
After using Hotjar for nearly 3 years in our e-commerce business, I can confidently say it's one of the best investments we've made. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use - even non-technical team members quickly mastered it. Implementation was seamless, taking just minutes to get up and running. The breadth of features is impressive: heatmaps, session recordings, feedback polls, and surveys give us comprehensive insights into customer behavior. Customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions. We use Hotjar daily to optimize our website, and the insights have directly contributed to improving our conversion rates and user experience. While Hotjar is excellent overall, there are a few minor areas for improvement. Occasionally, the dashboard can feel a bit slow when loading large datasets from high-traffic periods. The pricing tiers could be more flexible for mid-sized businesses experiencing rapid growth. Some advanced filtering options in session recordings could be more granular. However, these are relatively minor issues that don't significantly impact the overall value and usefulness of the platform.
