**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

What I like most about HighLevel is that it allows centralizing several key functions on a single platform: CRM, automations, funnels, forms, communications, and commercial tracking. For an organization like ours, this helps to organize processes, reduce scattered tools, and have better visibility of the progress of each lead or client. I also greatly value the flexibility to create automated flows and adapt the platform to different businesses or sub-accounts.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

What I like least about HighLevel is that, being such a comprehensive platform, some configurations can feel unintuitive at first. The learning curve is steep, especially when working with automations, pipelines, permissions, subaccounts, and integrations. I also think that some areas of the interface could be simpler and more consistent for non-technical users. It would be very valuable to have better step-by-step guides within the platform and a more structured onboarding experience for enterprise teams.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel solves the dispersion of tools by centralizing CRM, forms, automations, communications, and pipelines in a single platform. This allows us to save time, reduce manual tasks, improve lead tracking, and have greater visibility of the progress of each business process.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

Before adopting High Level in my organization, I was using so many different tools for each client. Time spent learning and setting up marketing systems has been drastically reduced by using High Level. My favorite part of High Level is building out automation workflows. I also love that it is a white label platform because this adds value to my organization when pitching clients.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

The website and landing page builders are not as robust as I need for most of my projects so I usually build these outside of High Level and integrate with High Level through embedding High Level forms into my websites.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High Level provides a singular platform for me to work on automated workflows, CRM, email marketing, social planning and posting, and paid digital ads dashboard. I don't have to move around between as many platforms as I used to do to perform marketing tasks.

HighLevel is a game-changer. It is an all-in-one platform for a business' marketing and operational needs. It's like 6 different software in one login.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Sometimes it's buggy, but only like 2/10 buggy - in loading sites > forms!

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel helped me set up everything a business needs to do marketing and manage customers. From setting up simple forms to collect information to creating branded email templates and turning it into a campaign, to segmenting contacts leads based on where we get them from through smart lists and to setting up landing pages and funnels to be visible online. Before HighLevel, those different marketing needs are done with 3-6 different platforms - now all possible just by using HighLevel.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I love that HighLevel is an all-in-one tool, eliminating the need for multiple software. The marketing automation function is powerful, allowing me to save a huge amount of manual sending time through scheduled automated messages. The centralized customer database is super practical, storing all relevant client information in one place and making cross-team coordination smooth. I also appreciate the simple and clear operation interface, which is user-friendly even for non-technical staff, allowing us to classify customers and arrange follow-up plans easily. HighLevel's affordability and cost-effectiveness, packing practical functions at a reasonable cost without extra expenses for additional plug-ins, is a significant highlight for our medium-sized company.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

First off, the template customization options are a bit limited for our industry needs. We often need to make delicate, stylish promotional emails and custom design proposal messages that match our art and craft brand style, but most built-in templates are too generic and business-oriented. It lacks more elegant, artistic style templates suitable for handmade crafts and design industries, and adjusting layout and visual styles takes us quite a lot of extra time. Secondly, its data analysis and report functions are too basic. As a design management team, we want to clearly check client follow-up efficiency, popular craft project inquiry trends and customer preference statistics. But right now the system can only show simple basic data, it cannot generate detailed classified industry reports, nor support multi-dimensional combined data screening, which makes it hard for us to make precise business adjustment plans.

HighLevel consolidates all our client data, automates customer outreach, streamlines team task assignments, and boosts lead management, making our operations more efficient and organized.

HighLevel is an all in one solution that saves time, effort and money spent of several different tools. It has funnel and website builder, smart automations, email marketing, tagging, calling and most of all AI implemented in everything. The UI is also very user friendly and smooth. You can integrate as many 3rd party tools you want. The pricing is affordable and can easily put cap to get more ROI. Their support is also very good and quick. Overall performance is 100/100.

Sometimes the software takes a while to load, and it can feel a bit laggy at times.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

HighLevel is the platform for CRM that I recommend to EVERYONE! It easily integrates with most softwares that you use on a day-to-day basis, especially for marketing needs. The UI/UX can be as simple or complex as needed. Performance is absolutely TOP TIER especially considering the pricing of the platform - it provides a substantial ROI when leveraged right, especially with the capability of creating sub accounts. Easily create landing pages, forms, automations, sms blasts... literally anything you could possibly need for marketing. The high level team is constantly innovating to provide more and stay competitive, so that you can remain competitive.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

The random glitches where it will remove leads or add leads in bulk. This is an absolute NIGHTMARE to go through and manually correct. The support is okay, but most times it feels like they know just as much as you and don't help to troubleshoot as quickly.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel is a top tier CRM to capture, nurture, and manage leads. Really really love this platform the ability to implement holistic comprehensive marketing campaigns from ppc ads, email campaigns, sms campaigns, and all around lead management.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I like that HighLevel is an all-in-one tool. It includes everything you need like email marketing software, automations, workflows, and communities. It's really all-inclusive and handles everything a CRM should do and more, including forms, quizzes, and funnels. I find it really convenient to have all these tools in one place. When I get a new client at my digital marketing agency, creating a sub-account for them is easy, giving them automatic access to all the automations and workflows, which helps to enhance their digital presence. Switching from other tools like Mailchimp to HighLevel also allowed us to save money. The setup was pretty easy, and the support team was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Definitely, the API side of things is challenging. I tried creating a scraper to send data to HighLevel. While it's possible through Zapier to connect certain platforms, building something yourself for HighLevel is really challenging. Sometimes there are conflicts and issues because of old, outdated data. It's really helpful to have up-to-date information and guidelines and remove the old guidelines.

I use HighLevel for managing client relationships and automating marketing tasks. It's an all-in-one tool for email marketing, workflows, forms, and more, enhancing our digital presence easily.

I like that HighLevel is an all-in-one solution. The processes are easy to understand, which makes it user-friendly. They offer on-the-spot training sessions that are great for figuring out how to streamline processes. Many applications we use are synced up with HighLevel, which is convenient.

I honestly feel like, because it is all in one, it can be a little overwhelming. But, also, I think that a lot of other applications can do similar features. And so it's not so, cutting edge where I feel like I have to pay of per month for something that I could easily get for free as part of another subscription that I'm currently using.

I appreciate HighLevel being a one-stop source for all our follow-up and marketing needs, offering a far better value than others. The software makes it really easy to set up campaigns and provides all the tools to automate follow-up and track results. Having everything in one dashboard along with the AI assistant for automation is a tremendous help. HighLevel also offers a lot of integrations with other tools like email providers and SMS.

It's a huge tool, so that makes a quality knowledge base important. I think they could improve their training. Some of the people available by phone are tough to work with, mostly just difficulty in communicating.

I like that HighLevel does everything well. For every service that you pay for, you get all of it. Writing the emails is very easy, connecting with customers is also easy, and fulfilling your service is easy as well. The integrations are incredible, and using HighLevel is so good that you don't really need other tools anymore.

The pricing can be a bit of a pain sometimes because so many different people sell it in so many different ways. Sometimes the subscription ask could be a little confusing. It was very complicated. It is a process, and it does take a long time, but it's worth it.

I use HighLevel to easily run my entire online business from one place, handling everything from landing pages and emails to selling products and fulfilling services. It makes writing emails, connecting with customers, and service fulfillment straightforward.

I find HighLevel to be really great for managing everything from one dashboard, which includes my payments and outreach setup. The ease of building websites, stores, or funnels, and having numerous funnels working is something I really appreciate. Hosting is very easy, making organization simple. I mainly use HighLevel for my funnel, and having it live there is fantastic. The automation capabilities, like WhatsApp, SMS, or email automations, are extremely easy to set up and use. The billing process is straightforward too. I enjoy the very easy dashboard and clean navigation; it makes finding settings straightforward. Additionally, setup with HighLevel was flawless, as everything is accessible once you have access to the account. I can start creating funnels, automations, and have everything in the same dashboard. Pricing is also flawless.

Nothing really

I use HighLevel to manage everything from one dashboard, handle payments, set up outreaches, build websites, and run numerous funnels. It's extremely easy to use WhatsApp, SMS, or email automations. Setup and billing are simple and straightforward.

I like using HighLevel because it allows me to automate various marketing workflows for clients, which helps us do more with less. The integration with WhatsApp is good and easy to use. Additionally, I value that HighLevel has many settings and integrations, although what I use the most are the workflows.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

I believe that HighLevel could greatly improve its interface. With so many functions, it is sometimes confusing to know how to get to what you need to execute. I think the user experience is what needs the most improvement. Also, I don't like that besides paying for the plan, there are many additional costs you also have to cover, it seems like they are always looking for ways to get more money out of you.

I like that HighLevel is always adding new features, which is great since I pay a flat fee and can have unlimited subaccounts and white label it as my own software. This setup helps me generate monthly recurring revenue and manage over 100 clients from one dashboard, charging each of them a monthly fee. The initial setup was also really easy.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

The AI studio is powerful but a bit raw. The UI/UX requires improvement, and the reporting and analytics need work. Email deliverability and setup are also areas that could be better. The mobile experience in web builders and the general client experience could be cleaner.

HighLevel solves issues like having no website or CRM, and handles Google reviews, an AI chat widget, calendar, and payments, making it easier to manage over 100 clients and generate recurring revenue.

I like that I can "white label" the CRM to be our own and also get other solutions to bolt right in and service our clients and customers in a seamless platform. It's absolutely amazing at omnichannel integration and it keeps getting better from here with blogging and multi-payment invoicing!

There isn't much to dislike other than features missing that are "on the way." It is just a matter of time for these features to be there.

Creating, teaching, and incorporating the AI Chat into the available channels is very easy, quick, and very effective. I also appreciate the centralization provided by HighLevel, where everything essential is on a single platform.

The website builder is terrible. The UI and UX are very complicated and there is a tendency to have everything without basic things working 100%. The calendars are a nightmare. The design capabilities of the website builder are far from advanced and the editing is very outdated. The interface is confusing and very cluttered, in addition to unclear informative tooltips. The initial setup of HighLevel was very complicated.

Also, keeping track of invoices or other information is not as good as it could be. I wish it were more like Asana, Zoho or Salesforce in that regard. My only experience so far with HL is the customer support team since I just signed up last night but they have all been very helpful and welcoming to the platform. Bikram and Neebesh were both superb! I actually have an ongoing issue with receiving a snapshot from an affiliate link I signed up with and although, there has been no resolution found yet, the cs reps are prompt and generous with their help in researching and escalating the issue. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

I have to research further, but I have not been able to find out if or how it would be possible to preview a snapshots features BEFORE adding them to a sub-account and was advised the only way to remove them if they are not what I am looking for to assist a particular client is to delete them altogether which would be unfortunate if they would work for another client in the future. I have yet to use these features but this has already caused me a bit of nervousness because I have access to quite a few snapshots from an ai learning group I am a member of and would like to view them before deploying them into an account. If there is a solution to this, I would very much appreciate a notification to such. I will continue to search for the answer until then.

Go high level is an extremely difficult program. This is because it integrates so many different types of marketing into one platform. It's taken me about a year to get to the point where I can actually use it. And I am still a novice. This should be a university course that is taught for credit just like you have Adobe fully integrated into the university system. There's no way to start using this program easily. It takes way more than a month just to figure things out if you have a lot of time on your hands. I'm not stupid. But I feel stupid when I use go high level. My advice, fine someone who teaches this and go step by step and try to learn only the tools that you think you can make money with in the beginning. After you've gotten a couple of clients then when your monthly not and UT NUT is covered can you begin to try to learn some of the other things to add on. That is my honest evaluation of the program you will not find as money tools in one place for such a small amount of money anywhere else. I'm still spending at least 500 or more dollars on other programs that are mostly to create artwork and videos but at least I know that my $200 is well spent with go high level

As I mentioned in the previous box go high level is extremely difficult to learn there's no easy way. If you took it and you only sold it as each individual tool then maybe people wouldn't know so much about the fact that all the tools are together and it would be easier mentally to wrap your head around the fact that you can do anything with this program

I now have a AI assistant that answers my telephone and can schedule meetings bearing in mind that I haven't begun to advertise yet. But that alone without anything else makes the program worth the money that I'm paying. And the fact that I can turn around and sell it to someone else or a hundred someone else's makes the ability for expansion and revenue generation solid.

The SaaS level comes with a high price tag. While it does allow for complete customization of the selling features, the cost can be quite steep, especially if you are just starting out as a CRM agency. Additionally, although setting the price is straightforward, managing those settings can be challenging.

The main issue that HL addressed for us was automation. Setting up automation with HL is straightforward and much easier to manage and implement than with Keap. Additionally, HL handles calendar appointments far better than most other CRMs.

I also find the automations incredibly useful, allowing processes to happen more seamlessly without the need for as much manual oversight and prevents things from falling through the cracks. This is particularly beneficial for managing onboarding, email marketing campaigns, and post-purchase signup campaigns without needing additional integration tools.

I really appreciate the 24/7 support team with HighLevel that's available all the time, even on weekends. They're never closed, which I think is the best part. Another aspect I find valuable is the workflow automation, where I can set triggers and actions, like automatically sending out an email when someone fills out a form. This adds great value to business operations. I also like that HighLevel supports extensive integrations, allowing for connection with third-party apps through simple setups, and that it has native integrations with over sixteen hundred apps.

I think the support system could be really strong when it comes to building websites and all. There should be someone who is a specialist to actually help the clients learn because they are paying to HighLevel and then directly again signing up any other people from the market. As an affiliate for HighLevel, I'm confident to give it a 10 when recommending it to others.

I really like HighLevel's automation features, particularly in SEO and the review management system. These features really stand out for me. As someone from a website and SEO background, I find the automation is incredibly handy. It helps my small team upsell services with ease, requiring less effort on our part. For example, while selling website design, I can include the review management system as an additional feature, which lets me charge a bit extra. This makes it very beneficial for our business. I also appreciate the website templates; they are useful when I offer a complete website setup in just three days. Overall, these aspects really help me streamline my work. Setting up HighLevel was also quite easy for me, except for the Facebook and Google Ads pixel integration, which was a bit challenging. But aside from that, everything was easy to get started with.

I really like the pipeline, it's really very good. I also love the automations, they are extremely powerful and work really well. We both use it to do automation within HighLevel, which allows us to save a lot of time. It is possible to automate all processes, like sending follow-ups automatically and automating appointment requests. Additionally, there is a dedicated team that helps with the setup, which makes everything super smooth.

I also find HighLevel was much easier to use than HubSpot and had better support. It's less expensive, with better integration across different tools and modules.

The website builder, groups, and ecommerce features are still being worked out. The social media integration doesn't work with all platforms, but it's still very good and usable.

I like that it has all the features in one platform; chat, email, website, and CRM, making it a comprehensive tool. The customer profile email tracking feature is helpful as it allows me to see what emails and chats certain leads have received, enabling me to continue optimizing their lifecycle experience.

I find the platform technologically glitchy and unreliable, almost like the Walmart of CRM platforms. It's hard to keep your email domain healthy because they share your email server with many IP addresses, and it often misfires from a tech perspective.

The AI agents we previously discussed are also great, and I appreciate the ability to quickly create funnels. I love that as soon as you sign up, you have your onboarding call, and they incentivize you by adding $25 into your wallet if you attend, to make sure you're actually successful with your journey. I think they're really great, and I like that they're always updating their product according to industry needs.

I think there's like too much going on at once. Maybe, like, you know, you have the agency view, you have the dashboard, etcetera. So maybe just like dumbing it down a little bit.
