
It is the best way to help clients with technical issues they face. Sometimes you do not receive enough description about what the issue is. It is clear through log rocket to be able to see the steps to reproduce as well as if it may just be user error. It is easy to navigate through their portal and to sessions. My coworkers will send each other session clips to better understand a user's technical issue. It is a must have for any web development team! We use it every day! I am not entirely sure how it was integrated but I believe it was easy. The other tools they offer such as Galileo AI and product analytics is also extremely helpful in terms of product development - what features or user flows can be improved. Nothing - usually I would have some dislikes but I think they continually try to improve their user experience and constantly ask for feedback which lets me know they care a lot about catering to their users.
