What do you like best?

as I am working related to the communications with customers and clients this platform is really efficient and works for me to work and construct my task properly. I can contact with people easily and conformably. it works for all over the world. so, this is really good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

however, sometimes I feel difficult to use this because it is cloud based unified communication services so it is not working without could system. moreover, it is lack of feedback because it is small business company. also, the price is proper but not for all users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it is good because wherever I am and the clients and customers are we can have communication in quick and short time. it is really useful to have meeting for making fast decision. I feel happy to use this also in order to improve the system it can reduce the price and give feedback for the users as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It's built into Outlook. The choice of connecting from any computer is open. The quality of the audio is fine. To international meetings, you can use the local telephone number. It is easy to use the recording feature. It can erase the participants ' lines. It can. They are supported quickly and responsively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much compatibility through calls created for a call. Don't attend meetings fast enough. Conference IDs are long and moving between meetings takes a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Until considering any options, review the full range of products. It is sometimes difficult for end-users and also for support to use more than one solution for collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it for webinars and learning and webinars. It has good quality of sound and video, however a good Internet connectivity is needed. Meetings are also easy to record. However, relative to other international conference approaches, it is economical. It has also a strong Outlook integration. The enhancements and upgrades that are still available are also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We mainly used Intercall for audio conferencing and it proved to be a reliable platform. There were not many complaints or issues with the software, from a support standpoint. Users really liked Intercall and were disappointed when it was phased out of the company, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Creating the Intercall accounts was pretty lengthy and time consuming. It would have been more efficient if Single Sign-On could have been implemented with the software. This is one of the main reasons the software was phased out at my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Intercall gets the job done, however, it would be better if it had Single Sign-On options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

InterCall is very straightforward and simple. It gets the job done when it comes to collaborating with clients or team members working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I have had a few web meetings dropped or people fall off the call, but that was likely due to wifi connection and not InterCall itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

InterCall is great if you're looking for a simple conferencing software and in-house instant messaging, or if you're frustrated with slow video call connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to connect in a no-nonsense manner with InterCall. With Skype and some video conferencing platforms, things got too complicated and clients often were't able to set up accounts, understand the platform, etc. InterCall is straightforward and simple. What do you like best?

It was a platform I would use to make audio, web and video conferencing services across boarders to clients I had distanced from each other. We would use it to streamline communication and surpass the business objectives that we would have. It would help to run instant meetings and and run big events comfortably without having to travel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Though it has a free trial and free subscription, its first subscription is quite high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best?

The best thing about Intercall is the convenience of communicating with a group or joining a meeting at the tap of a button. Even if you only have access to a phone and not a laptop or desktop computer, the ease of gaining access to a conference is extraordinary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Intercall has a pricey pay as you go set up for large conferences which can get pretty expensive. In order to take advantage of their free trial, you have to provide a credit card. Not a huge problem unless you forget to cancel if you dislike the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your research on a variety of videoconferencing systems. If you run into any problems initially, it would be great to get assistance just to test the technical assistance and customer support. Not everyone I spoke with was pleased with using the system on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Intercall allowed great scheduling for meetings and offered the advantage of sharing files, powerpoints, and a number of other presentations. You are able to speak directly with the meeting group or choose specific participants of speak with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

InterCall is certainly on the higher end of the market for videoconferencing software, with great audio and picture quality, ability to record and of course incredibly reliable, with little to no drops in quality or in connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

InterCall can be very demanding - it requires a good internet connection. Also, compared to other applications on the market, InterCall has a less easy to navigate UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

InterCall works best for an enterprise that has a need for high quality audiovisual conferencing, as well as one that may require video recordings to be taken - for notes, reflection etc. It solves the classic problem of talking over long distance, with a high quality reliable service.
