
I find Text Request user-friendly and appreciate that it offers both a desktop and app version, making it versatile for business communications. I like how it provides an easier way to communicate with customers compared to calling or emailing. Additionally, I like that we can link it with our business landline instead of personal cell phones, which is helpful for maintaining professional boundaries.
