
We've been using Text Request for over a year now, and it's been extremely helpful for our customer service reps. It has become an easier option for customers to get in contact with us over email or phone calls. The noticeable boost in engagement and lead conversions continue to rise. I would like for Text Request to improve on possibly a ticketing system to be assigned to the customers phone number or if they want to open a new ticket. I believe this would help keep things organized and be able to track down history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
