As the Operations Manager, what impressed me most about Heatmap was the speed at which it synced with our Woocommerce site and Google Tag Manager it’s very technical whose echelons barely needed adjusting. I also like how many attributes there are, particularly with session records linked to conversion stats it lets our team pinpoint exactly where customers are tumbling out of the purchase process. The pricing plans get a little steep after a certain level of traffic so it can be challenging to predict costs. Also, if we try to pull very granular reports for a long period of time the dashboard will lag slightly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
