The SeeVolution Live Customer Experience Web Analytics provides live overlays that span the entirety of your tracked pages illustrating areas of high and low user activity, hot and cold spots, and asset analysis (links, images and forms). Rather than navigating away from the website to analyse visitor trends you'll see a movable, live traffic feed that lays transparently over the page you are tracking that very minute.
I like that this platform shows you where visitors' to your clients eyes are going first on each page, how much time they're spending on those pages, and how many visitors go to each page. We can then use that information to fine tune the site design to turn the website visitors into paying customers.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, there isn't much I dislike about this product except for the fact that it can't tell you if a website visitor is unique or a returning visitor.
Recommendations to others considering the product
While this platform is great to tweak your website design to better reach your goals and serve your customers, I think it's best used for e-commerce sites and there are likely better solutions out there for non-retail websites to implement and get the same design feedback data instead.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm solving the problem of my clients' having poorly designed websites that inadvertently turn off potential e-commerce customers. I've realized tons of benefits, one in particular is that when we launch a new advertising campaign in a specific DMA (or a new product and send out an email blast to our customer database), we can see how effective it is by looking at the live visitor metrics.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
