I really like the fact it can pick up many different things through out the website that could be improved. This very useful for me as I spend a lot of time trying to make improvements to having this allows me to save a lot of time.

I love how easy it is to use. The layout feels logical, so I can quickly find what I need without having to hunt around. Being able to view different accessibility needs has been a game changer for me and has helped me look at content from a different perspective. In particular, the option to simulate what it looks like for someone with dyslexia or colour blindness really brings the impact to life. The support during set up had been fantastic, Remonique has been great throughout the process. Setting up other users on it has been straight forward and easy to do and because of its ease of use, we've been able to dive in immediately. Even if we got stuck, having the Academy as back up has been reassuring. Having AI built in has been great to help resolve any errors found. So if we have a grammar issue, it's there to help support with alternative wording we could use and by having it in the tool it means the AI already knows the context.
