Out of many upsides of Browsee, below are a few:
1. Attention maps: Browsee not only provides Heat and Scroll maps but also attention maps which add yet another dimension to the behavioural analysis. As of now, we know even though our users are scrolling more but their attention is not on the first/second viewport. Immense help in reducing the bounce rate through this insight.
2. Java Script errors: The tool provides you with JS errors that do not happen every time, especially in dev environment. Browsee helps identify such cases and our dev team can now handle these exceptions adding to a more than incremental increase in the user experience since now all the scripts run as desired in most of the environments and scenarios.
3. Quick setup: Just a pixel placement through tag manager or directly in the code and you are ready to go.
4. Sessions replays with time-saving features: Since going through session replays can be a painstaking task, there are some time-saving features like playback speed up to 8x, skippable inactive periods of session replays, timed annotations based on clicks so that you jump directly to the desired step.
5. Easy to use: The majority of our users within the organisation didn't need hand-holding for using the tool as it's very intuitive and easy to use.
6. Third-party integrations like Google Analytics come in handier than they may seem.
7. Privacy settings to hide sensitive information like PII and payment details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Probably having a few custom dimensions will add to segment or recording rule creation when we have huge data to analyse from. For example, we can send page type or product category which can quickly help us identify session replays or only record certain product pages or create generic rules on page type etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
