I like that Text Request is easy to use, making it simple to incorporate into our recruiting program. It allows our recruiters to reach out to applicants by text, handling prescreening questions and scheduling interviews seamlessly. I appreciate that it enables our English-speaking recruiter to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking applicants by sending prescreen questions and setting up interview times in Spanish. The initial setup process was very simple and straightforward, which was a big plus for us.

TextRequest has been an excellent platform for communication with both prospective and existing customers as well as employees. We use it daily for almost all communications - giving time updates, confirming appointments, setting up interviews, sending marketing text messages to prospective clients, etc. I would go so far as to say it is the most important tool we use. Each staff member has their own account so it's easy to tell who has handled/communicated with whom. We also recently discovered that you can tag contacts with different tags or add them to groups so that users can sort/filter their view for only contacts related to their office, which is awesome.

I love that I can use keywords to make separate campaigns and also tag messages so that we can run metrics on who is handling each client that reaches out.
