Kadence WP Reviews & Product Details

Compared to other theme makers this gives a nice balance of features and appearance. It is similar to Astra theme in that they are both easy to use but the Kadence starter templates and patterns in the pattern hub are MUCH nicer in appearance. Astra seems to care for quantity over quality. I chose Kadence because of the one time payment to get all the features, it has about 90 starter templates, more than Blocksy, which also looks nice, and it has very nice looking patterns to choose from. I did a side-by-side comparison with Astra and Kadence is much nicer looking. Also with the ultimate plan you have A/B tests, a pop-up builder, a form builder, and can make your own pattern hub for use in sites you build. Of course it takes some getting used to but after using it for a couple of months most work days I am starting to get the hang of it and can build pretty fast. I liked the GeneratePress theme but there is no lifetime plan and the starter templates look simpler (but professional) compared with Kadence. Oxygen builder was another one I compared and the temps look very nice but this would just take too much time to set up. Although I'm front end developer and can't do this I need something faster. I haven't found much that I dislike so far, but perhaps the documentation can be more full featured. I haven't been impressed by the AI site maker (I think this is overhyped) but haven't seen any other team maker that has an impressive AI site maker either (tried Astra). Excellent product, which I use every day in building Wordpress sites for my clients. Also, has excellent support. I find people that complain about the learning curve or requiring additional plugins, do not understand Wordpress or the complexity of other page builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder or Divi. Unlike these products, Kadence doesn't replace the Gutenberg editor or add another layer on top of Wordpress. It adds its features by augmenting Gutenberg. It adds many features and customizations. I want to give you my super honest opinion of what it has been like for me to use Kadence. For me it is an excellent Wordpress theme and block editor platform, the support service is amazing and I find the prices are super reasonable.

I did not come from using wordpress and I had been recommended generated press, although it is a good platform it has a learning curve much steeper than Kadence and also the support team is fabulous.

You have a history of your tickets and you can always open more.

Kadence is not recommended for photographers or anyone working with images due to its excessive DOMs production and lack of optimization, despite extensive advertising across the web.

Additionally, I have encountered numerous unresolved issues, with the most concerning being the ract.com.min.js problem. Although Kadence portrays it as a WordPress file, it actually triggers continuous calls to your host, potentially triggering your DDoS protection and compromising your website. Despite my efforts, Kadence refused to address this issue and deliberately terminated my license in retaliation for my complaints. It was a blackmail, litterally. I've spent over 5 months working tirelessly to redesign my website. Therefore, I advise caution when reporting missing elements or features, as you may face similar repercussions. The Kadence theme is block based and includes all of the basic blocks that you will need for building out your wordpress site. The themes are fairly well built out for most use cases. You can get up and running quickly with a nicely built out blog. The themes are all optimized for speed. Other than RankMath for SEO you will not need much else to get up and running. The buggest benefit to the block based format is that it includes many of the functionality that you will require without needing to install additional plugins that will slow down your site. It is easy to integrate other solutions as it contains the hooks required. We use it each day. The customer support and ease of implementation are top notch. Building my website with Kadence WP is incredibly slow and difficult. The range of options are limited. It is good if its pricing become affordable.
