It’s not a dedicated video-editing tool, but for most of what we need, it does the trick. It also creates short links for sharing and generates a thumbnail, which basically covers our needs. It would be nice to easily integrate it with Make to streamline webinar creation—progress has been made, but I still have to change things manually. The attendee count during the webinar doesn't update accurately, and I can't see the engagement info afterward. There should also be more options where we can see stats on not jut performance but how many of our videos have captions, have certain accessibility features, and an easy way to bulk change certain things across a specific folder. Because of these tools and the fact that recordings are hosted in the same platform, non-technical marketers on our Content and Social teams can easily repurpose long form media for other channels without tapping our Video team's limited bandwidth. The feature was announced and initially implemented kind of poorly--it required multiple copies of the same video if you wished to include it in several channels. Wistia then fixed this by releasing the video folders features, but did so without warning anyone in advance (and breaking direct links to media we were using in the process).
