
I really like the online digital experience that Shopmonkey provides to our customers. It's smooth and allows for setting appointments easily. Customers can see in real-time what status their vehicle is in, which is a big game changer for us. We can send them text message updates about their vehicle's status, which our customers love. The digital vehicle inspections and the ability to communicate through text message make the whole process much easier and more efficient. I'm having a bit of trouble on the payroll side. We have technicians that are paid based on hourly and flag hour, so being able to customize the aspects of how we do payroll would help make the numbers a little more accurate. The same goes for our front personnel, who are paid on a commission and hourly. The system doesn't log it correctly. But that's minor compared to the big stuff the system does for us. Also, setting up was a bit difficult at first. We integrated with QuickBooks, and while that part was simple, we had to set up a lot of things on our own, like inspections and rules.
