Video is easy to upload. The main features we use include: selecting a thumbnail, determining what the playback video options are, removing comments, embedding it into the website and branding the video with our colors and look. We also use the AI that allows for auto-transcripts and captions. We've used their live webinar features a few times -- the broadcast is very high def (almost too good, if you know what I mean), but the sound could be better using basic microphones (compared to GTW).
*Updated 5/7/2025* We use their new feature for our webinars to cut out social media-length videos with video captions to post to our social media and use in campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price of Wistia has substantially increased which may be a barrier to entry. The price has made us remove videos that we were archieving for reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
