What do you like best about LogRocket?

I like the fact that LogRocket allows us to see how the user interacts with the software to get a better idea of how to redesign and design new features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to integrate, but expensive"

What do you like best about LogRocket?

It is super easy to integrate and deploy into multiple projects. It has a good web portal and interface which makes it super easy to run it off the bat. It is very good for small companies to get something running really quickly and of high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

It is quite expensive, if your userbase is big you are going to have quite a bill. The price may be worth for some but for larger userbases I would recommend something cheaper or open source like Posthog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing we want out of LogRocket is actually the session replay to understand how our customers use our applications so we can understand what pain points they are having and how we can solve them. The other big solution LogRocket offers is bug tracking so we can retrigger very specific scenarios to "remake" the bugs and try to solve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
