seven days makes automation challenging, as it requires frequent maintenance. Additionally, I would appreciate it if importing Netsuite reports were more straightforward and user-friendly, since at the moment, only Netsuite Saved Searches can be pulled in.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coefficient is a huge time saver - I no longer have to pull each saved search or reporting to dump into the tool manually, Coefficient does it automatically based on the parameters I've selected.

For NetSuite, we do have several other import options, including the ability to import by a URL (whether from a report, saved search, dataset, etc.) with our NetSuite Agent. It's only been available for a couple of months, but you can connect to it by clicking on Import From and searching for NetSuite Agent.

Additionally, our traditional NetSuite connector allows you to pull from saved searches, datasets, reports, via SuiteQL query, or from Records and Lists. I'm positive with all of these options, you will land on something that works a best for your workflow!

It was fairly easy to set up and I liked that I could get live data from Netsuite into google sheets without much fuss. I also like that I can turn on auto updating and that the queries generally return quickly. The price meets our budget and support has been helpful.

Sometimes the UI within google sheets can be a little slow, but performance has gotten better and it doesn't take away from the experience most of the time

We pull Netsuite data into Google Sheets to then be able to automate financial reporting and also analytics

Coefficient has been a solid addition to our reporting stack. We use it to pull HubSpot data into Google Sheets so we can build views and data slices that HubSpot does not support natively. It gives us more flexibility to manipulate data, combine datasets, and structure reports the way our team needs. The snapshot data makes pipeline, forecasting, and deal slippage reporting much easier.

It has been especially useful for creating custom analyses and executive summaries that would be difficult/impossible to replicate inside HubSpot alone. If you are comfortable working in Sheets and need more control over how your HubSpot data is modeled and presented, Coefficient is a great option.

Coefficient has been super helpful for automatically pulling Snowflake and Salesforce data, and also allows the equivalent (but more robust version of) importrange() for Google Sheets.  This has saved me a lot of time, and improved the reports I can build. 

The UIX is intuitive, and the support team has been very helpful with questions and issues that we have had.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

We ran into some 2K limit issues for Salesforce initially, but when we discussed this with the support / product team, this was quickly resolved.

It has allowed us to automatically pull Snowflake and Salesforce data into Google sheets

The way it has revolutionized the usage of no-code solutions at my organization by creating opportunities to utilize live data. Additionally, I have had really great experiences with the customer support team!

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

A lack of notifications around when my syncs do not refresh. I normally only find out about data not syncing when there is a breakdown in the data flow, which can be problematic when we are using the feature to support live solutions.

Coefficient has helped support the need for live data to inform the usage of the no-code solutions our organization uses. These scheduled syncs ensure data is live and that no-code solutions can trigger without the time needing to manually supply data, freeing up capacity for our team to work on more strategic projects.

**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

Seamless has truly changed the way I handle recurring reports. I no longer need to export Salesforce reports and then spend time pasting them elsewhere or stressing over column formatting. This improvement has made a significant difference for me.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

There is a limitation on the number of rows—if my base report contains too many rows, even when I apply filters using coefficient, it still doesn't process the entire dataset. What's more, it doesn't notify me that some data is missing.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I value most are the ongoing dashboards and reports I create for management and external stakeholders. The ability to control precisely what my stakeholders see, and to refresh these reports regularly with minimal effort, is truly impressive. Previously, we spent a significant amount of time exporting reports and copying them into old templates. The roll-forward process was always tedious and stressful, as we had to ensure everything was done correctly before starting any analysis. I especially appreciate how dynamic the reporting is now, allowing us to easily adjust the structure with filters and by including specific columns.

Some of its limitations in extracting data from meta, like i wasn't able to extract the preview link

It helped me to extract data from multiple sources like Meta and Shopify within the sheets and made reporting easier

I often need to change specific fields within Salesforce related to contact information, and since I need to update so many contacts, Coefficient allows me to perform this update quickly and without problems.

Little customizability for use with Salesforce from what I have used. Pulling data from multiple reports into Google Sheets would be nice.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can complete super-fast data analysis by pulling Salesforce reports in Google. This also speeds up sheet creation when combining existing data with new manual data. The same workflow applies to many of our tasks so really just need to change the source and select which columns to pull.

Easy to setup and use. Reliable when it comes to setting up the auto-refresh. Easy to modify and update exisiting connections.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

The header across the top of the import tabs make it hard to add filters. Not very clear how to setup a connection for others to also be able to refresh/debug.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting Snowflake data to google sheets. This reduces a lot of manual work for the team and allows us to have more accurate data as well

What I find most frustrating about Coefficient is its limited data processing capabilities. When I try to use it for reports that involve large amounts of data, it can actually be slower than simply downloading the data from Metabase and handling it ourselves. There are also times when it bugs out, making it unusable for hours at a time. I really think it needs to improve its capacity to handle more demanding workloads.

It plugs into Salesforce and many other applications with very little effort. Implementation is easy and support is responsive. It presents data in Google Sheets, which is easy for everybody to use and access.

We use Intacct for accounting. Coefficient works with Intacct, but the integration is costly—and worth every penny.

I am constantly finding myself in a situation where I need data from Hubspot, and end up creating workarounds, Hubspot lists and half baked workflows to try and extract the data i need. I downloaded Coefficient on a whim and it changed everything. I can now extract the data i need. 

The big takeaway though is how functional it is. I can drill down into every property, object etc. and filter and sort before extracting. I tried so many data connectors and they were also too basic until I found Coefficient.

It successfully pulls in selected sales force reports on my desired schedule ,which allows to me keep my team's Excel  "scorecard" up to date without having to manually update the numbers multiple times a day. Once I got rolling, it was incredibly easy to use/implement.

The only negative I can even come up with is that you have to remember to go to extensions and reactivate it if you want to make changes or manually refresh the reports. Frankly, that's a small price to pay for this free extension!

I have been using coefficient as long as I have been in Revenue Operations. It is a tool that I lean on and up levels my ability to access salesforce data. I am such a strong champion of this tool I bring it to ever organization I have joined. The setup is simple, the automation works flawlessly, and scheduled refreshes keep our numbers always current. From vital everyday reporting to adhoc analysis and everywhere in between - I couldn't live without it!

We pull and refresh 100s of thousands of rows daily. Once you hit this scale, you may need to hard code baked data to reduce tax on API.

**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

I like the idea of having a tool which automatically sync data between databases and Google Sheets. No more downloading/ Uploading, spending time on analysing or manipulating data. I directly linked it to Looker, and the time I used to spend without using Coefficient for my tasks has been reduced by 5 times. It automatically links and provides many more customisation features. I can setup sync schedule and also alerts, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

So far, there is nothing that I dislike. It's just that under sync schedule, we can add more options like sync every month/quarter.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to pull data into Google sheets and set up alerts for metrics when they drop below the target which we can not do with our current BI tool.

  ### 44. Easy to set-up, powerful to use

**What do you like best about Coefficient?**

We looked at Coefficient because the Membership system we are using for the Cambridge 50+  Woodworkers club is great but is very weak on reporting, and we need a fast way to get our data out of our MySQL Db and into Excel.  We were impressed with what we found.  

The installation was seamless. Once we entered our Db credentials, we connected securely and could see our tables.  Once we selected our tables, the import into Excel was very efficient.  Our Db is small, the largest table only has about 5,000 rows, but we were still surprised that the import time just took just a few seconds. 

With the tables in Excel, we were now able to create the relationships we needed and start developing our reports. The process from getting set up to seeing our first report took less than a day.

We scheduled daily refreshes so that we knew that our reports would be accurate up to the day prior which is more than adequate for our needs.  

Before retirement I worked in the design and development of enterprise  e-commerce systems.  There were times we could have really used a product like Coefficient to be able to produce ad-hos reports quickly.  I highly recommend this product.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

As with any product, there are downsides, but I can honestly say that to date, we have not found any .  I suspect we might run into something, but for now it's up and running smoothy and have had no issues.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Membership System has very poor reporting and we needed a fast, easy way to bring our data in to Excel to allow us to develop the reports we need.

Coefficient allows me to link data across different platforms enabling real-time analytics. It is user friendly and the performance is consistent which gives me more time to focus on other tasks, not having to repair data linkers that break intermittently.

It would be nice if data refresh could go down to 30min or even 15min intervals. I currently only see options to the hour, but this is not a deal breaker.

Allowing me to reformat data from sources during import so I don't need to manipulate it manually before or after. Consistently performs data imports so there are minimal manual triggers required.

We took the bait and leveraged Coefficient to create several no-code solutions.  Solution was easy to integrate and solved a few immediate needs.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

The low barrier to entry has now turned into a month over month escalation with some requiring 150% increases in pricing.   Functionality was disabled until we surrendered to new contract terms and a healthy fee.

Helps us use information in Tableau to trigger and manage parts of our business.

Love that it maintains the setup of a sheet as you add in additional columns for formulas and will carry the formulas to any additional lines that get added as you refresh your data.

**What do you dislike about Coefficient?**

We have had issues with the formulas carrying into all of the lines on some sheets, but they are rather large data sets, and it has not been a consistent problem.

**What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently don't have an internal BI tool, so all of our major reporting happens in Sheets. Coefficient has taken a lot of the burden and inefficiency that can come with working out of Sheets off. Love that it can be set to automatically refresh at whatever desired frequency.
