What do you like best about Contentsquare?

This is the easiest behavioral analytics platform or tool I have used so far. You don't need to be an analyst to gain meaningful and valuable insights from it. Before using CS, we primarily relied on GA, but the results were only mediocre. During our recent eCommerce replatforming, Contentsquare allowed us to solve problems and address issues very quickly. What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I appreciate Contentsquare for its ability to provide in-depth on-site analysis specifically for eCommerce websites. The setup and onboarding process was seamless, thanks to a knowledgeable Customer Success Manager who ensured everything was implemented correctly without any challenges. I really value how Contentsquare allows me to clearly understand customer behavior on our site, showing what they do and how they do it. This insight enabled us to identify and address a high bounce rate from Google Shopping users by running an A/B test on a new feature, which we verified through Contentsquare to have a positive impact. The features such as zoning, page comparator, impact analysis, and journey analysis are particularly valuable as they help in assessing customer behavior and understanding the impact of changes on performance.
