What do you like best about Missive?

Flexible API and AI rules, and it works well when running multiple companies. It’s also easy for staff to pick up, and the ability to comment directly under emails is a real game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Efficiency in processes, automation with product and service delivery. Huge time saver running multiple businesses and being able to oversee day to day operations without emails being lost. What do you like best about Missive?

I found Missive to be better and more cost-effective than its competitor, Front. Setting up Missive was very easy and intuitive, especially connecting Gmail and Outlook accounts, and configuring signatures and template email responses. It facilitates team collaboration on emails related to different cases, which would otherwise require a separate ticket or help desk platform. I particularly appreciate the features for merging different emails and the templated emails, which aid in collaboration and organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Missive?
