What I like most about Wistia is that it just feels thoughtful. It’s clean, calm, and not cluttered with stuff you don’t need. Uploading a video, sharing it, or putting it on your site feels straightforward instead of technical or stressful.

I love how easy it is to customize and make the UI different for each client. I find Wistia more flexible than Vimeo, and it's a lot better than YouTube as it doesn't show 'see also' content once the video is complete. I also appreciate that I can adjust colors and view really easily so everything stays on brand. I really value the embed tool, specifically how it's able to include the transcript in the code for AI and SEO benefits. Wistia offers a good price compared to Vimeo, and I give it a 10/10 for ease of setup, making it easy to recommend to others.
