  ### 1. One stop solution for behavior analysis

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

Out of many upsides of Browsee, below are a few:
1. Attention maps: Browsee not only provides Heat and Scroll maps but also attention maps which add yet another dimension to the behavioural analysis. As of now, we know even though our users are scrolling more but their attention is not on the first/second viewport. Immense help in reducing the bounce rate through this insight.
2. Java Script errors: The tool provides you with JS errors that do not happen every time, especially in dev environment. Browsee helps identify such cases and our dev team can now handle these exceptions adding to a more than incremental increase in the user experience since now all the scripts run as desired in most of the environments and scenarios.
3. Quick setup: Just a pixel placement through tag manager or directly in the code and you are ready to go.
4. Sessions replays with time-saving features: Since going through session replays can be a painstaking task, there are some time-saving features like playback speed up to 8x, skippable inactive periods of session replays, timed annotations based on clicks so that you jump directly to the desired step.
5. Easy to use: The majority of our users within the organisation didn't need hand-holding for using the tool as it's very intuitive and easy to use.
6. Third-party integrations like Google Analytics come in handier than they may seem.
7. Privacy settings to hide sensitive information like PII and payment details.

**What do you dislike about Browsee?**

Probably having a few custom dimensions will add to segment or recording rule creation when we have huge data to analyse from. For example, we can send page type or product category which can quickly help us identify session replays or only record certain product pages or create generic rules on page type etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Browsee:**

It's a very easy decision to make when getting Browsee for the set features and the support which the Browsee team provides.

**What problems is Browsee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting to know our user's behaviour which is most importantly their most natural one without any biases. We have been able to improve our conversions and reduce bounce rate, to say the least very quickly.

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

Sampling of recordings as per my budget allows me to use this tool all over the month. I was using Fullstory earlier, but there my recordings always stopped in the middle of the month. Here I don't have to worry, because they will automatically sample as per my website session trend. They also don't count bounced sessions which is great.

**What do you dislike about Browsee?**

The product is new, so it lacks polishing at some places. But, I have seen tremendous progress over the last 1 year, so I am bullish that this won't be a problem as such.

**What problems is Browsee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a fast growing startup, we make a lot of decisions in an adhoc manner and go live. A lot of times this means no time for setting up analytics, and thus having no insights on google analytics etc. Browsee acts as a catch-all analytics tool for me, where in I can restropectively go and see what impact my changes made. 0 effort needs to be spent on analytics since it is automatically collecting all data required to make a heatmap, session and what-not.

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

Video Session Quality and Showing Main Points of Videos with Frustration clicks, Technical JS and Ajax errors.
Great filter option to find the right session videos
Heatmaps and Scroll maps are good

**What do you dislike about Browsee?**

No completes with current features. It would be great if browsee have A/B Test and User Testing features.

**What problems is Browsee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help you know user behavior, Intention, Pain Points and features the most they're liking/Interacting and how they interacting with it.

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

I liked the clear bifurcation of the data being gathered in the tool and how frequently they listen to our feedback and make necessary changes in the tool.

**What do you dislike about Browsee?**

Few reports are not customizable in terms of date range selection etc.

**What problems is Browsee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time knowledge about issues on-site related to load or request firing, JS issues etc. Heatmaps let us identify the key areas where users interact and improve the product.

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

The interface, it's very smooth with all the required insights just 2-3 clicks away. Also, the segment creation feature is pretty awesome and hassle-free. Ability to make a custom dashboard is very helpful when we wanna see just an overview.

**What do you dislike about Browsee?**

Honestly, nothing as of now. The experience has been virtually flawless. And I really hope it'll stay that way. Also, the support team is pretty awesome, any issue or queries are resolved very quickly.

**What problems is Browsee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main usage is heatmaps and segment-wise session performance, and safe to say, we've gained great insights into how our customers behave on our site, thus helping us implement necessary changes to boost conversions.

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

Feature to segment heatmaps and filter session recordings using any variables. The tool offers detailed reports to analyze user behavior on the website, their patterns etc. The support team has been extremely helpful with onboarding, providing helpful recommendations and adding new features whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Browsee?**

It would be great if the tool enables easier ways of integration between Browsee, Hubspot and other chatbots.

**What problems is Browsee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analyzing user behavior, understand website drop-offs and patterns. Improving conversions etc. Tracking and understanding user behavior are critical to us as a brand and Browsee helps us optimize the pages further with insightful segments and data.

We are able to see the quality of interaction that we receive on our site. Other analytics tools can tell you about volumes, but not the details of engagement level that users have with your content. We rely on Browsee to improve our site and see how users engage with our content.

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

To my website, I don't want to add google analytics or anything which tracks users after leaving my site so looked for alternatives then I found Browsee.

It has everything what I wanted.
1) Analytics
2) Session recordings
3) Java Script errors
and much more.

**What do you dislike about Browsee?**

When I access browsee in mobile I can't switch between different websites.

**What do you like best about Browsee?**

Browsee as a a product has changed how we design our Landing Page. We have received insights about our customers behaviour & usage pattern. 
This helped us realign the components on the landing page. 

Their heat-map offering is really interesting & helped us prioritise various elements based on the heat-map analysis. 

We will recommend this to any small / medium organisation to understand their customers better.

Their customer support sets them apart from similar products. They have been warm, supporting & responsive through out.

We have not found anything of that nature so far.
